Stay away from this location. I rented a car from them that had 3/4 of a tank of gas in it. I brought it back with half a tank but they charged me $39 to put 6 gallons of gas in the car. Returned my vehicle to this location as a one way. Called to make sure they received the vehicle over the weekend. Told me to call the branch I rented from. Did that, now I have to call them back bc they are suppose to scan and pend it. I have literally been on hold for 20 mins. When he came back on the phone to ask me to hold for longer, I said I've been on hold for a while already, he laughed and put me back on hold. This branch is extremely unprofessional. This place is highly disorganized. I was told that my rental car would be ready at 2:00 on the day that I was supposed to pick it up. I waited over an hour in the waiting room because they had not even picked up the from Ford service. They finally brought a vehicle back, which they could then not rent to me because of something on their end. So I waited another 30 minutes for a car that was clear to rent. I have used this location several times, last time using this location I was in a rental for 2wks. I had a SUV, very low miles and cleaned. The staff is very professional and respectful each time i made contact, whether in person or via phone. I was made to feel like a queen thanks to Ms KBrown. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and friendly even with the drop off, which was at a different location. That location too was very friendly and helpful. I have had to use this location mostly for cars while my car is in service - and they have always been very professional, nice people, easy in and out, no rip offs and just a good managed place. Hard to believe in a shopping center how they pull it off. Got stuck at ford yesterday, they didn't have a car so I called over early - like 8am, they had a truck available- fine with me-came and got me, went and got the truck so I could go home and work- then later I took it to them, paid the bill ( bargain), they took me back to Ford to get my car- very smooth, no stress, no lines, great service. It's fine, but literally every time I rent from here, I spend way too much time waiting on a car that should have been ready on time or hours ago (if I show up after my scheduled pickup). I tried to be understanding, but after the 6th or 7th time renting here, it's just plain annoying. It's a simple concept and the only reason the business is open. Cars are usually pretty decent. I rented a car on November 12th. I will never rent from Enterprise again. The car we were given was FILTHY! There was dirt on the seats. An old receipt with food stuck on it in the door pocket, crumbs in the cup holder, and mud stains on the floor. The windshield had some dirty streaks that made it very blurry when driving and the car was out of wiper fluid. I'm certain they just gave us a car that they didn't clean after the previous user. The receipt in the door pocket was dated several days before we picked up the vehicle, so it's no way they cleaned the car. read more

My husband and I made a reservation for a vehicle and upon arrival he realized he left his id at our house. I immediately called them as I was trying to rush back to the house to grab it and they put me on hold for 10 min. By the time they came back I was almost home but would be arriving back to their place 5 min past their closing time. I asked if they would mind waiting as it would be only 5 min and the lady was not friendly in saying no they couldn't wait. Horrible service. My mother arrived in town for Mother's Day and tried to get a rental, even after customer service told her she wouldn't have any issues renting a car- she did at this location. They declined her to rent a car saying she would need to be a local resident if she didn't have a credit card. Even after she showed her itinerary from the airline as customer service (via the 800 number advised her). Nevertheless while waiting for her in my very own vehicle in the parking lot I go inside to see what's the hold up and I hear the way they are talking to her. No respect for elders I'll say. They seemed to be very busy, which I get. They must of been frustrated with all the people there but that gives no right to talk to people like they have no home training. Okay, I let that slide, some people are just not built with good customer service. I get it. Some places are not the friendliest and happiest like the employees at Chick Fil-A if you know what I mean. Nevertheless, I proceed to try to get a rental from them and let my mom drive my vehicle since I'm a local resident. They rudely stated "you have to have a major credit card", rather than asking me if I had one. Even though I didn't don't just go assuming. I'll get one one day but dang, don't embarrass me in front of everyone. So I tell them, I don't have one what else do I need. The man points to the paper taped on the front desk and shows me requirements. Okay cool. No problem I say. I have 2 bills In my name. So I pull up my bills online and email one bill and the other one wouldn't let me email it so I showed the rude man as he huffed and puffed inpatiently. He then says great now if we can get that in pdf format or physical copy. I then ask if my fiancé can take a picture of it at home and email. He says no. So I rush back home. Get the bill since he needed a pdf file or hard copy. Get back. Waited in line for 45 mins and a lady proceeds to help me. I explained to her the rude man was helping me and just needed my bill. I show her it and she RUDELY and loudly says "oh noooo. You have a late fee on this bill we can't accept that". I explain to her first and foremost the late fee is $4.55 from 2 months ago. My bill is not past due and no balance what's the Problem. I meet the criteria now what. The rude man said it was fine when he saw it. Okay. This story is becoming too long. So let me shorten it. After being there for hours, I still was declined a rental. The branch manager said the bill was not acceptable because of a $4.55 late fee. I asked her where is that in writing. She says it's a rule it doesn't need to be in writing. I asked for corporate number and she refused to give it to me and said "I'm the manager here so you're gonna waste your time calling corporate ". Instead of arguing with her I just called customer service and was directed to the district manager. I left a message for him and still waiting to hear back. This location is HORRIBLE. They definitely need a bit more training in customer service and how to talk to customers professionally. I definitely won't return and plan on writing the president. I'm just so disappointed in their rude employees unwilling to help. I ended up getting going to Hertz down the street and got a rental in 7 mins no issues. read more

I swore I would never use Enterprise again after having a bad experience. You cannot use your debit card without presenting several forms. They won't do a credit check. If you use a credit card, they put a 350.00 hold on it. I was there for an hour a few months back. I went to Hertz, they did a credit check, and I got a rental in 5 mins. I was forced to use Enterprise today because my insurance company uses them. I waited an hour for a rental. It was crowded and there was no system for who was next in line. read more

