TLDR: The most alarming part of this entire ordeal is not the confusion, the threats, or the…read moreconstant pressure - it's the absolute void where customer service should be. If you rent from Enterprise and something goes wrong, you will be on your own. No one will help you. No one will follow up. No one will even acknowledge you. My recent experience with Enterprise was so astonishingly mismanaged that I feel obligated to warn others. If anything goes wrong with your rental - even something entirely outside your control - you will be met with harassment and a complete absence of customer support. Our personal vehicle was vandalized, and we needed a rental while it was being repaired. Insurance covered the rental, and when we picked up the car on Christmas Eve, the Enterprise employee assured us everything was handled and there was nothing to worry about. That turned out to be wildly untrue. Starting the day after Christmas, I began receiving daily calls and voicemails from Enterprise. Assuming there was a simple mix up, I provided Enterprise with my insurance agent's information and the repair shop's contact details. I personally called both my insurance adjuster and repair shop every single day to make sure everything was moving forward. Enterprise, however, continued to behave as though none of that information existed. The calls escalated into threatening emails from so called "regional managers," insisting the situation would be sent to their "Risk Management" team. Then came more voicemails and emails - all demanding action from me, while Enterprise refused to acknowledge any of the information I had already provided. On the advice of my insurance agent, I contacted customer support and asked for an email address so I could document everything in writing. I sent detailed messages to Enterprise and forwarded them to customer support (customercare2@ehi.com). Not once - not a single time - did anyone from Enterprise respond, follow up, or attempt to resolve the issue. I have since returned the rental and still have not heard from anyone.

Hours, time, and money wasted! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. BEWARE! Based on my…read moreexperience, they showed very little regard for my time, money, or commitment as a customer. Don't waste your time with this dealership. I spent several days negotiating the purchase of a 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali. Before I ever paid for a third-party inspection, I had already informed the dealership that I intended to move forward with the purchase. The only remaining issue was correcting the tax calculation on the paperwork. Because I was committed to buying the truck, I paid $173 out of my own pocket for a third-party inspection. I also reviewed service records, obtained repair invoices, verified tax information directly with Mississippi authorities, and worked through financing and shipping details. After the inspection was completed and the truck was returned to the dealership, I waited for the corrected paperwork. Approximately two hours after the truck returned from the inspection that I paid for, I contacted the dealership again regarding the tax correction. I was then told that another customer was looking at the truck in the showroom and was instructed to go ahead and sign the paperwork as it was, with the understanding that the tax issue would be corrected afterward. I followed that instruction. At that point, I believed the deal was done. I had already agreed to purchase the truck, paid for an inspection, completed my due diligence, and signed the paperwork. I went to bed believing I had purchased the truck. The next morning, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to the person looking at it in the showroom right after it returned back from the third-party inspection that I paid $173. What makes this experience so frustrating is that I had already agreed to purchase the truck before paying for the inspection, spent my own money performing due diligence, and was actively attempting to complete the transaction. If another buyer was actively purchasing the vehicle, that should have been clearly communicated before I was instructed to proceed. I understand that dealerships can sell vehicles to other buyers. What I do not understand is why a customer who had already agreed to purchase the truck, paid for an inspection, and was actively waiting on the dealership to correct the taxes on the paperwork would be encouraged to continue moving forward while another deal was apparently being worked out. This was one of the most disappointing vehicle-buying experiences I have ever had.

Used car dealers have an unsavory reputation but this dealership is truly outstanding as the worst…read moreever. The used car I bought from them will not pass emissions and the dealership will not assist in any way. My advice to anyone purchasing a car from this company is to get the emissions test before buying the car. The dealership's practice of giving you a piece of paper to get the car tested yourself is not a good one. The old saying "Let the buyer beware" was probably written for this dealership. Caveat Emptor!
