Wow! Stacy saves the day once again! I don't know how she does it but she can make nearly ANY situation work! I have never had anyone work so hard or harder to take care of the customer. I was introduced to Stacy by a friend who told me "Stacy can make miracles happen! Trust her and let her work her magic!" So I sent a text to her, she immediately called me and in 24 hours, I had a vehicle detailed and delivered! No hassle, no haggle, no headache! During the years since, I've referred friend after friend to Stacy and she has helped every single one! No stress! Well, after nearly 5 years, it was time to get something else. After conducting an online search in December 25', we contacted D&M Leasing- Fort Worth, to discuss a complex situation. We were extremely top heavy on a vehicle with high mileage. The value was continuing to depreciate on a daily basis, and we still had several years of high payments to pay the vehicle off. Our situation felt hopeless. Then we were connected with Jason, at D&M Leasing in Fort Worth. Jason began by inquiring about our long-term goals, and the factors that lead to our current dilemma. He patiently "really" listened to us. Then he expertly did what no other automobile dealership could do. He outlined a step by step plan, that moved us toward our ultimate goal of eliminating negative equity, stopping the bleeding depreciation of our existing vehicle, staying mindful of our ongoing need for a reliable vehicle, while remaining within the constraints of our budget. We are now leasing a beautiful, new 2026 truck (with all the bells and whistles). By the end of our lease, possibly before, our negative equity will be eliminated. Jason was honest, straightforward and incredibly experienced. He was able to accurately project solutions and assertively guide us away from impossibilities. 1 review 1.0 star rating 12/15/2016 I was always into buying cars and returning them within a few years. So after hearing all the radio ads I decided to give D&M a try. Boy was that a mistake the level of service I have received since getting a 2016 Ford F-150 has been horrible. First off I made a mistake in getting a pickup truck and didn't really account for how bad the gas would be in the thing. So after a few months and being told over and over again you can trade out of the car when you want I inquired about switching vehicles to a more gas friendly car. According to the easy lease you can do this but boy it is misleading. The salesman that had helped me originally lease the car has been nowhere to be found. He originally was going to help me then communication just completely stopped and haven't been able to get a hold of him since. Not only that but I was going to be 5k upside down on the vehicle and have to roll it into a new lease which my payments would of been the same for a cheap car or even more than what I was already paying. They try to bury you in their cars so there is no way out. I recommend avoiding them at all cost maybe try out the competition Autoflex or stick with a dealership. I was willing to stay with them and just get a new lease with them but not now. I wanted it to be an easy thing but this has been nothing but a pain in the butt. Going to a dealership is worth the extra hassle considering you also get to keep the vehicle. read more

Review for D&M Leasing - Buyer Beware Leased a vehicle from D&M Leasing through salesman Aereal C., and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The car was sold to me with a faulty seatbelt -- a major safety issue -- and for over a month and a half, I've been strung along with empty promises and no resolution. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, the vehicle is still sitting at a mechanic shop with no clear timeline for repair. The service shop can't get a response from D&M, and now my car is just sitting there, undrivable. To make matters worse, when I called to speak with a manager about returning the vehicle (which they previously claimed would be an "easy return process"), the receptionist hung up in my face with a full attitude. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This company has violated multiple verbal and written agreements, including: * Failing to ensure a safe, drive-ready vehicle * Failing to follow through on promised repairs * Avoiding the return process they originally guaranteed As a Black woman, I cannot ignore the feeling that I'm being treated differently and dismissed in a way that feels racially motivated. No one should have to fight this hard to be treated with basic respect -- let alone for their safety. If you're considering leasing from D&M, think twice. My trust in this company has been completely broken, and I will be pursuing further steps to hold them accountable. read more

I've been a client with D&M leasing for many years and have leased at least 8 vehicles over that time for both me and my spouse. I have since moved on to directly purchasing vehicles for my own use, but we still go to D&M for my spouse. We've also worked with a few representatives over the years but pairing us with Jason Brideau for the past 3 years has been the best decision ever! Jason listens, checks in when appropriate and provides solid guidance whether for me or for my better half. We have since move to Oklahoma for work, but Jason has continued to keep in touch. When my spouse wanted a new vehicle, we considered other options, but Jason reached out and provided us with an even better option that we decided to go with. He was even willing to drive all the way out to north Tulsa (about 5 hours) to exchange vehicles. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jacob Byrd for a second time on leasing a vehicle with D&M. We had researched the exact vehicle we wanted with the trim level and accessories that we desired on the vehicle. What we decided on was a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid Limited in black pearl exterior and black leather interior. I was able to tell Jacob what we wanted, and he went to work. I must say that before I dealt with D&M Leasing I believed that true customer service was no longer a known concept. Many times I have went to a business expecting to receive decent service and leave disappointed. I would pay for my items and leave never really feeling like my decision to pass all other businesses and spend my hard earned money there meant anything to anyone. D&M Leasing exceeded my expectations, Natalie literally interviewed me to make sure she had a clear understanding of my needs. Afterwards, she went to work and found the car I asked for offered options and explained in detail my payments, service agreements and warranties EVERYTHING!!! Good afternoon. I am so pleased with my experience with Chris Guilloton and D&M Leasing that I felt compelled to write a review. Last month I was searching for a new truck, a ¾ to specific. I was having zero luck with my search. For reason beyond my understanding, the exact truck I was looking for simply wasn't available here in West Texas or in the DFW area.
