This place was not to busy as it's was around lunch time and it's was the day before Thanksgiving. Mario came to greet and welcome me to the shop and that was cool. Told them I needed to mount the tires, balance and wheel alignment. 265/70/17. He got my Keys and told me to head to the office and Lorena. She the front desk and I told her I needed stuff done and she told me she will give me a good price!!! So Mario and Luis worked on my mount and balance on my rig! They even let me in the bay to show you some of the things they do here! After things got installed. They drove the rig to the alignment stations. I also tip them about $7 dollars each. Juan did the alignment work and he also told me what they are doing and how things worked. About 25mins time making sure the work was done right! Took me about an hour to get things done! I just drove it home everything feels great but the only thing that made me disappointed was the mount and balance at $50 dollars per tire just threw me off, was just nuts guys!! I'm all about saving as much as I can but Listen other shop have quoted me $27 to $30 per tire, Is it because I had a nice rig you thinking I have a lot of money which was sad? Regardless I looked like I had money or not please do not base the type of vehicle we bring in? It's still a savings of $80 to $90! Your star rating sucks because of this and you got a lot of people talking about this on your reviews. Now I know why Lorena did not quote me on that part which was a sad part. The sad part is she even said I will give you a great discount for Thanksgiving. Other than that her customer service is great and everyone there was great! The 3 guys and Lorena did well on the customer service! They all did a great job on my Rig was nice and did a good job. I would recommend to get an alignment as regular price is about 150, but because of not giving me an exact amount on the mount and balance was kinda hight price that brings down your star rating!! Please improve the price on the mount and balance with a set price then telling me you don't know how much things are until the end?! I promise you lowing your price on mount and balancing I'm very sure your start rating will improve. All the best! read more

Went in to get a tire patch on my 2024 civic type r and when the guy was done I literally have 5 different scratches/rashes on my wheel and when I tell them they accused me of having the wheel like that already and said they have "high end equipment it couldn't have been them" etc etc etc when obviously some Of its from the crow bar they use So they took basically no accountability and said they'd call me when the owner gets back the next day and never did (happened 2 weeks ago) Never coming here again and I recommend nobody ever does especially if you have a nice car read more

I don't recommend coming here for a wheel alignment if your truck is lifted/leveled.... I called to see if they can do a wheel alignment for my truck after getting a 3" leveling kit with aftermarket upper control arms and new tires installed (from a separate and trusted shop, unfortunately their alignment equipment couldn't fit my truck), they said yes for $150. Not bad for the pricing. I told them the issue is that the truck keeps drifting to the right and I have to hold the steering wheel down to the left a little bit in order to drive straight. The mechanic works on it and tells me it's good. I drove off since they were closing already and noticed that it was still the same as when I brought it in. I called the next day and told them the issue still remains, they said to bring it in, so I did. The mechanic worked on it again, I drove it away as they were already closing and the issue was STILL the same.... They might be good on working on cars but maybe not so much on lifted trucks. I didn't want to go back because the lady in the front told me, "it's because you have the leveling kit and new tires..." At that point, I didn't want to argue or waste anymore of my time and took the L of $150. I don't think they have the equipment to properly do a wheel an alignment for lifted/leveled trucks. I had a very bad experience I felt like I was robbed, I went to change new rims that I got previously somewhere else, and I knew that the rims were new, I left the car there because they were going to take long, I pick up my car and and I ask for my old rims to get one the guys show me some rims that were not mine but I got one as a spare, next day I was trying to put some caps to cover the rims and to my surprise those were not my rims the ones they installed were used scratch with rust and one of them was bent explains how new rims will look like that please find somewhere else to take you car. For tires, this is a great place. My rear tire broke at the sidewall from a pothole in the dog shit streets around town. My tires are an uncommon size, but the saleswoman had them delivered in an hour and installed for a reasonable price. Lug key was returned and overall I had a good experience here. This is like a small gem place I found for getting mechanic work done. This guys are awesome, usually I like to go in know what issues o have and need fixing and last time I went in and said I needed tire alignment. Well they question it and asked why I needed tire alignment, I explained what issues I was having and they figured out it was something totally different. So under the truck you got this rails that go from the front to the back tires and they needed to be tightened. This would cause the back of the truck to move like a fish every time I went over a bump even small bumps or potholes. After that tightening truck felt more firm and drove allot better. I've been going back ever since. I usually buy the part and go have them put it on for me. Last I had done was spark plugs on Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi 16 spark plugs to replace. read more

