It's becoming increasingly difficult to justify renting here when I leave dissatisfied after every visit. Hard to believe in a shopping center how they pull it off. Got stuck at ford yesterday, they didn't have a car so I called over early - like 8am, they had a truck available- fine with me-came and got me, went and got the truck so I could go home and work- then later I took it to them, paid the bill ( bargain), they took me back to Ford to get my car- very smooth, no stress, no lines, great service. Highly recommend them. Wish they were at the airport, but not really cause I need them here!!! Only time I rent a car at home is when I have car trouble. Very happy with this team!!!

Support continues to apologize but claims they "cannot assist with refunds" and only offer to "send feedback" again, which has clearly gone nowhere. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, the issue remains unresolved, my money has not been refunded, and I've wasted significant time chasing a mistake that should have been corrected immediately. I would strongly caution others to be careful with billing and to expect poor follow-up and accountability if something goes wrong.

Pulled off and my husband noticed that the cars under carriage had a flap dragging under the car and didn't feel like it was safe to drive 3 and half hours away. So we turned back around and told her we were concerned. She proceeded to look up from scrolling on her social media and say I don't have anything else. Not one time did she come outside to check the car or apologize about the car's condition or try to reassure me. Her only suggestion was to go to another Hertz location and try to get another rental. Oh and she wasn't going to help do that either. She gave me the address of the location and watched me on the phone while she went back to her mindless scrolling and never looked back up. Whoever hired her needs to rethink the fact she is in a People facing role and send her furthest away from the door as possible. I'm looking at other cars in the lot and not one time did she offer those or even try to provide me with any other options.
