These guys are exactly what you want in a shop, honest & fair. They stand by their work and if it happens to be something out of their wheelhouse they will help point you in the right direction. I had my EV in there, yes an electric vehicle, to deal with an A/C issue. The dealership wanted to replace the entire system at ~$5,000. I was not confident in the dealerships assessment so I found New Dimensions and asked if they would take a look. Their diagnosis fee was very reasonable and they determined the issue was just line, seals and a recharge. After only ~$1,300 I has happy driving cold again. A couple weeks later it did stop cooling again so we took it back and they guys did a courtesy check and determined that one of the recharge ports was leaking. They did a quick fix and recharge and we were all set. I took them to charge me for whatever but when I went to pick up the car I was told it was no charge. This is exactly how you want a mechanic to operate. I will happily pay for service and repairs if someone is honest and actually does the work to find the issue as opposed to just throwing parts at the issue. I own three other vehicles and will be using these guys for everything going forward. Thank you Jamie and team. I hope this review helps more people find you out there. read more

I went to pick up my vehicle right at closing. On the way to pick up, my other car's tire pressure indicator came on. We had a flat. I went in and paid and picked up my key. So then I started changing my tire and began having some difficulty with the lugs. At 5:30pm, Jamie (owner) noticed and came over and offered assistance, which was needed. He brought out a floor jack and an air ratchet and changed the tire like a NASCAR Pit Crew. There were problems with the spare and he filled it with air and got us on our way. I offered to pay a labor charge and he would have none of it. Great customer service at a very inconvenient time and I appreciate it very much. Highly recommend this place. Fast and professional. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. They got me in the same day I called. They estimated an hour but had the work done in 30 minutes. They did a comprehensive review of my car and noticed my break pads were getting low. They even informed me of a deal online to save money. First time customer upon a referral! I am very picky about my car and am the original owner so I was a little nervous about using a new place. Had issues with the HVAC actuator, needed to have part of the dash removed to replace one of them and unfortunately after replacing that one it still didn't work right. Problem was another actuator had gone out causing the new one to malfunction so Jaime(owner) personally worked on my car and he made things right, including replacing the parking brake cable that broke(just happened to break which so many do because they sit above the exhaust system so the heat deteriorates the cable over time)! He showed me all the broken parts and explained each one to me! He was also able to have one of his guys drop me off and pick me up as I was unable to get to/from his shop! Now that is what I call service and would highly recommend his shop and will plan to use him in the future! All his mechanics continue to go to advanced schooling to keep updated on the latest! It's me again! Yes, I complained, but Jaime called me and was very sincere and said they stand by their work and want to fix my leaking tranny pan. I took the car back and they brought me home and Jaime called an expert to get a recommendation on the best gasket. It's on order and they are going to replace it on Saturday. Hopefully this will be the one! I am giving them 5 stars for their willingness to work on this to resolve it, and their great attitude! Not the happiest with my experience here. Brought two cars in for an "all over check" before a long road trip...plus some other issues that I KNEW were wrong. Was told, "Yeah, we normally check the whole car for any issues..." Ok, fine.. Get a very quick, rushed call later that day with some of their "findings" before the repairs were started...and they didn't even MENTION the issues I knew for sure needed fixing (leaking oil). So I bring it up and "Oh yeah, that too." One of the cars makes a weird noise when left in idle...I wanted it looked into...yet they claim it didn't make the noise for them. So THAT issue never got fixed. Anyways, the bill was cheaper then expected because they honestly didn't do much with either car. The day after picking them up, one of the cars brakes were squeaking HORRIBLY. Like, the type of squeak you get if you wait WAY too long to fix them. Weird thing is...they weren't squeaking like that before I brought it in. I brought the car in to a DIFFERENT repair shop the next day, and the brakes ended up needing $1200 in repairs because they were so bad. So much for really looking over the car huh? Not blaming this shop for my brakes being bad...but how do you not notice that?? Maybe other people have had better experiences with this location, but I'll keep searching until I find someone who I feel better giving my money to... read more

If you have a BMW that is out of Warranty, bring it to these guys!!!!! I will definitely use them for anything and everything my Beamer needs in the future! They charged less than 1/2 of what the Dealership does for an oil, filter, and lube and they also turned off an idiot light for my brakes -that the dealer would not do unless I paid for a new sensor- at no charge.
