Thought I'd give these guys a try with my AC in the need of service. I paid for a diagnostic that turned out inaccurate, paid for what it needed, AC still didn't work, got the run around for a couple days, the technician took it to a shop outside of his jurisdiction for another diagnostic, still didn't work, finally picked ip my car and they told me it was something else , quoted me an outrageous price which was a lie, the initial guy left, couldn't show his face, I paid his inadequate "co worker " and took the car somewhere where they fixed my AC unit properly without any rip off price. When one tire developed a bubble, we came in for help and were immediately told we must have hit something--without any inspection or effort to help. Came here the day after Thanksgiving with a nail in my tire. The guys took care of me right away and patched it quickly. $30 for a tire patch is definitely better than having to buy a whole new tire. I came here before to get a tire patched and they were fast, so when I got a nail in my tire recently I returned. A worker removed the wheel, pulled out the nail, and said it hadn't punctured the tire because it was too short. No patching was done, but I was still charged $10 just for the removal and reinstall. While I appreciate the quick service, the charge felt a bit steep considering no actual repair was needed. It came across as nickel-and-diming. When I was rolling into the parking lot at my work I heard the dreaded sounds of what a nail in your tire sounds like. I inspected my tires and saw a small nail coming out of my tire. All day at work I was worried about my tire losing air and having to deal with calling AAA after my shift. I decided if my tire wasn't losing air yet I would find a place close by after work since I didn't want to drive far with a nail in my tire. I pulled up and I showed them which tire had a nail in it. They removed the tire, removed the nail, and inspected the tire to see if the nail punctured the tire. It did not. They only charged me $10 for the assessment. The whole process only took about 5 minutes. I'll definitely keep this place in my mind for any tire needs. Workers were friendly too. read more

I called looking for a used tire for my truck. Gave them size I need and they told me $50 over the phone. I go in ask for the tire and to patch a nail in another and after the work was done the man walks up to me looking like he's deciding what to charge me and blurts out $80. I ask how is that if on the phone you said $50 for the tire and the plug job was not worth $30. He says "no $60 for the tire and $20 for the plug". I could've bought the kit for the plug from autozone and done it myself. Stopped to see if my left-rear tire could be repaired due to a nail in the middle of the tread. I had spoken previously with Danny by phone, and he said just to stop in, no appointment needed. Upon examining the tire and discussing options, Christian recommended an interior patch over a plug. The tire was removed and patched in about 15 minutes. I also had them rotate my tires and check them for wear and possible replacement. Danny observed that the tires were old (actually 5 years) and that they had about around 1k Miles or so left on the tread. I thanked him for confirming what I had also previously observed and let him know that I would be contacting him fir a price fir all four tires. While I was there, three people pulled in for tire repair, and based on what I observed, we're treated with the same respect as I was. The shop is clean, well designed, well kept and recently painted. It's in an area with older buildings that are in the process of being upgraded and other non-mall type businesses. This one stands out. It's near Lascari's deli, another great long-time business to stop and pick up some great Italian food. I ran over a huge metal rod and it punctured my tire. I came here because they were open at 7 am and I needed to get my tire fixed as soon as possible. They checked my tire and told me that they would be able to patch it. Thankfully, the rod didn't damage the inside of the tire. They helped me out and I was on the road safely. They also accept cards and Apple Pay! Very convenient and friendly service. read more

I was given a very high price for an A/C repair. Unfortunately I was in a bind. I told them I couldn't afford it. Called back not long later to say I'd move some money around if it could be done it a timely matter. Was told it would be repaired that day. I received a called in the afternoon and was told it wouldn't be done until the following morning. I said, ok. I got a call the next day around noon saying my jeep was done, but that I needed to bring cash for a discount. When I explained I couldn't and showed up, they raised the price by over $100 and tried to tell me it's normal and tax. I asked to see a break down of my parts and labor and they couldn't provide anything but a paper note. Company should give full price up front. If there is a cash discount, say it. Second time with over pricing and issues here. read more

I took my car for alignment the guy claimed my driver front tire was loose but he couldn't tell me what it was but was quick to say I'll do it for $450. I told him let me get it fixed and I'll bring it back so I did it was a loose tie rod bushing . Took it back and the owner was waxing his personal car in the garage there was no customer at all I was the only one he told me two hrs for alignment so I decided to call for a ride . As I was waiting I noticed the owner had no urgency to put my car on the lift and do the alignment, waxing his car was more important than satisfying a customer. I have been coming here for many years to get my tires fixed etc. However, today I called about getting some tire keys taken off and getting a new tire. The man I spoke to on the phone gave me the prices for the tires but failed to mention there would be a charge to take the locks off. I had my car towed there and when I arrived they didn't greet me, nothing. I let them know I spoke with someone about my situation and he said they would have to charge me to take the lock off and they wanted to charge me $15 per tire. I let them know I wasn't made aware of this and they didn't seem to care. They told me it was going to be $5 more for my tire and than what they quoted me on the phone. Once my new tire was on I took a look at it and they left one of the lug nuts off where the lock was. They said I needed to go buy one. When I relayed again that I wanted to get the other locks off they said it was a charge for each one I let them know again I wasn't told about the charge on the phone. Then the man said "Ok just pay for your tire." I wasn't sure what he meant but soon realized he was basically dismissing me. Telling me to pay for my tire and go, he was done talking to me and walked away. I couldn't believe it. As I stood there I realized I had out grown this place. It was good when I had an old car that needed used tires or flat fixes. But this isn't the place for real service. They didn't have a restroom, no place to sit while I waited, not even a place to buy a water. And the service was horrible. I'm truly saddened because I've been coming here for years but ever since the new ownership it has went downhill. They want to do more than just tires but they haven't raised their service to those standards. read more

These dudes sold me 4 used tires, I always try to support local small businesses. About a month later one of my tires was low, so I went back thinking I had a nail, dude tells me the tire cracking from the inside, and said it was no good, I told him I bought the tires from there and he stopped talking. Now two other tires seem to be doing the same. Waste of time and money, untruthful. And I gave these dudes a fat tip. There used tire prices were the same or worse for Walmart new tires. read more

I brought my car in for new tires and an alignment with your typical tuneup and when I got my car back it was not the same my car used to run so well and the ac was pristine when it got turned on. Now my ac don't work and my car over heats. I have been coming to this location for years! But ever since the previous owners sold the business it's not the same service I went back to ask them to look at it that it wasn't the same and they wanted to charge me when I was returning to them because of a problem that I did not have prior to going to them! I had a large screw in one of my tires. Stopped by this shop to get it repaired and was greeted by Oscar. He saw the problem and jumped into action. Once he was repairing the time with a plug and patch, he noticed that two of my other tires were looking worn out. These tires original tires when I bought the car in 2018. I wasn't looking to replace just yet, but the price he gave me was surprisingly good. Brake pads were squeaky and had them replaced there too. Tires and brakes in and out fairly quick.
