Fortunately, this location is close to my office and, as advertised, they picked me up at work and drove me here to pick up the rental I was to drive to Austin. They were a bit busy on departure day, so my ride was about 45 minutes late. They were very apologetic for this, and upgraded me to a brand new Dodge Ram truck for my journey (I had rented an economy car per company travel policy). The truck was clean, it ran great, and now I want one much to my wife's chagrin! When I returned the truck, they had me back at work within minutes. Both on pickup and return, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable about Enterprise and its process. Based on this experience, this will be my Enterprise location for Houston rentals going forward.

I went to a satellite location where my repairs was being done, so nobody was at that location unless previously scheduled. I called them, and they were kind enough to pick me up from that satellite location and brought me to the main branch just a mile away. Everything went smooth and there was no trouble with the insurance lending me a rental car. I was in and out, and they eased any anxiety I had about this situation I was new to. They came out with a very clean and very well maintained car. I had no trouble driving this for two weeks. It was however on the cheaper end that I wished I could've gotten a more fun and powerful car that I'm accustomed to. But hey, you take what you can get with a body shop rental. When I returned the car, the insurance paid for everthing as expected. She greeted me with a smile, which I always appreciate. Overall, I was very pleased If I had to gripe about one thing, it would be the car that I received. My friend recently got into an accident too, and she got a brand new corolla sport with a back up camera and upgraded sound system with Bluetooth. I guess you can say I'm jealous lol.

Especially "Cardi 3" who was wrapped in matte black and got more attention and more compliments from family and friends than anything I ever drove. I always rent from them when everybody ran out of cars. They have compact, medium, luxury and passenger vans available also. Their check out process is easy but be sure to send them your insurance before you go to them or it might take time to process. Cube is the way to go.
