I continue to use Enterprise because I feel safe. Thy maintenance their car and sanitize.. There was only one incidence where Another driver sideswiped us in Alabama, Enterprise got a little confused about who was the victim, and placed by mistake, my Acct on a "No Rent" status!! I blame Enterprise Collision department for that mix up and had to contact Enterprise Corporate to clean my Driving Record.. My sister and I were victimized in this accident. Even though I did not receive a formal apology for the Enterprise car rental mix up nor any rental upgrades or points, I continue to be a Satisfied Customer since 1997.. However, the vehicles offered at this location are so poorly maintained. I had to go back and arrange a replacement twice. The first vehicle I received I was informed only had a quarter tank of gas. I only had to return it with no less than a quarter tank so this wasn't a big deal. However, when I got in the car it WREAKED of marijuana & cigarettes. I went back into the office to have this noted so that I wasn't charged (I tried to be graceful and figured the smell would fade). After I realized the stench was penetrating my clothes I called the office to arrange a replacement in which they were more than happy to do. After retrieving the replacement vehicle and driving off, I immediately noticed mechanical issues (engine working extremely hard, brakes sticking). I had to deal with this for the day since I had to get to work. I took the car back the next morning and made staff aware of this issue. Again, they were happy to replace the vehicle. However, this 3rd vehicle only had a half tank of gas which I was not informed about. It's also important to note that not one single vehicle that I was given had been cleaned/detailed. And these vehicles are labeled as 2025 models which they most certainly are not. This has been a really frustrating process as I will need this vehicle for the next month. Hertz vehicular staff is clearly not doing their job.

I called the Avis place the same guy answered and said use our towing guy and tow it back to the rental place they said it would take 2 hours so I called Ontario PD and they had to sit behind my car for 1 hour and then they had to call their tow truck to get me back to Avis. After I brought it back te idiot said why didn't you use our towing service and I said because it would take 2 hours. Cops wanted it off the street and their tow guy was gonna charge them $241 he said that they won't pay it and if they tow it they can't give me another rental until they get the lemon car back. So ridiculous don't rent from this place.

We've rented 2 vehicles within a month for local road trip purposes. Both cars were very clean, serviced up to date, had gas and ran smoothly. No problems whatsoever. We rented a Toyota Sienna 7 passenger mini van that had plenty of space and was honestly one of my favorite rentals, super good on gas! Next, was a smaller mid-size Mazda 4 cylinder. Amazing on gas of course & really easy to drive. Lee is so quick to respond and is an excellent communicator. He has a great feel for making sure his clients are taken care of. He goes above and beyond to make sure your rental experience with him runs as smooth as possible. He is such a nice guy and really makes it a point to help you especially if you're in a bind for a rental. Lee even offered pick up/drop off services. AND he gave me a free apple car charger for the road. Seriously just the best. They accept all forms of payment. Credit card, Debit Card, Cash, Zelle. There is no credit check. There is a $500 deposit that will be returned to you once the rental is returned. THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS but the lot is locked so you will need to call before hand to meet Lee or another employee at the lot. It isn't your typical Car rental place that you can just enter during business hours. Think of this as a private car rental agency exclusive to those who "know" lol. It really is a great business. If I had to compare, it works the same as a TURO rental but obviously better. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend renting from here. An option to choose from if you don't have a credit card. Afterwards then there is signs on where to go. The person who greeted us on the return was really nice and friendly. She asked us how our rental was and if we had any issues with the vehicle. Overall a pleasant return. They have a shuttle service that goes to the airport terminals. Keep in mind that terminal 4 is one of the last stops on the shuttle. So it takes about 20-25 minutes to go around the airport before it gets to terminal 4. Make sure you have enough time allocated for this.
