Thank you for an awesome car rental experience. Your brown trail site in hurst was awesome. They worked directly with my insurance agent. Very fast, friendly, and thorough. Everything was explained well and I was in and out in 30 minutes, including seat and mirrors adjustment when I picked up the car. The drop of was even easier! They looked over the car completely, checked for any potential personal items I might have left, checked mileage and gas. 15 minutes! Not the best customer service experience. We arrived on time for our 1 pm reservation only to be told they are running 1 to 2 hours behind schedule, cars hadn't been returned as expected. Soon enough the lobby was packed with waiting customers, eventually they did bring out more chairs. As expected, the longer the wait, the more we all became frustrated. Their customer service failed in several ways. First, they could have reached out to customers in advance to avoid all the waisted time. STAY AWAY from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and this location specifically. I was rear-ended 1 month ago while stopped at a Stop sign waiting for another car to pass. Luckily, the owner of the other vehicle admitted he was at fault and covered 100% of the repair on my minivan. While my van was at the body shop, the insurance company gave me a rental car from Enterprise so that I would still be able to move around for the next 9 days during repairs. I drove this vehicle and returned it to Enterprise within the allotted time. 1 week later, I receive a claim letter saying that I am responsible for hail damage on their vehicle. Hail damage. An act of God that occurred while I was renting a car, and my van was in the shop. I do not have a covered garage to park in. Enterprise said that I could pay to repair their vehicle out of pocket or pay my insurance company's deductible. The branch were completely unhelpful and kept saying that it was my fault. They told me to call their "Damage Recovery Unit". I called them and they were equally unhelpful. TL;DR, stay away from these scam artists, otherwise you may end up paying more while your vehicle is repaired, than the cost of the repair of someone rear-ending you. Well the choice they selected for me is in the back being cleaned and they are asking me to wait outside for 20 minutes because they do not want to give me a larger car.. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience at this location, Kenny Wynn showed no concern or offered any type of reimbursement after everything that I went through. The vehicles they have on their lot are dangerous and old with lots of miles on them. I was forced to return 2 vehicles back to back in the same day because of mechanical issues with BOTH! Kenny refunded me for 1 day "for my troubles" but refused to refund my whole rental. After several attempts to contact corporate and the area manager STILL nothing has been done, no phone call no nothing. Please don't waste your time here at this location with Kenny, he doesn't care about your life and well being and will put you in a dangerous vehicle to make a sale. read more

After getting rear ended, the insurance company gave me a rent car from this location. It went very smooth. Picked me up and dropped me off numerous times due to the awful body shop. I was confused when weeks after returning the vehicle, I was charged for part of the rental. Hey, things happen. I understand that, so I called to get it straightened out. When calling, customer service explained they noticed a remaining balance (about $200) and charged the card on file for it. I explained the probable reason for the balance and who to contact. Contacted the same customer service rep who confirmed the balance was due from the body shop, not me. Explained he would take care of it and have refund in 7-10 days. After 11 days, I verified I hadn't been refunded and called. Apparently the phone was answered by someone who claimed they were the supervisor and would have to authorize all returns, but hadn't heard of this. Again, I explained the issues and was more firm about wanting my refund. The supervisor refused to do anything about the refund until the body shop paid. When I interjected with, "What does that have to do with me?" the supervisor got hostile. Told him, he wasn't going to talk to me like that, in fact, he could take the issue up with Visa, then hung up. Called Visa and did a charge back to get my money back. Thanks Visa! This place has some great employees, but like to charge you without confirmation and hot head supervisor that seems to do a better job at losing customers than anything else. read more

