My insurance would only pay $40/day towards a rental car and this Enterprise location only had one car that was $52/day. I called around to other locations and there were no other cars in the area. While frustrated that I had to pay the overage, at least I could have a car for the week. My insurance really took care of everything and it was all uploaded into Enterprise's system upon my arrival. The car I rented was a 2024 VW Tiguan. It had a couple of chips in the windshield and have a large tear in the driver's side carpet due to not having any floor mats - all of these were accounted for when I checked out. I prepared for gas as well, since Enterprise offered a lower rate on gas than at the pumps so it was not a bad deal at all. I returned the car today and had zero problems. Staff on the pick up and drop off were both very nice and helpful. My only wish is they had a car that was under $40/day.

You call a number and the guy will show up 5 minutes later. Once there he started to look up my reservation, after working on it for 5-10 minutes, some people behind me started to line up. He then proceeded to take their information, look up their cars and tell them there were no cars for them (2 different people, I do think they were there for the shared Budget counter, not Avis. So I guess at least I got a car?). After about 15 minutes of him typing etc (I have Avis preferred, so they already have all my info), he says "well, we have one car but it says do not rent. so I need to go pickup another car for you". He drives to another location and back to pickup another car (20 minutes), and then starts over with all the paper work for this car. So about an hour after I arrive I walk out to my car. Once I enter the car its gas tank is not full, and has "maintenance required" light on. This guy just drove this car back from another location so he clearly new the maintenance required light was on. At this point I was about 20 minutes late for my plans for the day so I just got in the car and left. If you need a guaranteed car that doesn't require maintenance in a timely manner do not come here.

They allowed us time to decide if it was worth fixing and were creative about getting the costs to something more affordable but ultimately I agreed to have all but one item fixed. Their willingness to work with me on it really sealed the deal. I never felt pressured one way or the other and researched the prices of each repair item and they were market value. I really appreciated that I wasn't given grief for wanting to fix this old beauty instead of calling it quits and also appreciated their confidence in doing this amount of work to make it like new. Most importantly, the repairs were done right without gimmick and they're under warranty! This Christian Brothers Automotive is thorough and the final cost was reasonable compared to the quote (slight increase from what looks like parts being a tad more than anticipated). The initial inspection was awesome too, they have pictures for everything and tell you what's good, not just bad. I ended up booking thru a travel site that gave me a better rate than Hertz Gold Plus. The car (an uncomfortable 2025 Jeep Compass Limited) ran fine for mountain driving, but it wasn't very clean. Possibly due to turnaround times and lack of staff. Fast food wrappings, dog hair and dust in the interior, bird poo on the exterior. Loss of another star. As a reminder, always take photos of your rental car at both pickup and return. This car only had 22k miles and quite a few scratches on the rear bumper.

During the time I had the G-Wagon, we were stopped at a light and got rear ended by a driver going nearly 50mph. When I had to deal with my insurance company for injuries and repairs in the vehicle from Auto Management, again, no problem at all. I was going through a rough time and needed to get rid of a car payment without ruining my credit. I turned my vehicle in to the Auto Management program and my payments were made on time while another of David's clients was qualified and took it over. I have experienced nothing but excellent service as both one who got vehicles from Auto Management, and one who used their service to have their car payment taken over. Gerber Collision was recommended by Safeco Insurance, insurer for the person who ran into my car…read more So, I took their advice and took my car to Gerber to be repaired, and was given an Enterprise Rentacar rental. Gerber was told I was leaving town for South Carolina on a specific day, very early (6 am), several times. They called 1 day before the last day I could pickup car. Said car would be ready 3 days after my "latest date". When reminded about my latest date, they acted like it was new information. Told me they would call the next day at Noon to tell me the status of the repair. Gerber did not call at Noon. I presumed the car was not to be ready. Took a job for late that day (I am a photographer). Gerber called at 4 pm, saying the car was ready. I was too far away to make it to Gerber before their closing time. I told them, and they said there was no way to pickup the car after they closed, nor would they bring my car to my home and pickup the rental car. As a result, the rental car was returned when I returned to Denver, one week later. Enterprise Rental charge me almost $200. This is in excess of what they charged Safeco. Enterprise called me to say I would be charged for the one week extra time. I informed them of why I should not be charged. They said they would look into it, and let me know about Gerber or Safeco paying the extra charges. Heard nothing back from Enterprise. Then the charge appeared on my credit card.
