He wouldn't let me take the vehicle to get to an appointment without giving my credit card as collateral because he said "Gerber doesn't pay their bills and that's what his manager Chris Lepera told him to do." So yep I got mad and cussed at him. He then told me he wouldn't help me. I proceeded to try to rent a car over the phone from Enterprise at that location but had a hard time communicating with the operators due to a language barrier. So I have no car to rent and I wasn't even supposed to be the one paying for it. Gerber is fronting the bill. While I was there another employee said they were going on a "drive by" to check on a car that had not been paid for.
