I rented a car at Enterprise since my car was in the shop for repairs from an accident. I have a rental car option on my insurance policy & per them I was to use Enterprise for this. After dropping off my car, I called Enterprise to pick me up. The pickup driver arrived promptly & brought me to a nearby Enterprise to sign the paperwork & get my rental car. The driver was very friendly & personable. The counter person was great too, he said hello & introduced himself. The employee that showed me the car & collected a credit card to be on file was friendly as well. The problem was from the time I walked in & the time I drove off it was an hour. I was told that they were busy from the holiday weekend prior but an hour is too long in my opinion to wait for a car that I had reserved. In addition, my rental car wasn't even that clean. They did apologized for the wait. I appreciate that Enterprise offers free pick-ups from your home or repair shop. The driver also said that if I don't have anyone to help me drop off the rental when I'm ready to return it I can just leave the car at the repair job. This location is the worst I have ever encountered, in all of my travels! I travel all over the country, and can't believe these people are still in business!!! Dropped off my car to have work done, body shop sent me over to this location for rental, said all I needed was my claim number, and when I got there not only did they say they couldn't help, they were rude, said I should have contacted someone else, and that they wouldn't have a car for me by the time I contacted someone! Had an awesome experience with Enterprise. When my insurance shafted me on a comparable rental car, and it was about to snow, the assistant manager threw in a complimentary upgrade for a SUV, which wasn't expected and definitely appreciated. Upon returning the car, my insurance messed up the billing. Despite this, enterprise took the ownership of this and was able to get this fixed so that I didn't have to lift a finger. So I rented a Cadillac from this location entered that I was 24 and put down a hefty deposit. They called and asked me to wait another 2 hours because they were behind on their fleet. When we get there we are told that they will not rent to someone aged 24 in the car class. Why would the website specifically ask and then lie to our faces. The cars they had available were either broke needed work or just crap. Finally after putting us in a Toyota Camry they say oh also we have a $250 deposit. I will never in my life rent from such a lying deceitful company again. This location should be ashamed at their customer service and the lack of accommodation. It's pretty standard for agents to walk around the vehicle with the customer and describe it's different functions but agents at this location are inept and neglected to provide me accurate information about the electric vehicle I rented and caused me to get stranded on the side of the highway. I called the office and spoke to Manager- Brandon who said he would bring me a new vehicle but when he arrived he really wasn't remorseful for the lack of information I was given and the trouble it caused. I then notified him that I would take the vehicle for now but would probably bring it back early next week and go with a rental company. This is when he became absolutely irrate, proceeding to yell at me while holding on to the keys so I could not leave. I had to ask him numerous times for the keys and he eventually THREW them at me, hitting me in the leg. I then called the police as he clearly has anger issues and filed a report. Obviously, I would not recommend this location to anyone but especially if you are a woman as I highly doubt he would have been aggressive with me if I was a man read more

From the first moment of interaction it has been a dismal experience for myself and my wife. It is a disgrace that Geico would have me endure this level of poor customer service upon being in an accident and requiring a rental car for a few days. It was my understanding that a comparable vehicle to my mid sized AWD SUV would be reserved for me on Monday. However upon my arrival to this location at the designated time of reservation on Monday of this week I was given a Sedan to use. The understanding was that on Tuesday Katie would call to present options as to what would be available for me to have swapped out on Wednesday. No call arrived and on Wednesday I called and Sam said there was nothing available at their location and he would return my call in the afternoon. No call arrived. Called and now spoke back to Katie and again she says that nothing is available. My thing is that it feels as if no effort was made to ensure that the vehicle I needed was to be reserved and made available to me and the unprofessional behavior of the staff does not help. Now we are expecting a snow storm here with a possibility of up to 1ft of snow and there is no concern for my preference, safety or well being. I mentioned that the Sedan is completely uncomfortable and there is no concern about these things. A complete disappointment. HERTZ was way more courteous to me and the experience miles ahead. The whole entire experience was horrible. We had an appointment at 3:00 to pick up a rental car. I didn't leave until 4:05. Kim was very, very rude to my mom and I. They argued adding another person to drive the vehicle. They didn't even have the car that we requested for pickup. And they don't take debit cards for the incidental fee. Only credit cards. The only helpful person in the whole place was the manager. The first employee that was helpful or nice during the whole experience. He didn't talk to us until 3:40. Very dissapointed. read more

