As a client, I always voice when something is too deep to the point of pain but therapists do not know our threshold - it's important to be communicative during treatment. At the front desk, we still tipped almost 15%. The front desk lady proceeded to question us, make faces, wave our cash around, and overall make us feel very uncomfortable. We are repeat customers and have purchased massage packages. In the past, we've tipped 40% for great massages, but we aren't going to get bullied into excessive tips for subpar service. We won't come back again if this continues.
