What a fantastic studio in the heart of Main Street! I do ClassPass and am happy to report this place is definitely worth the five credits I paid for it on class pass. I took a boxing class with excellent coach Patrick! His energy and friendliness are something hard to come by in LA. He was so professional and motivating. I took boxing classes before, at Box Union and Box N Burn (both located in Santa Monica), but this is my favorite one so far. We started with a light warm-up, then punched the bags and practiced different boxing techniques. We did some abs work on the mat, more boxing, and then finished with a fun aerobic game, ending up with light stretching and deep breaths. Customer service is 10/10. You can buy the wraps from them for $16 and keep them. If it's your first time, the gloves are on them, but any time after that, you will have to rent it for a few dollars. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by the girl at the front desk. She explained everything I needed to know and let me fill out a waiver. The facility is highly well maintained, clean, and smells good. Clean and spacious bathrooms, lockers with a lock, and even phone chargers inside each locker so you can charge your phone up while working out. There are only two showers, and it could be more spacious if you need to change and get ready, but I made it work. I'll be back here to try their cycling class since I love spinning classes and usually go to Soul Cycle. They also offer Yoga classes (not hot yoga, just regular yoga). I'll happily return to this studio to take more classes. Street parking is available by the meters.

I had a great time at Aviator Nation RIDE! This was only my second spin class, and I loved it. I took a class with Chevy and she was an amazing instructor! The energy was high and overall it was a super motivating class. Chevy also gave pointers on form, which as a beginner, is super important + helpful. Additionally, the music was so much fun -- I booked a Tyga vs. Megan the Stallion class. I definitely would come back! Other pros: Shoe rentals are free for your first time. Complementary cold towels after the class is over. Parking is pretty easy with lots of meters around & various parking lots behind Main Street.

This place is so high energy you must come check it out! I love them all! It's clean and so welcoming. All coaches take the time to ensure they teach you the mechanics of the bike if you are new to class. I know cycling can be intimidating but in all honesty they make it seamless and love it here! A push is what I need and found the right place.

Started off my Friday morning giving this spin class a chance & I have one word that describes my experience: PHENOMENAL. I'm not sure whether it was the enthusiasm from our instructor Lauren, the workout, or even the ambiance of the studio (maybe all 3), but I do know that I feel a lot better after going! Highly recommend!! I will definitely be a frequent at this location!

This is a great studio with AMAZING instructors. The equipment and rooms are all brand new, staff is so nice, and they do free community events 1-2x a month (follow their instagram account). I went to one today and they had goodie bags at each of the yoga mats with cool aviator nation merch First class is also free. Seriously can't recommend them enough - I especially love the spin and deep stretch classes!

Always on the look out for fun spin studios in LA and this studio does not disappoint!!! It just opened and I'm addicted! Such a great vibe. The studio has amazing instructors and the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. I highly recommend if you are in the area or want to drive for a fun ride. They also provide boxing and yoga classes too!!

I am not the best at spin and always get nervous trying new places. But the second I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable! The studio is so cool and very clean. There are lockers (you don't need to bring your own lock) and clean restrooms. I took Lauren's class and she was so kind when I told her I don't spin often! She was encouraging the entire class and I just had the best time. Bonus points for the eucalyptus towels at the end! I definitely will be coming back. What a cool vibe.

Summary: If you're looking for a high-energy flow, this isn't that. But if you want a thoughtful,…read morebreath-centered practice that helps you slow down, feel your body, and cultivate steadiness, this class is your go-to. The Space: This studio is a second-floor loft with tall windows and skylights overhead, so natural light pours in. The room is spacious, uncluttered, and simply arranged, which amplifies the quiet, reflective tone of the class. The Class: We began with a collective Om and alternate-nostril breathing, then moved into a steady sequence of Sanskrit-cued postures rather than a flowing practice. (I did have to peek at others for a few poses!) Because there was no music, every breath, footstep, and verbal cue became part of the atmosphere. At first, I felt more self-aware, but that actually drew me deeper into my breath. I ended up finding it rather powerful and reflective. The Teacher: Jerome was warm and attentive, especially with first-timers. He introduced himself, encouraged me to place my mat wherever I felt comfortable, and offered hands-on adjustments that invited the body to relax deeper rather than push harder. Vibe: His use of Sanskrit cueing, paired with steady breathwork (beginning with a collective Om and alternate-nostril breathing), created a classical, contemplative tone. This was not a flow; it was a deliberate exploration of posture and breath. Community: The overall atmosphere felt community-oriented. People were chatting with one another as they gathered up their belongings after class, which made the space feel friendly and welcoming. Practical Notes: I also loved that this is a drop-in studio. There's no advance sign-up needed, just show up with your mat. Parking is free right outside. It's a DONATION-BASED class. Welcome to all! Quick Note: The class isn't heated, but with so much sunlight streaming in, a gentle natural warmth builds throughout the practice.

I then started to take Pilates and have been doing it for many, many years and I still do. Having a full knee replacement last August, my life has changed dramatically. My ability to do yoga has changed significantly and I was so excited to return to this studio. They have updated their air filtration, (using air scrubbers) and as a Health and Safety Supervisor I was thrilled. The entire studio has the best vibe ever. Everyone who works there are so welcoming and kind. Shout out to Bruce! I took a chair yoga class that was amazing and I left feeling uplifted and so happy I could stretch my body ( especially my knee) in ways I haven't been able to do for years...I bought a 3 class pass which is so reasonably priced so I can try a couple of different classes. Feldenkrais interests me and they have it here. They film the classes ( only seeing the teacher) and you can watch it for free for several days after every class you take... Google it and see all the class options that caters to everyone of all ages! This studio is a gem located on Ocean Park Blvd ( my old Sunset Park neighborhood) and next to Thyme Cafe. I urge all of my westside readers to come and take a class and see what an amazing and inspiring experience you will have. I am so happy to be back! 5 stars and I end with namaste ("the peace within my soul recognizes the peace within yours.")

The Yoga Space: Minimalist, with warm wood tones, all sun-lit by a giant oval skylight overhead. The Class (Flow with Bailey Kai): This was a music-driven, cue-based flow that works for all levels. Bailey's teaching style is beginner-friendly for anyone who is looking to explore yoga in a beautiful setting with great music. She guides the movement first, then names the pose in English. It allows the body to learn easily, which is a great for new students. The class unfolded as one long, continuous flow that gradually built. Near the end, we were offered an optional peak pose of Birds of Paradise. As we down-regulated with grounded stretching, the playlist slipped into a moody, hypnotic feel of "Want It" by Mk.gee (gentle, inward, & beautifully timed: https://youtu.be/ZXVCmYWCOwI?si=U1tWC20pIELUMylK), followed by grounded stretching and savasana. I brought a friend (one of my favorite yoga teachers;-), and she appreciated some of Bailey's creative cueing. Always a good sign when a teacher enjoyed class.
