Turo's maintenance policy requires tires to meet minimum tread depth requirements, be free of cracks and dry rot, and comply with the platform's maintenance standards. My concern was always whether the vehicle met those standards--not anything personal toward the hosts. I appreciated the hosts' attempts to communicate with me, and I reflected that in my review by giving them a 5-star overall rating. My only low rating was for vehicle maintenance because I genuinely believed the condition of the tires warranted it. My goal was never to damage anyone's reputation, but to ensure the issue was addressed before another family rented the vehicle. One day prior to my rental date I received a call from Glen at this location, telling me they had an Armada that had just come in and I could have it a day early for a very small additional fee, if that was convenient for me. I went to the rental location and after a slight problem with a vehicle that suddenly had a manufacturers recall, an almost new 2018 Armada was delivered to my home that day, thanks to the quick assistance of Glen and Seth, both outstanding representatives of Enterprise. My return date was Christmas Day. Because of the holiday I was authorized to return the car the following day. A problem ensued with the final billing because the system showed I had used the car for one week and one day. Now a not-so-slight problem--the increased amount was charged to my credit card. Parker realized the mistake and assured me the amount for the extra day would be credited back to my credit card. Within 4 days the refund appeared on my credit car. Problem solved. This Enterprise location has outstanding employees. The fact that there were several glitches in the process is understandable IF the problems are solved in a professional and customer friendly manner. The entire staff took great care of me and solved all the issues that appeared. The ability and willingness to solve problems is the best gauge of good and excellent customer service. Every time it is the same 2 people who see me in and see me out. They are both very professional yet very down to earth and welcoming. They are more than helpful to me,I can be very scatter brained and last minute, but they always make sure i have what i need. I've heard them on the phone and seen them with customers who seemed to have had questions or concerns of some sort. They are so patient and will work detail by detail with the customer to make sure all their questions are answered and understood and any concerns are resolved. It's like they are just a good friend helping you figure things out and making sure everything is right. Their names are Javier and Ooly (I probably spelled that way wrong) My own car is almost ready, and I'm kind of sad that I won't be doing business there anymore.
