Amazing customer service and the car the young lady suggested was great! Brand new, had very low miles and no odor in the inside..

I gave this one two stars for location (close to my friends house). Else-wise... I received a car with 3/4 gas tank and a broken wind shield. When I brought it up to the person behind the counter he didn't seem to think it's a big deal. I mean I am not talking about a little crack from a rock, the windshield was seriously broken top to bottom. In addition, the brakes gave me a scare not working properly. I made a statement the car should be serviced but I doubt they will do anything. I believe it's irresponsible to have a customers drive in I save vehicles. If you can, try using a different location. read more

Pretty good people. Most of the staff is impersonal and unfriendly. Easy to do business with them tho. They never answer the phone. Impossible to speak to someone at the branch. They called today to confirm a reservation without leaving any contact info and their phone just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings. Eventually the automated AVIS line answers but cannot connect you to anyone at this location. Piss poor in that regard. Once they get their contact capabilities up to par, I'll boost this to a 4 star review. Otherwise its just read more

I rented a vehicle from this location and the process was flawless. I had a great customer service experience at pick up and drop off + a reliable and clean vehicle. I do believe management may have changed since the previous reviews, which might be why my experience was excellent! read more

I was so disappointed, I returned the car! I was planning a trip with my family and rented from Avis. When I did my "walk around" to check for scratches, I noticed the outside wasn't clean. I said something to the agent who said, "It is hard to get the bugs off but the inside is clean, right." I asked about their cleaning protocol with Covid. He stated they wipe everything down. So, I took the car. On the way home, I noticed candy pieces in the tray, a foot print on the dash, and overall filthy car. I have rented many cars over the years, never have I gotten a dirty car until today--in the midst of Covid and mandatory cleaning to prevent spread. I will not rent from them again! I can't trust the cars to be clean, let alone disinfected. read more

The cars they have are well maintained but the service is lackluster. I made a reservation for 7am to pick up a vehicle on two separate occasions. The first pickup, the employee was running about 20 mins late. Which is not professional but hey. Things happen. The second pickup, no one appeared at the location until about 8:30am. I ended up going to another location and getting a vehicle from there through calling customer service. read more

I made reservations to pick up SUV 10/19/18 @12pm. I arrived at the pickup location at 1pm. No suv on sight was told by Danny call customer service and see if they can find you another suv. Basically they gave away my vehicle that was reserved to someone who came in prior...Really what's the point in having a reservation that was prepaid. Left there because Danny was no help had to research on my own to find SUV. Customer service wasn't helpful all they said we can issue you a full refund never once did they agree to get another vehicle. Never again will I go to Avis. I often rent vehicles for business and pleasure. I will deal with other companies before going here. Also will let others know to stay away from Avis. read more