To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I didn't have a choice but to use Enterprise after getting in an accident. Everything seemed smooth sailing, until I realised I hadn't received my $50 deposit back 10 days after I returned the car. I did some research online, they said it could take 5-10 business days so I decided to wait a few more days. I then decided to call them to see why I hadn't received my deposit back for them to tell me they will have their accountant reach out to me as it looks like it was reimbursed. My bank had said it couldn't have been anything on their side & to get in contact with enterprise for more help. After a few days of no contact I called again for them to explain it was pending when I got the car & while I still had the car they reimbursed me. How would that make sense? I still had the car at the time..... The management is absolutely no help & tried to make it seem like I was making it all up. If I had been reimbursed I wouldn't be making contact with them every couple days. I wouldn't say it's a good time staying on hold with not only enterprise but the bank over a $50 deposit. To say the least, I wish I had looked more into the reviews before agreeing to rent a car from them. read more

Not a happy camper today. A work vehicle is in the shop for unexpected repairs. We called this enterprise to rent a car. We were told over the phone they had at least two cars available. We picked one - received the email confirmation and was about to leave to head over and get car - when we received a phone call saying they did not have any cars available. No real explanation. Just never had the cars there. I have been a life long hertz rental person until enterprise saved the day for us in Galveston Texas last month. I decided to start using enterprise - but this experience has sent me right back to hertz. The guy at this location was friendly - but not helpful and did not seem to care that this caused a problem with us. Reading another post on Yelp for this location shows that this is a issue at this location. So beware and I would suggest calling hertz. Goes to show good service can change life long loyalty to switch brands - but bad service - bad service like this can really hurt a company like enterprise. read more

We were in need of a very big SUV to accomodate 7 people ... After multiple attempts to get something reasonable and in time - I eventually got in touch with the Enterprise in Highlands Ranch. The price was fair and everyone that I talk on the phone with was super polite and understanding. When the day came - I did show up and a beautiful Chevy Suburban was there for us. Alex - the store manager was extremely helpful and polite and she personally went on and closed the deal. Because of their profesionalism - I even felt that I need to run the car quick thru a carwash before returning it :) My next quick getaway is in 2 weeks - and I already reserved someting else. The only reason why it's worth a whole star is because of the ease of pickup and drop off. I was able to just pick up the car and drop it off at the body shop where my car was being repaired. The body shop was going to pick up the tab for the last few days of the rental because they took longer than insurance was willing to cover. Dropped off the card and a couple weeks later, I get over $400 charge on my credit card when I was only expecting around $40-50 for gas. After two weeks, Enterprise said they made a mistake but that the body shop needs to cut me or them a check. When, according to the body shop, they've been paid. So why do you need more money to fix what sounds like your error? Finally, I contested the charge on my card which means I have a ton of extra paperwork to work through because ENTERPRISE made a mistake. I will not rent from Enterprise again if I can help it. read more

As was suggested by a confirmation email, that I had received from Enterprise, I made a reservation, over the weekend, for a vehicle to be dropped off at Automotive service center for a Monday morning drop-off. this was one of the methods I could reserve the vehicle. I received a confirmation email reflecting this reservation for 7:30am Monday morning. Vehicle had not been delivered and no phone call received. So I called the company. Apparently, since the rental location is not open on weekends, they did not receive this reservation. Agent was sent immediately and expedited a vehicle delivery for me. However, through most of my encounter with this gentleman, he was accusatory rather than just completing the job. As vehicle was stored at the auto body shop, it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned (not a major issue for me initially as I needed to get to work). Unfortunately, due to an unpleasant smell, I had to return/exchange vehicle. Replacement did not drive well and as I'm used to a luxury vehicle, they suggested that I try again the following week. I called back as suggested kindly. Same gentleman answered and was reproducibly rude and accusatory once more. I can understand not having enough vehicles. But the unnecessarily disrespecting customers and accusing them of switching out too many times is NOT how I want to be treated. As a physician, if I were to treat them or their family in a similar manner, I'm sure I would get similarly poor ratings. I typically do not review businesses but this one person repeatedly disrespecting me is the only reason I am writing this poor review. He reflects very poorly on the company. And despite my long relationship with Enterprise, I will think about using another company next time and have already requested the switch by my Insurance company. Very disappointed. read more

