He understands that friendliness, customer service, and consideration can lay the groundwork to resolve almost any issue with regard challenges in the rental process. He should be commended for his professionalism and understanding of professional courtesy and treating customers as individuals as opposed to just invoices. Long story short, we had to extend our stay in The Colony, last-minute for our son's post-op recovery. We had to book a new Airbnb, cancel our return flight at Midlothian airport, then return the original rental car to Avis, and switch to Enterprise for a new rental car, since the NPO found us a new rental car from Enterprise. Otherwise, I would just extend the rental car with Avis. Our Airbnb is 50-minutes one way drive to Cedar Hill, which sounds ridiculous to rent a car that far from where we were staying. Well, the reason is that we had a charity private jet set up for us to depart from Midlothian. The volunteer pilot was nice enough have offered to pick us up from Midlothian (TX) airport then drop us off in Henderson, NV. After canceling the Midlothian flight, we only had one day to rearrange the logistics, which included me asking my employer to extend my emergency leave. As well as needing to book mobile urgent care to come to our Airbnb to write prescription medication for my husband and I. Again, we weren't expecting to extend our trip from 6 days to 18 days!! Hence, neither one of us packed enough Rx meds. There were so many other stressful variables during our medical trip that I don't have the time asset to compose on this review. We found another volunteer pilot to pick us up in McKinney, which is only 18-miles from our Airbnb. I had to call Cedar Hill & explain our reason for needing to return the car at the McKinney Enterprise location. DeShawn at the CH location was kind, patient, and sympathetic to my situation. He & his manager waived the one-way fee. We are very grateful for his outstanding customer support.
