They were patient with our design tweaks, sent multiple picture and video updates throughout the process, and shared a final video before shipping (which was also incredibly fast!). I stopped in on my way to the mail center to ask if they could replace the peridot in the ring my sister bought me on my birthday trip---so worth more in sentiment than value---they agreed to find a replacement stone and when I got it back----WOW! Came here to get my necklace fixed & was initially greeted with friendly smiles & readiness to assist. I ended up having to come back again due to my necklace breaking yet again; however, when it was returned to me the chain had been stretched or replaced & made my necklace extremely longer than it was at drop off. Upon my return to get my chain cut, the owners wife proceeded to argue with me about this being the original chain & the fact that we had possibly changed the chain. She proceeded to argue even after the owner himself stepped in & said there was no need to argue. She was extremely aggressive & had a loud tone with both me & my fiancé. Several minutes later after we're getting my chain cut, she comes back out of the office to argue yet again. This is not what we signed up for & if this is how they treat their customers, my fiancé & I will never recommend this jewelry store to anyone, as we value customer service so much ! read more

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called last week to inquire about having my ring resized and spoke with a woman who was friendly and informative. She asked me several questions about the ring and explained why she was asking so many questions. She gave me an estimated price, time-frame, and provided me with the store hours and the jewelers availability. My plan was to stop by the following week. Today being the following week, I stop by right after work. I walked in about 5:35p. I walked in I was greeted immediately and not with a sigh because I was coming in 30 minutes before they closed. I briefly explained that I wanted to have my ring resized and provided a size. The gentleman had me try on other rings just to confirm the size and took the ring to the back. While waiting I was offered a beverage and snacks. I started chatting with another member of the team about basketball and before we could get deep into conversation I was being asked to try the ring on. I tried the ring on and decided to have another adjustment made. I went back to my basketball conversation and what seemed like 30 seconds later was asked to try the ring on again. It was perfect!! By this time it had to be no later than 5:45p. I walked out with a perfectly sized ring that I purchased from another jeweler. In and out the same day and less than 10 minutes. Price was MORE THAN FAIR! I have not received service like this in years! My next jewelry purchase will be from Avior. They had tons of options as well. read more

I went here with my mother only to browse because she is in the gemology business and ALWAYS makes us stop to view jewelry pieces. My mom has her own collection of beautiful diamond pieces, but on this day, it became all about me! I've been eyeing engagement ring styles online but never have I slipped any on so this was just an incredible first experience with Avior! Krista and Rami were attentive and definitely knew their stuff. I felt like my mom was quizzing them a bit (lol!) but Krista didn't mind at all and even commented that she could definitely tell my mom knew what she was talking about as well and how refreshing it was. Krista sat us at a more seclusive back area for more privacy as we viewed ring settings and diamonds in more detail. I tried on three different settings and Krista and Rami were very accommodating as I kept going back and forth between styles. They brought out four diamonds allowing me to see which carat size I liked best. They were very considerate with budget and had me try on carat sizes from smallest to largest: 1.) a 1.5 cushion cut 2.) a 1.8 princess cut 3.) a 2.0 cushion cut (my fave) 4.) a 3.0 cushion cut Naturally, it took tons of patience on both ends to get the diamond to sit properly in the setting so imagine mixing three settings in between four diamonds...but they were SO PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING! Krista was full of suggestions, but at the same time, REALLY listening to what I wanted. Even when mom tried to sway me to look at round solitaires, Krista had my back stating that it was clear that I liked square cuts since I prefer cushion or princess...haha sorry mom! This day was only round one of ring shopping, but they set such a magnificent par. I would definitely consider bringing my boyfriend here when we get closer towards engagement. THAT REMINDS ME, although Krista and Rami knew my engagement wasn't so soon, they still treated the entire experience as if I were getting engaged tomorrow! read more