Absolutely great customer service through and through! I think they've recently had new staff come on so I don't think their old reviews should have much merit. There was some miscommunication between my insurance company and Enterprise so my rental pickup was in a totally different part of town. I got shuffled around over the phone from an Aurora location to the Highlands Ranch location but was able to speak to someone about getting a car immediately since I had taken time out of my work day to get a car. When I arrived they only had one car available within my daily insurance coverage. I told them I was ok with paying a little more for a better car. Brian was nice enough to put me in a rental comparable to what I currently drive as he apologized for the miscommunication. When I came back to return the car, the drop off process was a breeze and another great employee named Connor gave my a ride to my auto body shop. Overall best RAC experience I've ever had!! Plus they have a luxury fleet so this location is perfect if you're looking for something other than a Hyundai or Kia. read more

Three days and ten phone calls that were not answered. Over four hours spent on this rental which was not necessary. Set the rental up with my insured and did not want to assign another car company and go through the process again. This is the third time I've rented from this location and it will be my last. They were supposed to have the car at the repair shop 100 feet away but did not and had to again go the enterprise to wait for the rental. Not enough employees and those that are there could care less about service. read more

I missed my appointment due to some issues, but came in this morning at opening time to see if I could get a rental. The staff was absolutely unhelpful. I was told that all I was going to get was a truck, and if I wait later in the day, they could "maybe" get me into an SUV. I asked if there was perhaps a different location I can go to and get something different. (I'm not going to pay $80 to keep filling a truck tank). He told me it was the same everywhere, I was going to only get a truck. IN THE WHOLE DENVER METRO AREA!?! I find that very hard to believe. I was given an attitude the whole time, like since I missed my appointment I wasn't worthy to be given a vehicle. Needless to say, I will never be going back there again. read more

This branch location seems to be very busy most of the time! But, with that being said, every time I am there every employee is working hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. Grant and Mandy have helped me a couple times and they are both very nice and accommodating. Best customer service I've ever had when renting a car! I came in one morning and not only did I need to modify my existing reservation, I asked for a specific make and model I wanted to drive. The whole team practically jumped into action to clean and prepare the car I wanted since it had just been returned the night before. While I waited, 2 separate team members offered me coffee from the Starbucks next door and were very good at engaging in conversation. Before I knew it, one of the customer service reps and a garage tech came back in side, with some evidence of water on their shirts from cleaning the car (shows me that nothing is beneath them, regardless of role or position). They had me put the door in no time, did a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle with me, and remembered who I was when I came to return the car!! We will definitely be using enterprise again, probably this location, for future rental needs. read more

Great experience! We will be back. Two guys that worked there were very nice and professional. They asked if we needed an extra insurance and when we said no they didn't even blink. They had to ask but they weren't pushing it in any way. They offered us a great car but it was a bit big for my driving skills and when I asked if we could get a different one, to my surprise, they said yes and gave us a bit smaller, but still, a great car! I have to agree with the other posters about the poor service at this location. My brother rented a car from this location and when he went to pick it up, the only car available was a 20-person van. Are you kidding me? I made a reservation for a car over a month ago. The day I was to pick it up they called me and told me they didn't have any cars. They were all in the "body shop". I now have to postpone my trip with no real assurance that they will have a car available for me tomorrow (of course they promised they would." It's really thrown a monkey wrench into my plans as well as added additional stress to my trip. I will never rent from this Enterprise location and I urge you not to rent from this location either. I just wish I could give them a less than zero rating. read more