The process started great...easy, quick check in. Happy with the vehicle, it was clean & ran great. My issue started at the drop off..I guess since I paid already the good service no longer applies. 1st, I walk in to return & was immediately yelled at to wait outside. Super efficient, from getting the car on-line to pick up to drop off. Friendly staff. It really does seem like they do everything in their power to make sure people get the right vehicle for them. When it comes to renting a car enterprise is the only place you need to go. And this location in particular is cool because it's right next to a gas station..just in case ya need to feel up before turning the car in. I needed a car for a few days while my Saab was getting fixed. First off, the personal service provided by everyone was great. I took off one star because when I arrived and after making the reservation online and even joining Enterprise Plus, I was told that I must have 2 forms of identification to show proof of address. My card & driver's license wasn't good enough. I was asked if I had a utility bill...I don't normally carry those around with me. It got a little contentious there for just a moment when they suddenly realized I was flashing my insurance card. But, I was upgraded int a really nice, clean Nissan and it drove very well. I rented a car in Colleyville. I called for a ride and they said they had no cars until at least monday. No options given. Just a to-bad-so-sad for me response. I called 800 for Enterprise Rental Car and they said they could honor the reservation at a different location so reservations set it up for the Bedford location. When I called for a ride they said I lived out of range (i didn't live out of range of my original booking. Now needing an UBER I asked what time would the car be available the Bedford location. She was unsure when I should order an UBRE nor could they call me when the time was good. She put me on hold. I didn't know she transferred me to the manager because i thought she was researching the answer to my questions. The manager was rude. He said i would have to come wait like everyone else. He said the waiting room was full for of others doing the same. Then eventually said he don't know if he will even have cars on Monday meanwhile I am stranded with a reservation for Oct 11. so, early on in the conversation his dismissive just come wait would have left me stranded for at least 5 days at his office. He had no options. I told him the 800 said you are suppose to find me a car if you dont have one for me and that you are to honor my reservation. He said what reservations told me was not true. I was getting frustrated and angry so i said "i am gonna end this call because am getting annoyed" he responded twice that he was annoyed with the call too! And that pushed my last button to make a report. I went to DFW airport and had to pay all the airport related fees to get an AVIS car but with the crazy fees for $211.42 less than Enterprise. The Avis wait for cars was only about 20-30 minutes but they were able to tell me that and fulfill that not leaving me hopeless and stranded. read more

I put down my credit card info, received confirmation emails and text from the company telling me they'd see me at my pickup time. On a gut feeling, I called them before driving the 45 mins to pickup to confirm they had a car waiting. They in fact did not. They informed me that my reservation was only locking in a price and doesn't guarantee they'd have a car for me. They never had a car for me - they had been sold out for days, and now I'm stranded. SCAM. Imagine if I had driven all the way there? Imagine if airlines did that - you show up for your flight only to find out they never had a seat for you, just "locked in your price" in case they did. How many people show up with "reservations" only to find no cars available? I will NEVER do business with Enterprise again. For any of my companies. My employees will be instructed not to use them. TL;DR: Decent check-in experience, poor explanation of drop-off policy. My car broke down on a family trip to Fort Worth this weekend, and AAA recommended the Enterprise location in Bedford. When I was dropped off to pick up the car yesterday (Saturday), the gentleman behind the desk was helpful and friendly, and told us that we'd need to drop it off in 24 hours (in our case, before noon the next day). Today (Sunday - the next day) I checked the rental agreement a little more closely, and noticed it said that the Bedford location is closed on Sundays. When I called the 800 number for Enterprise, they confirmed it was closed, and that they did not have an after-hours key drop-off box at the Bedford location. This means that I'd have to return it before noon on Monday. A work day. I happen to live and work in Plano -- which is a good 45 minutes away from the Bedford location on a weekend. During the weekday, this approximately DOUBLES in duration. Pretty annoyed that this wasn't explained to me, as I'd made clear to them where I lived and that I was planning on driving it back the next day. Fortunately, I can drop it off at the Plano location in Coit. However, I'm going to have to pay a transfer fee in order to do so. Enterprise, you've left me with a bad taste in my mouth. read more

