The desk rep offered to give me a Dodge Dart instead, which is a smaller vehicle. I declined. This morning while at work, I get a call from them advising they have a charger available now. I'm unable to leave to pick it up, and I ask if they can hold it until 3, they refuse. The only thing they can offer me at this point is to "follow up" with the stores near me to see if they have one available. I'm not holding my breath at this point. This will also be addressed with my insurance company since they are the ones who recommended them. **UPDATE: After speaking with the District Manager and getting a better vehicle than I asked for initially, I have decided to revise my rating.
