Late afternoon 4/15 my low tire pressure indicator came on. I passed Capital Tire Center, made a u-turn & entered their lot. Joshua quickly approached my car to see how he could assist. I advised him I was preparing to drive north in a couple of hours & knew I either needed a tire patched or a new tire. Joshua quickly identified the tire with low pressure & found a nail embedded in the middle of the tread. Joshua patched the tire and I was in my way in no time. Took my 1966 Plymouth Sport Fury there, expecting they, like many other shops, were going to say they don't work on cars this old, but they said they can, so I had them do the front end alignment. Mind you, new front end suspension components just installed, and it went down the road straight but I just wanted to make sure it was as close as possible to factory spec. When I got the car back it was pulling to the right so I turned around and complained and they put it back on the rack. It STILL pulled to the right this time but only a little bit. But by this point I just gave up and next day I drove to Anaheim to a hot rod shop for an estimate on some engine work. Guy opens the hood, admires how clean it is under there and then suddenly ---- "Sir, why is your sway bar just hanging there disconnected?" ???????????????????????? Yup, sure enough, Capital never even reconnected the sway bar, which on a 1960's Chrysler is very dangerous. Capital needs to stick to just tires if you ask me, if you have any suspension work done you are taking your life into your hands. And yes, I do have pictures. read more

Charged me $365 for an ac recharge no biggy! "Supposedly" I didn't have a leak. My ac stopped working within a month or so went back to get it checked out they said it was my ac evaporator costing me $1300 and some bucks to fix bullshit!!!!! Went SOMEWHERE, else it was simple leak they charged me $150 parts and labor and my ac blows cold cold cold. Don't wast your time and money here please! read more

They removed the undercover on my car then didn't put it back on properly it tore off while driving and was damaged due to it being ran over , I asked if they can replace it and they refused to not until after 4 months later when they put on a used one , I am at a new dealership and they showed me how damaged it is and I need to pay for a new one. They also did my breaks said I need 4 new rotors , after hearing my breaks squeak I went to two different mechanics and the dealership they said my breaks were never worked on they shows me , I hardly ever drive my car my car has 51 k miles after 9 years of having it , they charge you for no work being done watch out if your a woman they will take advantage was told I need 4 new tires but dealership said no only need two read more

2 Stars - Sloppy Service and Poor Communication Came in for a simple leak in my rear right tire. I clearly explained which tire had the issue, but the tech pulled off my front left instead and tried to upsell me on brakes. When I corrected him, he got visibly irritated and rushed through the rest of the job. He eventually fixed the right tire, but he also inflated all four tires to over 40 PSI without asking, which isn't the correct pressure for my car. They got the leak handled, but the service felt careless and unprofessional. Probably won't be coming back. read more

They didn't have any Goodyear tires available, which was a little disappointing, but I just needed a tire ASAP so I ended up getting a new Groundspeed tire for my car. This Tire shop is very sneaky! Be careful with these guys when you take your car for a repair. They will call you an hour later and suggest more maintenance and repairs.. I went to get my tires done and they recommended brakes rotors and control arms. So I agreed to the repair and then it's a paying $1480 total for my complete repair once I picked up my car. My car wasn't even aligned, and they didn't do the job properly. Further more, I looked into what they did to the car and they didn't even put on the brakes properly.. I went back and they decline to fix the issue.. this $200 job (4Used tires) turned into a full maintenance maintenance job That wasn't even done properly. read more
