They have good cars, not a lot of rigmarole to rent, and courteous counter staff. Yes, the wait has been lengthy at times, but only when they have another customer at the counter, who they are treating like the only customer in the world, the same as they do for us, so we wait our turn, like any adult with an ounce of courtesy. And we don't bring the car back when they are closed.

Before I rented the car I asked if I could return the car a few hours late after they close the following Saturday(they close on Saturday at noon and they are closed all day on Sunday) and he said yes and no charge if it is a few hours late after they close that following Saturday, just leave the keys in the box and fill the form out with the date and time that I returned the car if it is after hours. The following Saturday I returned the car a few hours late as previously agreed upon with the manager and there were no forms at the drop off box and no instructions as to where the forms were located so I left the keys in the box and left the car full of gas. I called Hertz after they reopened and the manager said, oh I forgot and ran it through on Monday as an additional full weeks charge. He said because the form was not in the box and he forgot not to charge me and that the form was actually on the back of the rental jacket which I never saw and was not aware of its location. He said he could not reverse the extra full weeks charge but he would try to call his district manager to get authorization to reverse the additional week(now remember the car was returned just a few hours late and he had agreed not to charge me and admitted that he forgot). He checked with the district manager and he refused to reverse the extra week and said it was "policy" and would not do it. Who runs a business like that? Beware of Hertz, they charged me 1 full week extra for 3 hours late and the 3 hours was previously agreed upon that it would not be any extra charge and they had no instructions on the drop box regarding the location of the forms to fill out.

Pulling up, I have never experienced a long line at this location. Prices are... well... about what you'd expect for a car wash these days. Definitely numbers that I would have cringed at in my earlier years, but if you want to keep your car clean, then what choice do you have, right? To make things a bit more reasonable, I usually opt for the BOGO offer. You have 30 days to use the second wash. Water, soap, suds, more water, and air just about sums up the wash experience. Occasionally all of the drying/vacuuming bays are filled after exiting the wash, but if you wait long enough, then one will undoubtedly open up. Overall, I'm clean and a little freaky, so I like this place. ****FOUR STARS****
