I highly DON'T recommend this school because of the harmful words and actions of other students.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Grandsons and my family…read more My daughter attended this school back in 1996- 1999. She is now raising her own kids, and I have the pleasure in assisting her. From the day my first Grandson, was in Transitional Kindergarten, to present, has been a positive experience. He is now 3rd grade. He has had the fortune to have had Mrs. Faye, Mrs. Hansen, Mrs. Rain, (sp) Mrs Esquival, and now Mrs. Skeens. I have only positive things to say about this Murrieta school. My second Grandson, has Mrs. Airebear. Every body loves Mrs. Airebear!!! Especially my Grandson! I would especially like to Thank Leslie and Jaqui in the office for every single time we walk through their doors. They are helpful and very professional in all they do for our kids. Whether I call them on the phone, or present myself in person, great staff in the office holding this school together! Last but not least, I haven't met him in person, but, I have watched this man from the drive up lanes, from the parking lot, walking through the halls, at award ceremonies, flag days, jogathons, picking up and dropping off day to day, and he just stuns the life out of me. He is genuine and sincere about keeping our kids safe. He is Alta's Principal. Mr. Cooley, I hope I spelled your name correctly. You rock! My Grandsons and my family, say Thank You, for keeping them safe. Greatest school in Murrieta! You will not be disappointed. I am shocked that more parents have not reviewed this school. After all, our children spend over half their lives here. 20 million stars for ALTA Murrieta Elementary!

Ms. Caldwell and Mr. Coley have always gone above and beyond, with all the students they see on a daily basis they somehow manage to personally greet my kiddo and the fact that they are so invested in the kids here really shows. This school is safe, fun, and staffed with amazing teachers. We are so grateful for all the staff here who make this school the great place that it is.

The teachers, like Ms. Doona and Ms. Lauren, are beyond wonderful - they're patient and caring. The place is a kid's dream school. Not only do they have four playgrounds that keep things exciting, but the kids also get to ride ponies, brush goats, and pet piglets! They also have some sandpits. You might find your child's clothes a bit messy at pickup, but the joy and laughter on their faces are so worth it! What's really cool is the monthly photo thing they do. I was told that by the time your kiddo graduates, you get this adorable album of all their preschool memories. My kid loves this place. Sometimes she even wants to stay longer when I pick her up early.

I especially wanted to recognize Mrs. Ramon for the kindness, patience, and support she has shown throughout the school year. She creates a classroom environment where kids feel welcomed, encouraged, and cared about. As a parent, that means everything. She has always been thoughtful in her communication, supportive of students' individual needs, and genuinely invested in helping her students grow both academically and emotionally. My son looked forward to going to class, and I truly appreciate the effort her and Mr. Jason put pop into teaching every day. Over the years, we've met so many caring staff members at Springs, and the Murrieta Student Center has truly felt like a community for our family. A very special thank you to all of the staff, especially Mrs. Sarah and Mrs. Jordan, who over the years have made navigating these waters so much easier. Their patience, guidance, understanding, and willingness to help have meant more than I could ever properly put into words. And we absolutely cannot forget Mr. Jason. Even in just this past year, the positive impact, encouragement, and support he gave my son made such a difference. The kindness and patience he showed never went unnoticed. For families navigating unique learning needs, having people who truly care makes all the difference, and we have felt that support here time and time again. Thank you, Mrs. Ramon, and thank you to Springs Charter School for all the support, encouragement, and care you've given our family over these past four years. We are incredibly grateful. If parking is the only complaint in 5 years I'd say you're doing pretty good. Lol.

All year last year I actually thought the VP was the Principal because he is the only person I saw all the time doing the duties of the Principal, having contact with the kids and parents. Don't even get me started on the lady in the front office. I just don't understand why people are so unhappy working when there are so many people unemployed looking for work. Many people would love to have her job and would enjoy coming to work everyday, why can't they find someone like this. All the other schools I've been too, the people working there are very happy and helpful, they are excited to have a job and get out early and have every Holiday and Fur-low day off. A major grip I have is that it seems that there is a lot of favoritism going on with the kids and their performing arts. For example when they do shows on/off campus, they have some kids singing a set of songs or one song by themselves when NO other kids where given an equal opportunity to audition for that spot. The teachers that are running the performances are putting their kids, or kids they know or like in the show with out giving every child at that school the opportunity to try out for it, it is not fair to the other kids; every one should have a chance to try out for these opportunities as well, and the best kid should get the chance? After all, I thought this was a performing arts type school, all these kids should have equal opportunities, regardless of who their parents are or who they know at the school.
