When I did finally get a car the inside windshield had a film on it and hadn't been cleaned the back window hadn't been cleaned. There wasn't any windshield washer fluid in the car. It was just not ready for the next person to use. I will never go back there. I will say that out people appeared to be treated well but I wasn't. I will be turning in a complaint to the corporate office on the gentleman that waited on me.

They do, as long as they are on a fully comprehensive insurance policy. The manager was professional and knowledgeable and made my reservation for me. When we arrived, the manager remembered speaking to me on the phone a few hours prior and had my daughters reservation ready to go. I wanted her to take charge and learn how to perform this life function, so I sat back and observed her handle her business. What I especially appreciated was how the manager went outside with her and taught her what sort of damage to look for and note prior to accepting the rental. He even took it upon himself to switch her into a better, upgraded car without us even having to ask because he felt the first one was inadequate. The whole process made an otherwise stressful and hectic day easier for us thanks to both Enterprise and Maaco! My daughter had no issues returning the vehicle and getting her $50 deposit returned and having the insurance company take care of payment.

It's a risk, but the difference between just reserving and prepaying (no refund) was so much that It was worth it. When I picked up my car the staff were very pleasant and the Hyundai Accent they gave me was nice and very easy to drive. The interior was spotless and the car got excellent gas mileage. The only negatives were that the front end of the car was still covered with the typical highway bug splatter, and there was damage to the front passenger side bumper that hadn't been noted prior to handing over the keys. On the positive side, I called immediately to report the bumper issue, and they were very nice and said not to worry, that I wouldn't be held responsible for it. All in all, I had a very positive experience with Hertz at the Lubbock International Airport.

One day prior to my rental date I received a call from Glen at this location, telling me they had an Armada that had just come in and I could have it a day early for a very small additional fee, if that was convenient for me. I went to the rental location and after a slight problem with a vehicle that suddenly had a manufacturers recall, an almost new 2018 Armada was delivered to my home that day, thanks to the quick assistance of Glen and Seth, both outstanding representatives of Enterprise. My return date was Christmas Day. Because of the holiday I was authorized to return the car the following day. A problem ensued with the final billing because the system showed I had used the car for one week and one day. Now a not-so-slight problem--the increased amount was charged to my credit card. Parker realized the mistake and assured me the amount for the extra day would be credited back to my credit card. Within 4 days the refund appeared on my credit car. Problem solved. This Enterprise location has outstanding employees. The fact that there were several glitches in the process is understandable IF the problems are solved in a professional and customer friendly manner. The entire staff took great care of me and solved all the issues that appeared. The ability and willingness to solve problems is the best gauge of good and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Lubbock location and consequently can also highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car.

Every time it is the same 2 people who see me in and see me out. They are both very professional yet very down to earth and welcoming. They are more than helpful to me,I can be very scatter brained and last minute, but they always make sure i have what i need. I've heard them on the phone and seen them with customers who seemed to have had questions or concerns of some sort. They are so patient and will work detail by detail with the customer to make sure all their questions are answered and understood and any concerns are resolved. It's like they are just a good friend helping you figure things out and making sure everything is right. Their names are Javier and Ooly (I probably spelled that way wrong) My own car is almost ready, and I'm kind of sad that I won't be doing business there anymore. They are great people, the cars have been excellent and I am glad to have spent my hard earned dollars here.
