Most of us in some capacity have gone and done an escape room experience, but none of us had been to PanIQ before. After dpimg some research it seemed like this place would be a great spot and it did not disappoint. Befofe arriving we decided to do the "Wizards Trial" experience because: *It looked cool * It's an hour escape room vs the 45 mins ones *It was medium lv in difficulty *We also we a party of 5, and the Insame Asylum is 4 people max The escape room(s) Overall were really fun, and we made it out with about 5 minutes to spare. We needed a few hints in the 1st room, but needed a more in the 2nd. But it was Overall a good time and challenging escape room, with lots of various dishes varying means of integration. Overall: Would definitely recommend, and we look at going back and thing at the Insane Asylum room when we have a smaller group. Pricing was good and they have a 30% discount for weekday visits, and a 20% Military Discount if you chose to go on the weekend.

The staff was kind and friendly, but the rooms are so poorly designed. Everything is style over substance. The rooms are well decorated, but every puzzle is obtuse and poorly indicated. It seems the designer cared more about making a room that looks cool for marketing, than creating a good experience. Will never be back to this place. Awful.

It has an inconspicuous entrance and a very minimalistic lobby. I'm not sure if it is on purpose, but I wish there was a bit more thought put into the areas leading up to the rooms. I usually use the production value of the front to predict the quality of the rooms when I visit an escape room facility for the first time. The gamemaster was very nice and did an amazing job with the intro monologue before we started. It was so much longer than I've experienced in the past, and the fact that he did it all off memory was impressive. Without revealing too much of what's in the room itself, I'll say that I wish there were more puzzles to solve. I caught myself standing around on multiple occasions, and I usually don't have that problem. Nonetheless, the tech behind some of the props and puzzles was cool, and I was absolutely vibing with some of the music. We were able to escape with several clues (thank goodness we used clues) and got a good triple Valentine's Day date pic out of it. Currently in another escape room phase, so down to visit again to try escaping something else.

One of my coworkers put this together as a way to bring a few of us together, and it was the perfect choice. The experience starts with each team picking a name and everyone choosing a fun nickname for themselves on a nametag, which already set the tone for a lighthearted evening. Our game show host, Rosie, and producer, Andreas, were amazing they kept the energy up, explained everything clearly, and made sure everyone was engaged the whole time. We played three different game show style games against another team (who were strangers, but that actually made it even more fun). The games were like classics you'd know think Wheel of Fortune or The Price Is Right but with clever twists and a points system that kept things competitive and exciting. Overall, it was such a unique and entertaining experience. The price was good and we had lots of laughs. I'd definitely recommend it for parties, team-building, or just a night out with friends.

Also, we told them that we were beginners and that we would need hints. We were assured that we could push a button to get hints and that if they saw we were having problems, they would give us hints. However, it was over 10 minutes from pushing the button before we got any hints. And then, the hints weren't very helpful. It was a miserable experience.
