Very convenient they will pick you up or the service person will drop you off. I was dropped off. Had good service but had to wait for the rental Jeep to get ready otherwise I would have to get a minivan. I would not have been happy with a minivan. Lucky a Jeep Wrangler just came in. Not sure why all they had were mini vans but they need to work on that issue. Dropped the jeep off a few days later with a full tank of gas. No issues very easy to use. I just walked back to the dealer. I hope they would give you a drive over there if you asked. 3 stars because it was nothing special just good standard service a car rental place.

Bird droppings were on the windows. I honestly did not care that it was t clean. But when I returned it, the guy said he had to charge me $70 for "excessive dirt". He claimed there was dog hair all in the car. He said on the seats, on the floors, and in the trunk area. I don't even have a dog. So why he lied about it, I don't know. And he was just rude about everything. He even served another customer that had come in after me before he served me. The man renting a car before me when I picked it up went to his rental car and saw the tire light on. He came back into the store and told the guy working about it. The employee told him to take it up the street to a garage to get it fixed. What??? How about the company actually fix their own cars before renting them out. Don't make a customer do your job. If you do rent from them, here are some tips: -Make sure you find out when the last oil change was because they don't always keep that maintained. -Take lots of videos showing the condition of the car inside and out before you drive it from the store. -Record every single dent and scratch. They love to charge customers for previous damage done by earlier renters then charge you for it. -They asked me for my social security number and would not explain why they needed it. -Pray that you are not accused of damage that you did not cause. Best advice...avoid them like the plague.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend Enterprise at Fort Worth Airport…read more I had a bad experience renting a car for 7 days. When I picked it up, the initial inspection was rushed and not detailed at all. The young man who checked the car didn't mention anything specific, nor did he go over any existing issues. As soon as I got home, I took pictures of all parts of the car just to be safe. When I returned the car -- clean and with the gas filled as requested -- a different employee came out with a camera to check for ice damage, claiming that there might be some because of the route I had taken. She told me I would get my deposit back and that everything seemed fine. Now, days later, my insurance company is calling me saying I owe $4,000 for supposed ice damage -- even though it never even rained during my trip. I'm extremely upset. This company is not serious or trustworthy. They contacted my insurance directly without ever reaching out to me first. I purchased my vehicle on December 31, 2025, and noticed warning lights immediately after leaving the lot. I contacted the salesperson the very next morning and was told not to bring the vehicle back and that I had a YEAR to get the issue fixed at a Genesis dealership. When I finally took the vehicle in, I was told the camera system was out of place and would cost $400 to repair. an issue that clearly existed at the time of sale. I also had to pay $179 out of pocket to have it looked at. Had I been properly advised to bring the vehicle back within the return window, I would have done so. Instead, I relied on the guidance I was given and am now left paying out of pocket. The process felt dismissive and misleading. I recommend future buyers thoroughly inspect their vehicles and get any warning lights addressed in writing immediately. He also lied and told me the car passed an inspection before selling it to me . MAJOR LIE. Please if you see this do not buy a car from them
