Yesterday I contacted the branch, and was advised that they had one due back by 6pm. No call by 5:55, so I decided to stop in while I was in the area. The desk rep offered to give me a Dodge Dart instead, which is a smaller vehicle. I declined. This morning while at work, I get a call from them advising they have a charger available now. I'm unable to leave to pick it up, and I ask if they can hold it until 3, they refuse. The only thing they can offer me at this point is to "follow up" with the stores near me to see if they have one available. I'm not holding my breath at this point. This will also be addressed with my insurance company since they are the ones who recommended them. **UPDATE: After speaking with the District Manager and getting a better vehicle than I asked for initially, I have decided to revise my rating. He wouldn't let me take the vehicle to get to an appointment without giving my credit card as collateral because he said "Gerber doesn't pay their bills and that's what his manager Chris Lepera told him to do." So yep I got mad and cussed at him. He then told me he wouldn't help me. I proceeded to try to rent a car over the phone from Enterprise at that location but had a hard time communicating with the operators due to a language barrier. So I have no car to rent and I wasn't even supposed to be the one paying for it. Gerber is fronting the bill. While I was there another employee said they were going on a "drive by" to check on a car that had not been paid for.