I brought my 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage for them to realign and rotate my tires. There was a DEEP dent on the side of the car. It wasn't there when I brought it in but they claim it was. The person who works the front told me she would get the security footage to me OVER A YEAR AGO I repeatedly called to follow up and had to call using a private number to get through! Finally I was told that the person who reviews the footage is stuck out of state again this was told to me OVER A YEAR AGO still have heard NOTHING else from this business. At least fucking apologize it was my first car and it had no dents. Obviously couldn't be bothered with basic human decency. If they can't afford to fix their own mistakes you can imagine how poorly the business must be doing. Glad they can't delete reviews on yelp. The Lady at the front desk will be the reason this shop will lose its customers. I went for an alignment and was quoted $100 just because I drive an Escalade. After I refused to pay $100, she brought the price down to $75 which was reasonable and standard. Before they put my car on the alignment rack, that same lady walked to the service bay and had a little private conversation with the alignment technician. After their conversation they eventually put my car on the alignment rack. About 20 minutes in to working on my car, the mechanic claimed that the camber/caster adjustment bolt is stripped and he can't do the alignment (I'm certain he deliberately used the wrong size wrench but claimed the bolt is stripped). Now since the alignment wasn't done and he spent 20 minutes doing nothing under my car. They charged me $50 for time spent. When I asked home much to replace that part, she quoted me $360 (part costs $25.00). I should've read the previous yelp reviews before going to these money hungry thieves. I will never recommend anyone to have their vehicle serviced at Avalon Tires. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxUPDATExxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I took my vehicle to my mechanic the following morning. He inspected and replaced that camber/caster bolt the alignment technician at Avalon claimed was stripped. My mechanic loosened that same bolt with zero effort in less than two minutes and put on the new ones ( I replaced the whole kit since I bought new ones that same day) My mechanic agreed that the alignment tech at Avalon put zero effort in trying to remove the bolt, and they robbed me for $50 for doing nothing. Im a mechanic next door to these ppl. We always give them business and they pulled some BS on me. I replaced both front tires on my M3 and a week later i decided to do some maintenance, realizing that they crossthreaded all my bolts and hub. Couldnt even get the first thread back on by hand. Documented everything and I walked next door and told her the situation, but it was 6 so she really didnt care at all. Claimed that it was "normal wear" and it happens and they know what theyre doing. Which is bs. Told me to go back next morning. I show up next morning and made it seem like it was my fault that i didnt show up as soon as it opened for some reason? So i leave my car so they can "take a look" and they dont call me for 2 hrs. I walk over and theres 2 mechanics just staring at it because they know they fucked up and theres nothing they can do. The mechanics couldnt even look at me. I talk to the lady up front and she is coming up with ANY excuse to put me at fault. Even claimed that i did the damage myself because they found the tires backwards, when indeed i only took off one wheel. So not only did they crossthread my bolts and hub, they put my tires on the opposite way!!! As im telling her all the things they did wrong, she took it personal and went into defense mode saying theyve been doing this for years and theyre professionals. She wouldnt give up, kept making up excuses. They tried cutting new threads and i told them NOT TO. She said okay and Tells me to leave the car and wait for the manager. So i say okay and leave. 2 hours later they call me and say the car is fixed. I come to the shop and theres a random dude that said "nothing was every wrong with the hub, it was just dirty" which is complete bs. I look at the threads and it was forsure freshly rethreaded. There was even a puddle of wd40 under the hub, which is what you soak the threads in when you cut new thread. I called him on his bs and acted like there was never even an issue, when 2 hrs ago there was 2 mechanics not knowing how to solve the issue because it was clearly cross threaded. I went to this location cause I had a coupon from Groupon. Well I had a great experience. My oil change was done correctly. Even my Oil change notifier from my dash was reset. I had a tire leak that they noticed upon a tire rotation. When it couldn't be patched up, they told me they would have to plug it, till this day I've had no issues with my car. I loved that they approached me right away and were very friendly! This was my first flat on my new infiniti so I was kind of stressed out. Did a horrible four wheel alignment on my 2014 jeep wrangler. It has a 3.5" lift on it, tried to tell me they couldn't get it any better because of the lift??? really, like no other vehicles that have lifts can be properly aligned? Best part is 2 days later my adjustable front tracking bar snaps!!! I call them back after talking with two other mechanics, and they lie to my face telling me "Oh no, we never touched the tracking bar"! Funny, the two other certified mechanics I spoke with said "of course they would adjust an "adjustable" tracking bar to get the alignment"! I bought a groupon deal for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take 45min....it took over 2 hours...and the waiting room has old pleather couches and no A/c so imagine all the back sweat from all the customers sitting here with no tv....staff is rude and does not care that I have been waiting here this long....and on top of that I was just told that since my car is a new vehicle (2009 Hyundai sonata not very new at all) it takes a special type of oil filter and i was charged an extra $8 so much for a goupon deal.
