    Engine Light On For Overheating.

    Horrible experience! I have an EcoSport with 1-year after-market powertrain warranty. It had an overheating issue earlier on a freeway, so I took it to an independent shop. The shop was able to diagnose it and got an approved case from the warranty provider to have the engine replaced. Yet they were unable to get the part, so they suggested me to take the car to this Ford Dealer. The warranty provider paid the diagnose fee. This dealer couldn't diagnose the issue and just suggested me to replace some irrelevant hoses and charged me the diagnose fee. The advisor was super hard to communicate. The engine light came on, and the car stopped on the freeway due to overheating, and I had to wait for it to cool down on the roadside. But they kept telling me they can't diagnose anything wrong, asking me to pay for the diagnose fee, urging me to replace some irrelevant hoses and alleging the first shop lying. I had to end up terminating any further work with them. Very upset and unpleasant experience to me.

    Walked into the dealership and was pleasantly met by Cynthia Canabal. She was quite friendly, informative and very personable. We explained that we wanted to be walking out with a new truck and explained that we don't like to haggle (back and forth) and would not come back there after if our needs could not be met. She appreciated our honesty and explained her sole purpose was to get us what we wanted or as close to it. It was such a great experience from start to finish and super quick. She made it happen, gassed up our new truck and detailed it as well. And she even set us up for a photo shoot. We Felt like celebrities!!!! She walked us thru all the particulars of getting us set up with the amenities of the new truck (F250) which was awesome. The entire CH Ford team worked together to get us out the door very quickly. And the BEST part was get ended up getting something more expensive and they worked with our budget! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Go see Cynthia she was so amazing and we would def refer her to our friends and family.

    I had an issue with the A/C in my 2018 Honda Civic where the passenger side was blowing cold air…read morebut the driver side was blowing warm. After getting nowhere elsewhere, I brought it here and spoke directly with Mike. Mike actually took the time to listen to the symptoms and diagnose the problem instead of immediately trying to sell me expensive services I didn't need. They scanned the vehicle, found a B1235 code related to the driver side blend door actuator, and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was the honesty. They diagnosed the actual issue and gave me a very fair price to fix it. No pressure, no upselling, and no guessing. Just straightforward, professional service. It's hard to find shops that value diagnosing the root cause instead of throwing parts or expensive services at a problem. Because of this experience, I am 100% going to recommend Mike and his shop to all of my friends and family. Thank you for being honest, knowledgeable, and treating customers the right way.     IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND YOUR TIME DO NOT GO HERE !! I took my car in for a simple oil pan…read morereplacement and engine mounts. They failed to properly seal the oil pan twice and I had to take my car back 3 times! the second time they had used glue to seal the oil pan making a huge mess and voiding my warranty. Not only did it take them 3 attempts to finally reaper the oil pan they also over filled my engine oil by 2 and half quarts and the e fine mounts had to be replaced "again" cause it was quite obvious they never changed in the first place but charged me for it. Now my entire front suspension is compromised either due to them tampering or just the fact they had to drop my front suspension 3 times. Also their main tech isn't ASE certified and is just a "helper " AVOID THIS CHOP SHOP !!
