THAT was a huge trust-earning moment for me, she could have easily pocketed them as copper/brass, but was very honest. she checked in with me throughout the process, but i was content browsing and chatting with the other employees/customers, everyone was truly so nice. when sabrine told me my offer, i was so, so, so happy i almost cried- it was amazing and SO fair. sabrine was SO thorough, yet efficient with the help of other team members. she sorted through hundreds of pieces of jewelry in about an hour, and i walked out with more cash than i anticipated.
