    Would give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service I have experienced. They don't care about you as a customer at all.

The truck I rented was great no problems for weeks I had it until the fob decided not to work. Ok you say to yourself it had to be the battery right? Nope! So next thought use the backup key that is in the fob right? Nope. I could not get back into the vehicle! You say ok get Enterprise to come out and just open the truck, right? Nope. No way to get in! The key was not keyed for the door. Ok now the local representative, Peter, went out of his way on his own time to bring me another truck. He would wait for their road side assistance to get him in the truck. Nope. Roadside could access either. The truck is towed to their car service center. It would need to locksmith to open. I am on day 4 waiting. No call no text for 2 days! My personal property is being held hostage!!! You say well you can't have that much stuff in there to worry about, right? Nope yes I do. I have 2 garage remotes, purse, 2 gkids car seats, my handicap sticker, my medications, my favorite snow boots, my "if I need it" bag with miscellaneous this is just to make a few! So you would thing that I'm not the only this had to happen to, right? Moral of the story is to make sure you check that you have a back up key....that works!!!!!

Right after that call, they silently charged $500 to my card without any authorization. My deductible is only $250. When I called to ask why, the rep was rude and hung up on me. No transparency. No respect. No accountability. I've escalated to their executive team. Think twice before renting from this location.

    I rented a car at Enterprise in Dublin Ohio Parameter Loop Road, around December 18th. There was…read morealready issues from the start. First, for some reason, because I had an out of state license, my father had to use his credit card for the up front deposit. But they still ran my card at the beginning so they could have it on file. I extended my rental about three times. Every time I extended my rental, I was charged for that extension right away. I know because I was checking my bank account before and after, making sure I had enough funds. I return the car on December 28th and everything seems fine, but randomly two weeks after dropping the car off, I get charged $1033.10 on January 10th. No warning, no explanation. I look through my bank account and see all the original charges that were made after each extension of the rental, and those charges were gone, nothing was there. Two weeks later I get charged the total lump sum and I go -$601 in my checking reserve. Why would you initially charge my account showing charges, then those disappear and two weeks later I get charged the lump sum when I didn't have $1033.10 in my checking account. You can't expect people who budgeted to rent a car over holiday break to have those same funds in their bank two weeks after the holidays. I lost a lot of money and now I'm struggling this month to pay my bills I would like for Enterprise to issue a refund, even if its a partial refund as its unfair to have that amount taken out with no notice especially when it occurred two weeks after I dropped the rental car off. You can't expect people to have over $1000 in their account randomly. I had the money in my account during the holidays, I didn't have that money after the holidays. I rented the car during the holiday, not after, so I should have been charged during the holiday, not after.

I had to wait 20 minutes before a car became available, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. Once I got into the vehicle, the low tire pressure warning light was illuminated, raising concerns about the condition and readiness of the car. It seems Enterprise is starting to lose its way when it comes to delivering the reliable customer experience I've come to expect. The whole purpose of reserving a vehicle in advance is to avoid delays and ensure a car is ready upon arrival. While the staff was courteous and professional, the lack of vehicle availability and the condition of the car made for a disappointing experience. I will continue to use National for airport rentals, but for local rentals I'll be looking at other providers in the future.

    10/10 best run Enterprise location you can go to. They were very cooperative and incredibly…read moreresponsive when all the other locations wouldn't ever even pick up the phone. This location is actually well staffed and the staff do care a lot about the customers and making the experience smooth and super professional. I've worked with the team several times and every member will go the extra mile to help out and they're very professional about it. I truly wouldn't ever go to any other enterprise location besides this one. BIG thank you to the manager Kayla, you run a tight ship and you lead by example.
