The car was junk - the ugliest on the lot. Was never given an option on which car/model I preferred. The agent was eager to put me a hunk of crap (a big Toyota 4-runner with big tires that made it sit higher than every other car on the road), knowing full well no one would willingly ask for a car like that. It had been smoked in, and the chemicals used to mask the smoke smell made it even worse. The tire pressure was all over the place on 4 tires - 42, 37, 39, 32...so the truck smelled, and it was unsafe. Agent also tried to interest me in purchasing a car from Enterprise (he knew my car had been totaled in an accident (not my fault)). Another agent called me a day into the rental to ask me again if I'd be interested in buying a car from Enterprise...to which I said 'no, never'. They put me in an ugly garbage can that my children could barely climb into, it smells like crap, tire pressure is unsafe, and they think I might be interested in buying a car from them?! Never, ever returning to Enterprise! Oh, and I just received the toll bill for the 1-week rental --- $60, of which $25 is a "Convenience fee". I was told the fee was $3.50, NOT $3.50 PER DAY --- SCAMMERS!! read more

This is the best Enterprise car location for rentals ever!!! If you want discounts, you can use the Costco rental car travel portal. The other customers have mentioned that the car rental place has great employees. In addition, Enterprise offers top quality rental cars for your pleasure. They have altimas, versas, maixmas, rogues, rogue sports, and so on. They leave the customer as the king. I love renting vehicles from Enterprise. Why rent a vehicle from another location? I don't know. The Enterprise call center offers a 24/ 7 customer service . The car works perfectly every time I rent a car from the location. Irented a nissan versa. the nissan versa offers satelite radio from Sirius XM. The sirius XM radio works. Awesome service and great pleasure. I love the conditions of the cars. I have rented vehicles from Enterprise several times this year, and I had a less-than-exceptional experience during one of my rentals. The vehicle I received appeared to have not been vacuumed well, had a cracked windshield, and was smaller than expected. Additionally, the location was very busy, causing a wait time of more than an hour. While the staff was apologetic, they did not have another vehicle option close to what I reserved. However, a very kind representative named Luke took the vehicle back to clean it and assured me I would not be responsible for any spread of the crack in the windshield. The day that I returned the vehicle, the manager Sikiru called to discuss the situation. He was very apologetic and appreciative of my feedback. He assured me that my next experience would be better, and he certainly delivered on that promise. On my next visit, the manager, Sikiru, personally assisted me. He recalled our previous conversation and made sure I had a much better experience by providing a complimentary upgrade to a top-of-the-line, clean vehicle. I was very pleased with the service and the effort to make things right. Thank you, Enterprise, for turning a negative experience into a positive one. Unplanned car problems led to a last minute car rental Christmas Eve. It was 1pm and Enterprise was the only local option without going to the airport. Felt like I got a fair deal and picked up a car. I got in the car and drove off and quickly realized the car smelled of cigarettes!!! Tired of the smell and returned the car for another one a couple days into the rental. The 2nd vehicle was not cleaned well and had damage to the body of the vehicle! Cars are not cleaned or well maintained. If you rent here do a detailed walk through on the car BEFORE leaving the lot. read more

I reserved a minivan weeks ago and was told it's not available when I attempted to pick it up. Now I'm left scrambling for other options. What do you call someone who offers good and services he can't fulfill? A scammer. That's exactly what Enterprise Rent-A-Car is, a scam. This is the type of scammy business that will rent you Airforce One if you ask for it. Reservation means nothing to them; they don't even understand what it means to reserve something. It's first come first serve, don't even bother with reservations, this is basically what the agent told me. This place has employees with the worst customer service. If you try contact them by phone never answer (or at least 15 mins wait on hold). Every one gives you different information about billing. I had a wrong billing, for everything they work slow, but to charge you they are FAST! I when I tried contact them they told me different things until I stop in the store until my problem was solve. Enterprise is an awful company and this location exemplifies that. The manager here Mr. Sikiru A. is awful and rude and lacks basic customer service skills. For the second time I have shown up for my reservation and there are no cars available. Which is a reoccurring thing with enterprise so no surprise there. I ask him if there were no cars available why didn't anyone call me ahead of time to let me know before I came in? He says if you make a reservation within 24 hours you technically don't have a car reserved just a reservation, which obviously make ZERO SENSE. Afterwards he told me I was an irate customer and refused to assist me any further. Asking a logical question is considered being irate I suppose. Thankfully based on my previous experience with enterprise I had a plan b or else I would've been without transportation due to their ridiculous system and customer service. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience with this branch. My husband got a reservation of car by the insurance company of the driver who hit our car which is under repair in adjacent body shop. The insurance company adjuster emailed my husband yesterday about the reservation code at 5:30 pm. Today I contacted this location and after about 15 minutes waiting spoke with the staff for availability of a car. The staff replied that they called my husband yesterday but didn't receive response so gave the car to other customer and next available car would be on Monday.This statement was incorrect because my husband didn't receive any missed call, voice message, text message or email from this location. This is also evident from the fact that the insurance has conveyed contact information of my husband to this branch while I was calling from my phone number which is not with this branch. My husband dropped off our only car at the adjacent body shop on 02 July 2024 for repair due to complete on 15 July. Since then we don't have any conveyance and dependent on the hope given by the staff of this branch because other branches were also contacted who replied that they can't access inventory of this branch and only regional manager can authorize this. We are forced to avail a car from this company and from this branch due to limitation of the insurance company of other driver who hit our car otherwise we would have gone to some other company. In summary the customer service needs improvement to avoid giving wrong statements and initiate action from their side to approach a customer to provide quickest possible service. We expect that as per the staff we would get a car on Monday 8 July until repair of our only car is completed on 15 July. read more