The doors were locked and I had no idea what I was going to do. About that time about 5 employees came around the corner. Thank baby Jesus right? I asked if there was any thing they could do to help. To which one replied, we have s 15 minute grace period before our systems completely shut down. It's 2:20?! 5 minutes? In this day and time if enterprise, the top customer oriented car rental company, has a system that becomes completely disable 15 minutes after close, I think there is a larger problem at hand. My assumption has to be it is Saturday and they wanted to leave. I understand. You have plans ... you just through a wrench in my first trip home in over two years. This shop is horrendous. I scheduled an afternoon pickup and even after receiving a pick up reservation confirmation they stood me up. No one showed and I never got my pick up or car. They never called or sent an email stating they were not coming. They never contacted me in any way asking to reschedule. There was zero communication. They expect you to be ready for the pick up, but if they don't feel like coming to get you they just won't and won't bother to tell you. They'll leave you stranded without a care in the world. If you're like me you'll call the branch trying to get some answers but they'll just never answer the phone even after being on hold for over 30 minutes and/or wait long enough for the branch to close for the day so that you're no longer their problem. No one should ever do businesses with Enterprise. I'm just going to use a competitor from now on. Enterprise's slogan of "We'll pick you up" is an absolute joke. read more

I hope everyone will see this review and beware. If you need to rent a car, stay away from this one. I have rented from Enterprise before in Euless and never had this problem that I am having now. They cheat customers out of money. I got a car from them Mar. 20 of this year. I was supposed to be charged $380 plus $200 deposit. April 2 they said I would be charged $160 and my bank statement showd$540. I called and questioned them about it. They said it was because I extended it, I have extended vehicles before with the Euless branch and never had a problem like this. I see where I was only charged $160 that first time so I let it go and thought they was just collecting what they were suppose to the first time. I said if I have to extend it you are not going to have to take a large about out again and they said no. The next week I was told I did not owe and thing when I checked. I told them I needed to extend another week and he said it would be $224. If one week was $160 how is another week $224, shouldn't it be the same price. I told them to go ahead because I had to get to work and did not have money to buy a car right now. I check my bank statement and I had no money ,they took $654. They can't lie and deny it because I took screen shots. I told them what I thought and they swear they only changed me what they said and told me maybe it was my bank. My bank did not do it because like I said I dealt with the one in Euless and never had a problem. Since the virus outbreak they closed down and moved the customers to the Bedford branch. This week I was told my balance was $0 and they will Charge me $4 for Fri. and Sat. I was told to come in Sun. to renew my contract. I did not want to but I felt I did not have a choice. The other rental places would be close when I get off and my stimulus check had not come yet to get my card. He told me I owed $4 and They will renew my contract. He came back out and said the card did not go through I said it should have because I have money in the bank. I checked my account and showed him where it showed it went through $545 and was pending. He said that was to close out the old account. That it was $789.43. How do I owe that much when you tell me I owed nothing but $4. Plus if they charged me $160 one week, $540 another week ,$654 another week, and then $545 that is more than $789.43. I left the car with them Sun. it is not in my possession. So why is it my account is negative again this week charged $789.43 for today but I don't have the car. These people are liars, remember he told me my card would not go through yet it was charged today. I had money in my account all day today making my last purchase at 6pm. The places closes at 7:30 so they had to charge before closing. I will never do business with the one in Bedford again. I hope no one else does either, beware read more

Awesome Service! I was in a huge dilemma, stranded without a way to get to my Hotel. Sam was amazingly helpful, got me into a Fiat fast! The car ran perfectly and it was so fun to drive! When I returned the car I was waiting for a shuttle to pick me up and take me back to my hotel, instead they offered to take me back. They saved me time, stress and money! Management is rude. When we told them both rental cars were dirty and we had to clean them, they could have at least reimbursed us. Instead, they said something is wrong with their pipes. So many other ways around. When I brought back their rental that was backed into (not my fault at all) they had the nerve to point at the car and make matters worse by telling me, well ma'am you ruined our car, it is your fault. Making lives worse. We also told her we left our $50 charger and cable in the first vehicle. She said she'd call Jeep and give us a call back.
