But this time, instead of the downgrade they offered me a BMW! Still a bit annoying, since at least in the case of the sedan, you just don't know what you're going to get. But, at least I was balling out for the day. To note: this was only a 1 day rental. Again, it's pretty inexpensive for a day rental if you need a rental car and very fast and efficient when checking in and dropping off. I have the pro-tip down now which works for me.

He escorted me to gas station so I wasn't alone, and switched out my rental car super fast! He gave me a choice of what I wanted so I could be comfortable.
