    Known Dave for years and he always helps me with my cars. I've even bought a car off of him. Great place and crew.

I paid for a small car but once we got there after our plane landed at 3pm a nice, upgraded truck was available. We heard horrible reviews with the airport enterprise, so that's why we decided to go with this location. For this trip to Texas, our family of 4 had to take a uber from the DFW airport to this enterprise location (about 10 mins) to pick up the car. I mentioned that to the front desk person, she said, 'we can give you a ride when you need to go back to the airport, no charge'! She saved us at least $40 not having to take the uber once we returned the car. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the vehicle, customer service, affordability, and just down right friendliness from everyone we encountered. This whole trip has renewed our faith in humanity and hospitality. Texas was wonderful and I can't thank this location/people enough for contributing to such a great trip and money well spent!

Because of my past history I thought I would be given some type of consideration as far as price was concerned. Unfortunately the price to rent a car for approximately 3 to 4 days was more than what a round trip airline ticket would have been to go to this particular City in state. Enterprise as well as other car rental businesses better start giving consideration to their customers that have been loyal to them. Instead of trying to fleece your flock price wise. You need to consider your customer service skills to cater to your loyal return customers. As far as your automobiles are concerned, I've never had an issue. Your automobiles that you have rented me in the past have done very well. It's time for you guys to be different than the other car rental places. Management needs to wake up!

    Enterprise Left My Family Stranded - No Help, No Notes, No Accountability…read more I don't write reviews often, but what my family and I experienced with Enterprise Rent-A-Car deserves to be called out -- loudly. While traveling through a remote area of Mississippi, our rental car got a flat tire. We had two dogs, heavy luggage, and no access to rideshare services like Uber in that location. We called Enterprise Roadside Assistance multiple times, only to be forced to repeat the entire story over and over again because no notes were taken or shared between agents. Each rep -- clearly reading from a generic script, possibly from another country -- showed no urgency, no ability to act, and absolutely no awareness of the seriousness of our situation. We were passed around and placated, but not once were we helped. At one point, an Enterprise representative had the audacity to tell us to call the police for a ride. This response was not only dismissive but unacceptable -- Enterprise should have been responsible for helping us, not pushing us onto local authorities. Eventually, a tow truck arrived -- and took the car, leaving us behind stranded at the gas station in a remote area of Mississippi with all our belongings, pets, and no way to get to safety. Let me say that again: Enterprise took the car and left us abandoned at a remote gas station off the highway in Mississippi. Enterprise offered no ride, no replacement vehicle, and no support. It was only thanks to the kindness of the tow truck driver, a third-party contractor, that we were rescued -- he returned later, after his job was done, to take our family to a hotel in the dark. We were stranded over 5 hours before he returned. Which is not his fault, it simply speaks to the lack of help Enterprise provided. And it didn't stop there. When we finally got a replacement vehicle and returned it days later, the branch manager offered zero sympathy. No apology. No accountability. Instead, she just voided the rental transaction entirely, as if pretending it didn't happen could erase what we went through. Not even a "Sorry this happened to your family." This was not just a customer service failure -- it was a complete systemic breakdown in responsibility, safety, and basic human empathy. Enterprise abandoned a family with pets in a dangerous situation and couldn't even be bothered to say "we're sorry" afterward. Enterprise: you failed us on every level. You endangered our family, dismissed our concerns, and erased our experience like it never happened. If you're considering renting from Enterprise, don't. When things go wrong, they are nowhere to be found -- and worse, they won't remember you even called. You're on your own.

The automative puts you on hold then says no one is available and you can't leave a voicemail!! The clerk is not doing there job cancel my reservation going to another enterprise.

    I just want to take a moment to discuss how disrespectfully Fransico and his team handled the…read moresituation at this Enterprise which occurred on November 11th. I informed the front desk staff that I was being harassed by my ex-boyfriend, and despite clearly being in danger, no one took initiative to intervene, assist, or even call for help. Whether they felt it "wasn't their place" or not, I was a single Black woman surrounded by multiple male employees, and not one person stood up for me when I was physically assaulted right in front of them. After being attacked, stripped of my glasses, and having my belongings taken, destroyed, and thrown into a field behind the building, I was left with no vehicle or support. Instead of showing any level of compassion, concern, or basic human decency, I was told that I was "bad for business," flagged from renting at their location, and possibly other locations as well. Meanwhile, his employee stood by recording and laughing while I was on my hands and knees, crying and unable to see. This is not only unacceptable, it is negligent, discriminatory, and emotionally damaging. No customer, especially a woman in distress, should ever be treated this way. Because of the severity of this incident, I do intend to pursue legal action.
