5/20/26-5/27/26 Memorial weekend (week 2026). Vehicle was being used by one of our Veterans who joined us for conversations with Veterans over meals. Service 5/5 Excellent non-reservation support from the store Manager and one of his associates. It was a holiday weekend and their inventory was almost non-existent. The Manager secured an economy car and had it ready in 10 minutes. The associate called me outside to perform the walk around inspection, perform final review and E-Sign outside on their tablet. Busy lobby, they should have kiosk for waiting. They called someone before me. Didn't want to be a Karen so I waited longer than needed. The car I rented was missing 3 hub caps. The windshield wiper blades (The rubber part) was flapping in the wind on the freeway. I was totally embarrassed to drive the car. Since I only needed to drive back and forth temporarily, I dealt with it. read more

If you are renting from a local Enterprise (and not an airport location), you need to be prepared to wait an hour plus for your car. That's because these smaller locations are so strapped for vehicles that they can only rent them as come back in from other renters. Then they have to look over the car and wash it -- so it takes time. My suggestion would be to check-in, make sure your phone number is up to date, and then go grab a bite to eat or do a little local shopping. I'm currently in the waiting room (have been for about an hour), and the reason I'm giving this location 5 starts simply for the kind customer service. The staff is busy, doing what they can, and making sure to treat everyone kind despite the very upset customers. I notice the phone is ringing and ringing, so that would be one area they can improve on. Kudos to a team who stays calm under stress. Thanks for the kindness! read more

This is a busier location, but it was worth it for us. We had a terrible experience at another Enterprise Rent-A-Car location, two kinda. Our insurance spoke to this one, and we are glad we didn't let the other location trick us into going to somewhere else. Got that address and stuck to it. This place has a casual professionalism that we like, and they seem informed of how their policies work, especially when it comes to fair access. We were helped by someone with a blonde(?) braided ponytail(?) behind the desk. She was honest, casual, nice, natural conversational ability while also focusing. Great. We were also helped by Chris, who was patient, efficiently explanatory without feeling rushed, seemed genuinely nice-- I can't say enough nice things. All the staff seemed busily helpful and like pleasant people. [If you are disabled, it's worth it to check the Enterprise website to see what to expect. Our insurance called corporate and another store ahead of time: Notes were put in our file, but it meant nothing to the manager when we got there. My parents reserved a car from the Superstition Springs location & were helped by Management Trainee Joshua Rulney. He was incredible! He was friendly, efficient, treated them very respectfully, offered to show my dad the car's features. He spoke loudly enough when I mentioned they are hard of hearing. They walked around the car together for the inspection, he explained the deposit & the total once the car is returned. I've been coming to this location for almost 2 years now. I get a rental for my job and switch out once a month and I basically live in these cars 4 days out of the week. I've always had a wonderful experience but miss the tripod (Randall Matt Jonah) from when I first started going here. They knew me by name (well last name) and were always on top of what I needed and very accommodating if I had an issue or needed something different. I've only ever had one issue when a newer girl would not switch out a sedan I was having issues with but other than that it's been nothing but positive. read more

So Tia helped me and from the beginning she was very helpful, we had to tackle a few issues and get me off of the DNR (do not rent) list that occurred over 5 years back that i was not aware of. My rental car was through an insurance claim on someone else's insurance. I could not tell you much about pricing, however the service was fantastic. I was able to schedule picking up my rental car at the shop doing the repairs on my car. A representative met us there and got everything going. The car was very clean and comfortable. My only complaints are on the vehicle itself. The car I had seemed to have an issue with the screen inside, but only sometimes. It would flicker while on the maps screen. The car also had a lot of road noise as if there was an issue with the tires. When my car was finished, I was able to drop the rental back off at the same shop. This made the whole process nice, quick and easy. They then followed up with a call to confirm that they closed out my rental and asked if everything was okay. read more

