I was scheduled to be picked up at 8:00 from the body shop and was promptly driven by a very friendly employee to the rental desk. He was very interactive and entertaining and even held the door open for us to get into the building. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff that was ready to help. I unfortunately had to wait for the insurance agency to call me in order to get my rental but Alana Phillips was very patient and even offered her help by calling the insurance agency herself in order to streamline the process. She was beyond helpful with the entire situation and tried as best as she could to get the authorization number and get me to work ASAP! Phil took me to pick up my car so that I would be able to leave without being late. He was extremely nice and kept the conversation going. He made sure that I was 100% happy with the car and even cleaned it off for me (due to snow) before he left. I was very happy with the entire experience with Enterprise. These guys were great! I called with a question, to verify my reservation and find out what I needed to do. Ryan was super nice, answered all of my questions and he set up a reservation at another location. I had to say I was worried that something might have gotten lost. I am happy to report I was wrong! When I gave them my name they had EVERYTHING ready! I knew what I needed to bring and was able to get out of there in 10 minutes. Matt is who helped me and he was wonderful! I used to enjoy renting from this location because the associates made me feel valued and always tried to get me the best deal possible, and providing upgrades when available. However, they recently changed associates at this location and the new ones seem to go out of their way to let me know what my business is not valued in any way and that they would prefer that I rented from somewhere else - which is exactly what I will be doing going forward. If I could I would give 0 stars. The most frustrating experience. No matter what location you call it brings you to the same call center and we visited three locations AFTER we were told they had a car for us to drive once we got there they said they don't have any cars. We spent the whole day driving around for none of them to have a car for us to drive. The first location we visited said they had nothing for us to drive then we called the call center and they said they have cars available to drive, within in minutes the actual location called us back and said they had a minivan and a pickup truck after they had just told us inside they had nothing. Frustrated we called another location and same situation. Since my car had to go to the shop it was last minute (obviously didn't plan for my car to be in the shop) and the employees were super unhelpful. Think twice about visiting this location. read more

Horrible!! First, we were scheduled to pick up our car on a Sunday. We showed up at 12:55pm and they were closed, dark, and locked up. Their sign said that they closed at 1pm. My cell phone (which is synced up to the atomic clock) said 12:55pm. We decided to come back the next Morning at 7:30am. We told them that we had arrived at 12:55pm and they said that there was no way because they left at exactly 1pm. So, basically, they started off by calling us liars. We should have walked out then. But, we needed a rental car because our only vehicle was going in to the mechanic. We only have a Debit Mastercard and we were told that we couldn't use that without 2 bills that had our address on them. No one carries bills around with them...and most of the bills that they required we don't have because we live in a condo where water/trash/sewer are paid by the association. In addition to that, we do all of our banking with online bill pay through our bank, so we don't have paper bills. They are basically excluding anyone who goes paperless and who don't have credit cards because they are smart enough not to use credit cards that aren't attached to their bank account. After 30 minutes of trying every way we could think of to rent a car through them, we left frustrated. We called our mechanic who recommended Hertz. We showed up, got a car within minutes, and paid less than half of what we were going to pay at Enterprise. Needless to say, Enterprise completely lost our business. The worse rental experience of my life!!! Do yourself a favor and go see Hertz first. read more
