My experience with Enterprise was my first time dealing with insurance, repairs and rentals. I was…read morehesitant and didn't know much about the process at all. This location was very helpful. I went to a satellite location where my repairs was being done, so nobody was at that location unless previously scheduled. I called them, and they were kind enough to pick me up from that satellite location and brought me to the main branch just a mile away. Everything went smooth and there was no trouble with the insurance lending me a rental car. I was in and out, and they eased any anxiety I had about this situation I was new to. They came out with a very clean and very well maintained car. I had no trouble driving this for two weeks. It was however on the cheaper end that I wished I could've gotten a more fun and powerful car that I'm accustomed to. But hey, you take what you can get with a body shop rental. When I returned the car, the insurance paid for everthing as expected. She greeted me with a smile, which I always appreciate. Overall, I was very pleased If I had to gripe about one thing, it would be the car that I received. My friend recently got into an accident too, and she got a brand new corolla sport with a back up camera and upgraded sound system with Bluetooth. I guess you can say I'm jealous lol.

I didn't know how long my repair was going to take and I needed a car to get home. So, I made a reservation online to pick up a car here. Within a few minutes, I received a voicemail saying deposit is $300 and other tips. The repair ended up being on the same day. I called to ask if I can change my contract but the office was closed. I waited till 10 am Saturday and they still haven't called. I went to the office, it was packed. I thought okay. No change and I'll return it on Monday. There seems to be some staffing shortage at this office. One person handles everything in the office. I saw 2 people moving cars in the lot. Returning my car was a breeze. I had to make sure that I bought gas. The vehicle had no issues. I had to take some pictures of the scratches and made sure they were aware. Because I didn't get an inspection report beforehand. My deposit was returned back to my bank account. I don't mind coming back but I'll check out other Enterprises first. It's hard to drive into the lot.
