There were several issues with moving in surrounding guarantor forms and proof of income, but Rai went above and beyond to communicate with corporate to finalize a proper move in. notable perks: - whole foods delivery to door - 24/7 gym - parcelpending - multiple elevators If you can't get Rai Brown, your next best bet is the manager, Patrick. It is an understatement to say that the few management employees handle both leasing inquiries and current resident situations. They have an attitude with everything. They recently put a $50 charge on my account for not having renters insurance (I've had the policy active and paid with USAA since moving in). I've now called five times to get them to remove this charge so I can pay this month's rent. The online portal will not allow you to pay a custom amount. Now the charge is off, but with a $130 late charge. The package situation is dumb. I have a wedding coming up, so clearly expensive and important packages will be coming to me. The front office accepts the packages from the carrier, puts them in the back of the office and when you try to get them from the front office staff, they can't find them. I have literally visited the office six times to receive two packages. They also will not allow you back there to look yourself. They never answer the phone. This is annoying, because when you walk down to the office there is usually someone sitting in the office to greet you. Even if you have a tour of a future resident, have one staff member stay in the office to answer the phones. Even if you leave a message I never get a call back. I have called on at least five occasions and received one call back. There was even a time when a resident near me had packages outside their door piling up over a couple weeks. A neighbor stopped me in the hall and we were both concerned. The resident clearly lived alone and we were concerned if the person might not be alright inside. I go down to the office to speak to the staff who visibly looked annoyed I was bothering her. She told me the resident would retrieve the packages eventually and not to worry about it. I said, "Can you please do a wellness check to make sure the person is not dead inside?" She again acted annoyed. I threw my hands up and left. The amenities are consistently broken and under repair. For a complex that talks of luxury, this is far from it. Live somewhere else.

Seriously, we're all nosy neighbors who like new friends. It's incredibly pet friendly and they make it extremely easy for people to clean up after their dogs. Some people are lazy, as with any complex though. The only downfall are somewhat thin walls between the units. I can hear my neighbor's work calls pretty clearly all day. Most people are respectful about the quiet hours though. The pool is awesome and usually kid-free. There's walkable restaurants and activities, although Pullman Yard traffic and the kids soccer field traffic can be a hassle. Overall, the lofts are incredible and unique. The residents are fantastic. And when the rain hits your flat roof, you'll never sleep better. I highly recommend this to any cool people looking to rent or buy.

I let the maintenance know and they sprayed with bleach water, which I felt that was unacceptable because it's just a coverup and eventually will come back and did. (Good luck getting in that thing more than two weeks out of the year.) Gate hardly ever working? Check, check! When we were trying to leave: Get ready to be frustrated. Multiple conversations over phone calls, emails, and in person yielding absolutely ZERO results because no one at the front desk is allowed to do anything about your situation and you WILL be kept from any communication with higher ups. Charges for things on our exit bill that did not make any sense! Asked several times about this, was even told it made no sense and that changes would be made, and changes never were. NO DEPOSIT BACK. Even though we kept the place in perfect condition. The exit experience here could not be worse. The walking trails are nice, the neighbors are friendly, and it's nice to have hard wood floors. That's about it. Kind staff but completely unable to help you - I blame upper management 100%. I don't even usually leave reviews but I had to warn ya'll. Hopefully your experience is better than mine.