On this occasion, I had screwed up the reservation by typing in the wrong date (totally my mistake). I just wanted to say that I called my insurance company to make a reservation literally 5 minutes before I got picked up and I told them I was in a rush so they picked me up immediately! Then I needed to be in Atlanta at work in an hour so they gave me the only car on the lot... (a 15 passenger bus) It wasn't the easiest thing to drive and I called them to let them know it was WAY too big for me and they even made it easier for me and brought me a new car to my work all in the same week! I went through 4 rental cars in 2 days!! 2 vehicles both 2015 models broke down on me!!! What are the odds right? Customer service was great at 4450 Nelson Brogden blvd Sugar Hill. Jeramie was so helpful and nice and was working hard to get me picked up and into another vehicle. But car wise, the maintenance on the vehicles are obviously bad!! By the time I got into the 4th car it was a downgrade from the nice 2015 models but at least the down grade worked!! The customer service at the Oakwood Ga location was speedy but not very friendly or apologetic about the 1st vehicle breaking down on me. However, Jeramie and Andrew comped a few days for a future rental so I was happy about that and felt better about my Enterprise experience. read more

The service was great. My only complaint is the wait...It's a super small location, with only 4 or 5 seats and we were standing room only waiting. They did have lots of employees working and the line went fairly quickly though in spite of how many customers were waiting. Had to get a rental car because my car was being worked on in the shop at the car dealership I love that they came to the dealership and picked me up to take me over to the rental car place only thing I did not like was that the car smelled like smoke I didn't realize it until I had already driven away that there was A smell of smoke in the car I did not have time to go back and switch out the car my seven-year-old got in the car and immediately smelled the smoke we only had the car for a day and a half so it wasn't a big deal but I definitely would've went back if I was going to have it longer than that maybe try to get the cars detailed and get the smoke smell out of them before renting them out again. read more

The staff is nice but they can't get it together. They make promises that aren't fulfilled. We have rented from them twice and each time we were deceived. We had an issue with our prior rental and were promised by the branch manager that he would upgrade us on our next rental. Thinking they would follow through, we expected a larger vehicle and planned accordingly. We even called ahead, spoke with Hunter who promised a large SUV just to be told at pick up that they were sold out. I was in a minor fender-bender the week I was moving from Sugar Hill to Loganville. I called and confirmed I could get a ride from the shop I dropped my car off at to Enterprise on Sunday...I drove an hour from my new place to Enterprise only to find out there was no transportation offered on Sundays. ...I rescheduled for the next week, coming in on a Saturday...after waiting over an hour and a half, (with no number system, line or orderly way to wait, you simply have to remember who you came in after) I was told I needed to drop my car off, a transport would meet me there in 10-15 mns. The transport was late, more like 30 minutes. I called and called the Sugar Hill location trying to find out about my transport, no one answered - on weekends they don't really answer the phones they are so overly busy (they do not have enough people working on Saturdays) When I got back to Enterprise, I waited another 40 minutes. I ended up in a 2014 Ford Focus (I think it was the last car they had left as they were getting ready to close) it hesitated badly, had no "pick up" to merge in traffic and went through gas like crazy!!! I was afraid this car would cause me to be in an accident! Staff was very friendly, but the wait and car made for a horrible experience. I will look at a different rental company next time. DO NO GO IN TO THIS LOCATION ON A SATURDAY! read more

This location is in a terrible place as there is never a spot yo park to return the car. Since there is no dedicated return location, you wait to find a place then wait inside as your check in and check out process is too slow. Once you get an agent they have to drive the car around back (while the customer is waiting). Also you need to move to handheld tablets for Checkin. The counter process is too slow. Also at check out I had to wait for the car to be "cleaned up" - you need to teach them how to clean a car. The one I left the lot in was dirty outside and in. So bad that I had to stop at a gas station to clean a huge smudge from the inside of the windshield on the drivers side. The only way I will use this location again is if I have to (dealer paid rental car). They need help! read more

I was very upset with how unprepared this branch was when I came into their branch. I was there for 45 mins just waiting on a vehicle. They only had 1 vehicle per the request by my dealership , ie, Dodge, Chyrsler, Jeep. The only vehicle they had available for me was at a service shop and I had to wait til they picked it up. So I waited for someone to go get the vehicle from the shop. Then they then had to wash the vehicle when they got it back. So AGAIN, O waited for that to be finished. All the while I was waiting and telling them I was going to be late for work! And every 5 mins, they would tell me it will just be a little while longer. Finally, the vehicle pulls up, drenched, then I complete the walk around and have to go over more policy, paperwork that I completed already inside!!!! I complete what I believe are the final paper work steps, then the Enterpruse rep, "Paige" tells me she has to go back inside the branch and get more paperwork for me....!!! My response, " are you kiddin me"???!! I had a 45 min drive to work but currently it was 10 mins before I had to be at work. I am sitting in front of this rental branch doing part 3 of paper work, aftpaoI already waited for them to drive to pick up the vehicle from a repairer, then wash the entire car and 45 mins later your still telling me I have more to do before I can drive off ??? If "Paige" was her real name, she found it really hard to show any type of" genuine "empathy. Because she appeared to have a very dry and cold attitude when she said, "Im sorry" as if she was forced to say it. You are a company to be known to primarely rent vehicles and should be able to, "supply the demand" when there is a need. Due to this branch's lack of organization and availability, I ended up being written up for tardiness and this will remain on my record for 6 months!! The following weeks ahead, I had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership. I made a complaint to the dealershiop service advisor and thru the dealership's corporate survey advising they need to do business with a rental company that is able to service their customers in a timely and efficient fashion. I went with Uber this time and vehicle was ready promptly and I wasnt late for work this time!!! Eventhough I had to pay for it myself this time, It was worth the charge for DEPENDABILITY and Great attitude.