We rented a vehicle from this location for our trip to Reno. On the way, the left rear tire went flat. Calling Enterprise help line got us started on a solution. We took the car to the airport Enterprise where Samantha Aguilar was everything you would want in a professional and helpful person. She traded our original car for us and had us on our way in a very short time. When we returned this car to our original location, Randal Myers was exceptional in his handling of our situation. The whole process went well and we were treated well - they picked me up at the repair facility and I left the rental there when our car was ready - very convenient. I made reservations on 9/7/23 with Enterprise (aka Get a nasty surprise). Unfortunately, my reservation was not honored. I left two reviews. The first review was made on the morning of 9/8/23 and again on 9/13/23, on my negative experience dealing with Enterprise. Till this day, I never got a call from the location I made reservations with! On Sept 14, 2023, I received the following email from customer service: Thank you for your feedback, and I do want to apologize for that happening. I understand what it means to have a piece of mind while traveling. At Enterprise, we want our vehicles to be clean and ready for your journey--whether you're transporting your family, yourself, or important clients. I would be more than happy to assist you in getting this addressed.Since the location is a home city (non-airport) location it is required that we sendfeedbackto the regional office to resolve any issues. Okay, so I want to start off by saying I will NEVER rent another car through Enterprise ever again after this experience. I had went to this superstition location to set up a reservation l. They promised me a specific quote and specific car, I get to the location the following day at the time I was supposed to so I can pick up the vehicle promised and they gave my car to the lady in front of me because she was a "In a rush to get to a church event asap". Mind you this lady had NO RESERVATION! They then had NO available cars for me to take for my reservation at this point and suggested I go to another location to get a car if I needed one "That bad". So, I go to the next location and they also have NO CARS AVAILABLE either. They express that I should call and put a new reservation in at the Metroplex location because they are the "Biggest location & have ALL the available cars". So I call customer care, they set up a new reservation for me at that location and ensure that there is availability at that location. I go to that location and guess what? NO F****ing AVAILABLE CARS AT ALL! Then the lady is extremely rude and tells me I need to step out so she can tend to her "other customers in the lobby". I call customer care and they tell me a Regional manager will call me within 15-20 minutes because this is "NOT HOW THEY DO BUSINESS" well apparently it is, because NOT ONE REGIONAL MANAGER CALLED ME. 2 hours went by and I didn't hear anything from anybody about my situation. I call back, I get another rep on the phone ensuring me a RM will call me by the end of the day! I'm now writing this at 5:01pm MST, and I still have NOT RECEIVED A CALL! I own a solar company, I was booking for a full 3 weeks! I have sales reps I needed to pick up from the airport and bring them to their Airbnb that we paid $10,000 for! I had to go through HERTZ RENTALS because Enterprise couldn't do their damn job! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! read more

ONE OF THE WORSE experiences I've ever been involved in. To begin by truck went in for warranty repair so GMC called me an Enterprise to come get me from the dealership at 11am. They arrived at 1:15. Guy apologized the whole way and was a very nice guy. So I was ok. They gave me a GMC Acadia. I drove 1 mile, and the cigarette smell was SO OVERPOWERING, I had to return for a second vehicle. This time I get a 2018 Silverado. Seems fine.... I drive home and within 15 mins I break out in a massive sneezing allergic attack. Full blown red watering eyes, asthma like breathing etc.... I haven't had asthma since I was a kid. So it freaked me out and I couldn't understand why. Later that night I got back in the truck to head to my sons baseball game. Same thing, sneezing, coughing, watering eyes, itchy skin, asthma..... I decided to open the back door and lift up the back seat to investigate. To my surprise, the ENTIRE rear passenger area of the truck was COVERED, I mean COVERED in dog hair. AND it smelled like old wet dog under the back seat. Couldn't believe it. Next morning I head to work, sneezing the whole way with windows open hoping to get fresh air.... except it's 112 degrees here today. I stopped at a car wash and vacuumed the entire back area of the truck but the old wet dog smell is coming through the vents. Called Enterprise and they tell me they close at 2 so go to the closest airport location to trade out for now a THIRD vehicle. I arrive at the airport, get stuck in the kiosk rental return lane. No employees for as far as the eye can see. I waited 35 mins and no one came. Said the hell with it, drove over the curb and will just live with this disgusting dog hair covered truck until my actual vehicle is out of service hopefully Monday. Hey, this is why the invented Uber I guess. Will not be driving this rental anymore. Can't breath in here at all!!!!! Overall it's been a terrible experience. read more

