Even though we arrived shortly before their opening time, they still let us in and served us. The ring I selected needed to be resized, and the process took them about three days. When they rings were ready, they called to let us know. I was very pleased with the workmanship. In summary, they've got a good selection of Chinese gold jewelry. A very nice woman named Jen helped us. Jen helped us figure out the best length and found the perfect gold chain for the locket. My wife was also gifted a birthstone bracelet (that she also wanted to wear to the upcoming event) but it wouldn't stay in place around her wrist so we also took the bracelet to Oaks Jewelers to be re-sized. Jen figured out the best length so it would stay in place, but the bracelet wouldn't be ready in time to wear to the event. (Our fault -- we had been meaning to get to Oaks Jewelers for quite some time and the locket was the most important so my wife was still happy.) However, a few days before the event, we got a text from Oaks Jewelers that the bracelet was ready to be picked up! The event was a lot of fun and needless to say, my wife was thrilled that she got to wear both the locket and birthstone bracelet!
