We picked up the car and were told that it's the only one left and we, and the customer needs to take it to the car wash. If we weren't in such a tight schedule and would have bounced. SHAHEED IS THE MAN!!! Shaheed truly saved the day and our trip! Road trip planned for 10 am. Went to Enterprise minutes before their 8am opening to pick up our reserved/confirmed 12 passenger transit van. I kinda had a bad feeling. The employee was late and didn't open til about 8:10. We didn't see any transit vans nearby. Long story short, Enterprise screwed us! No van, no mini vans no options, no attempts to help us. Just half assed sorries. I had to make several calls to other agencies, nothing available. I made the call to Avis and it was noted that they had vans available. Great! Gave credit card info and reserved. Drove there and we were greeted by a very friendly, welcoming employee named Shaheed. Next, uh oh, no vans available after all, they were being serviced! Oh no...BUT Shaheed came though! Gave us not 1 but 2 options! 1) Ford Explorer and 2) Jeep Wagoneer! Being that we needed the biggest option we could get, we chose the Jeep Wagoneer! Amazing SUV! My 2nd time renting here and it's hands down the best car rental I've been to in the area. The customer service we've experienced both times from Shahid have been fantastic. He has gone above and beyond to making our rentals stress free. I've had some stressful situations in the past from other rentals with hidden fees, extra charges for "damage" after, no car, etc but here we were surprised at how easy and hassle free the process all was. Not sure the negative reviews but we have booked online ahead of time and each time our car is there as promised and they even accommodate our request for a specific car too. They don't try to up sell you any add on plans and you're in and out quick. Shahid is def the man and we will be renting again for our third time in just a couple weeks! I rented a 7 seater car in this location on 8/3/25 .I got a SUV 7 seater Mazda , I bought insurance but still the guy looked around the car . I left and when I was entering the freeway the right rear tire was low air at 28 . Anyway I can't stop so I continued driving and it becomes low to 20 .When I got home , I asked my partner to put some air. Unfortunately the tire was no tread and it was Sunday and they close at 1:00pm . We managed to put some air and drove to LAX airport to change the car because we are driving to San Francisco, Sacramento and Reno . I'm so worried because I'm driving with my kids . In the airport they changed my car to Rav 4 5 seats . I have 5 passengers but I want a bigger space for them . I have no choice to accept this rav 4 . 8/6/25 I returned the car and Ramis I think his name , He said it's his loss bec I picked up 7 seats and now you returned with 5 seats. I told him It was horrible that my passengers are squeezed in the car , but I don't have choice. He said it's no problem if the tire was no thread , you can just put air that's it! I needed an SUV at the last minute. I went to this location, although my initial plan was to go to another local rental location. Shaheed ( spelling?), was very friendly and professional. He searched for the best deal ( which ended up being $100 less than the other location), and the vehicle was delivered as promised. When returning the vehicle, I was late. They were closed. It was not a problem. I will definitely return, and I do recommend this location. An added bonus was that I did not have to go to the airport to rent. I understand times can be frustrating and the workers are trying to do there best considering it's a pandemic. I had no issues upon arrival; in fact, they let me have options on two cars to pick from. Then they gave me the run down and checked to see if there were any damages to the car before I checked out. I drive to Phoenix quite often so I am very particular about car tires and I've noticed Avis takes great care of their fleet, so tires have always been in great shape. Worst experience ever!! Cars are not maintained, mangers son has major attitude problem. I rented a van on Friday. Gave me so much trouble on my drive to SF. Car become un drivable and they would not help switch it out. The mangers son Told me I was over reacting and It's no big deal!! They charged my card 300 dollars over the rate. The son said that they would reimburse me for the gas and other things then when we went to return the car, he said he did not remember the conversation!! Be VERY careful renting from this place.