I had a horrible experience with the branch manager not willing to accommodate, even threatened to cancel my trip. I booked a tahoe or similar for a trip to Disneyland 3 months in advance. I've used this location several times. I've rented Camaro's and mustang's and I've never had a problem. When I arrived to pick up a Chevy Tahoe or similar an infinity truck was available and I was told I had to use a credit card only for the luxury car. This note was not mentioned in my email confirmation. Again I've done business with this specific Mesa location for years with a debit card and I was unaware and unprepared. Alexandra Glover, the branch manager, told me her name was Lexi when I asked her name. She was a hot head and wanted to argue with me instead of helping me. Dont know why we were treated differently by this location but WOW. We will NEVER return here and will forward this to their corp office. Most ironic part is when the attendant calls my husband 2 hours later to ask about any customer service complaints he may have. So i guess the attendent felt the need to (a) ensure he wouldn't get in trouble or (b) felt the need to test my husband's phone number for accuracy. Or both. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. I'm in town on a work trip, driving a minivan. We got a flat tire on our vehicle, I called this location and asked if we could come exchange the vehicle after putting on the spare, they said yes and assured me that they did have another minivan. Drove to the location, they are sold out of vehicles. Kind of annoying but okay, it happens. Our other option was going to the closest Discount Tire and getting the tire changed out. The Enterprise representative, a man with dark hair, allegedly called Discount Tire and they said they would fix the tire. We drove to the tire shop, and they said no one called them. So we go back to this Enterprise location, the employee asks if getting the tire fixed worked out. We said no, they said they did not get a call. He said "Oh okay" and walked back into the lobby. Thanks for 1. Not helping at all AND 2. Sending us on a wild goose chase. Please at least attempt to help paying customers. read more

The location is terribly run. Staff "check you in" when you arrive in a vague attempt to assuage some semblance of customer service. But all fails after that. The staff seems to know less than most people asking questions. And the amount of time each person in line took to be processed, whether inquiring about a new rental, checking in on a reservation, or returning or picking up a car, was no less than 10 minutes a person. Brutal. The location seems fully staffed with lots of people but about half of then walked by to go sit in their offices or talk with one another or leave for break. It seemed like a very poorly run office with bad practices. The result was a brutal experience for pretty much every customer. Won't be returning. read more

Do not ever rent a car here. I got rear ended & I had to leave my car in the shop to get fixed so I was given a car from this establishment. Okay so first off, I drive a small 4 door car & the rental is a HUGE jeep SUV with 3 row seating which I let them know I wasn't comfortable driving. The employee then offers me a smaller car "that hasn't been cleaned" um? Why would you offer someone a dirty car in the middle of a pandemic I have no clue... then she proceeds to tell me that they have been very busy due to COVID-19. Excuse me, I work in healthcare & I know that first hand? Unbelievable they offered me a dirty car & the car I was given had less than half a tank of gas. On 10-2-19 I rented a vehicle from this particular location I had a reservation made by an insurance agent for me to pick up on the 1st but I wasn't able to pick up until the 2nd and my original reserved vehicle had been given to another customer but I given an upgrade to a larger vehicle. The gentleman that helped me and all of the staff were courteous and helpful even tho they seem to be very busy, unfortunately I can't remember his name but I do remember the young lady who did the walk around the vehicle and released the vehicle to me her name was Erica and again pleasant and courteous, I did try and add my daughter as a driver but because I had only brought in a picture of her drivers license I was told by the gentleman he wouldn't be able to add her to my contract and that I had to have the physical ID with me, I asked if she needed to be with me and he said no, I reiterated if it was ok for me to just bring in her license and he again responded that just her physical ID was needed. The following day 10-3-19 I went back with my daughters drivers license to add to my contract and was told by the young lady behind the counter that my daughter had to be with me, I told her I was told about the conversation I've had the previous day and that I told she didn't have to be with me, she asked for help from her near by supervisor Amanda Young who seems to be an assistant manager and again I explain to her what I had been told by her co-worker or associate the previous day to which she replied that was not the policy but she would make an exception, I repeated to her what I had been told and again she said she would make an exception, but she's saying it with an attitude like she's doing me a favor, to which I responded she wouldn't have to make an exception had her associate or colleague had given me the correct information and now I'm getting upset so I told her she needs to do a better job training her associates and again this woman comes back at me like I'm lying to her about what I was told by telling it's not the company's policy but she would allow it this time but going forward any other location wouldn't allow it. Here's my issue, she wasn't doing me a favor she was fixing her co-workers mistake by owning his mistake and doing the right thing for the client and if she didn't believe me and thought I was lying but was going allow to add her to the contract why not just say there must have been a communication mistake but we will take care of for you, instead this young woman who either has a bad power trip or got up in the wrong side of the bed left a horrible taste in my mouth. Ms. Young as an assistant manager and someone who represents your company and are looked up to for leadership and guidance by your subordinates you need to put a smile on your face and leave the attitude at home there is no room in any customer service related job for those shenanigans. read more

A deposit plus the full amount of the rental fee UP FRONT?? Unbelievable and totally uncalled for. No longer will I do business with Enterprise....And I rent every other month from them. No more.