Sadly I've had two negative incidents here so I won't be trying for a 3rd. I first got a car that broke down despite assurances that it had just come from the shop. The manager was great and offered me a discount for the next rental. I gave them a second chance and despite my pre-planned reservation they canceled my car the day before my trip leaving me without a vehicle and therefore unable to take my family vacation. What's the point of a reservation if you won't have a car there when it's needed? I'd suggest looking around before going here. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. I received a car that was filthy on the inside with coffee/food spilt on the door and some sort of mold on the cloth portion of the roof. Windows were so dirty, I had to clean them. The car was totally empty to the point I wasn't sure I would make it to the gas station. I was told that this is the norm for them and that there are plenty of gas stations around so I would have made it to one. When trying to get another car which I was told would be super easy to do, I couldn't even get them to answer the phone. It would ring and you are put on hold for 10 and 15 minutes with no response. We have used Enterprise a lot over the years but can tell you we will never go back to this one. read more

I am very disappointed with this location. They not only filed a false claim against our insurance (that we disputed and won), but they also refused to rent a car to us, when they were clearly still open. This was after our 17 year old daughter's car caught fire and burned to the ground, and the last thing we expected was to be treated like that. We have tried calling the manager on duty to share our concerns numerous times, as well as her supervisor, and after a week, we still haven't been contacted. Update: unfortunately Enterprise, at least at this location, will no longer price match a quote from Avis or Budget. Their rental price is far higher than the quotes I'm getting from Avis for an upcoming rental (by $17 per day). Since they can no longer price match, I can no longer use them as my company requires Avis or Budget OR someone who will match their price. This company doesn't even deserve a one star....customer service is HORRIBLE there's no way to explain how unprofessional they are. Me and some friends went on vacation with one of their rental vehicles and the vehicle damaged midway causing us to wait for a tow truck for over 3 hours ....it gets worse they couldn't provide us any further service since it was midnight not only was the tow truck late but after they came to pick up the car they didn't want to provide us an Uber back to our destination , we had to Walk 3 min to a nearby motel paying out of pocket. The whole rest of the night we tried to come up with a solution with them but nothing was done for us the next day we're still stranded calling over 20 or more times letting them know we still can't ahold of an Uber or other it's gets WORSE it was time for us to check out of the motel and hopes of the company having a solution once again we called over again still NO HELP it took them 4 or more hours to finally come up with a solution not only we were stranded but some of my friends had to call out of work it's ridiculous what we had to go through just because their inspection crew doesn't know how to inspect before lending out a rental car to their customers AVOID renting from this company if you don't want to have to go through this whole situation. read more

This was one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. I ordered a compact car for my wife (who is 5'1) to drive for an out of town work appointment. We confirmed and paid for a compact vehicle and even had a rep call us to confirm that we were showing up at the appointed time. We show up and tell us they don't have our compact vehicle. The only vehicle they had for us was a full size crew cab pick up truck. I look at the guy and ask if he's kidding me. At no point, did they every attempt to do anything to make it right. They just apologized profusely but it was an empty apology since they didn't want to take action for their error. Patrick the branch manager did the same. He apologized repeatedly but with no plan of action to assist us. To corporate: Teach your managers to take accountability and have a plan of action after they make an error that affects the customer. read more

Do not rent a car from Enterprise at this location. A one star rating is way overrated for these guys! They are renting cars with odor problems and they are renting cars that are not registered to be on the road. I had to have a car replaced because I could not drive it and it inconvenienced me and cost me over a days wage. It probably cost me lots more than that due to lost new business. These guys refused to budge on giving me any kind of compensation relative to my costs incurred due to their incompetent, unethical and unprofessional business practices. LOOK OUT! read more

They took more than half of my security deposit. Only because I supposedly had a bigger car than what I was supposed to get from the insurance. Insurance told me I didn't have to pay anything and that it was unnecessary charge. When I checked out the car it had stains all over the seats and the car smelled liked cigarettes. Long review but I had to do it as other reviews were pretty discouraging. To be honest I wad a bit apprehensive after reading reviews but I went ahead and booked a car at this location through Costco's travel portal (good discounts!!). We had booked the car for 9.00 am and were running late on Saturday - we called up the office and informed them that we will be coming in late and to hold on to our car. We were going on a road-trip and needed an SUV. They said as long as I am there by 12.00 it's fine and since they did not have the Standard SUV they have upgraded me to a Nissan Armada which was amazing! We reached at 11.30 am and our vehicle was ready washed-cleaned and primed! The manager kept his word on the upgrade despite the fact that a Standard SUV was available by then. I am not writing a good review because I received an upgrade. They are nice and courteous and a fun loving team. Great job!! read more

I was first given a smaller car than what my company had ordered. The lady said due to demand they did not have my car and she said she could not call another location. I picked car up and called manager after 15 minutes as car was extremely uncomfortable. He said he had one and wanted me to return. This tells me the lady did not even bother to check. The customer service was below average and will not return to this location. I also left a rapid car charger and when I went back it was not in their list and found bin. They were not able to help and just said they were sorry. This place definitely needs to work on improving their customer service. read more

This was the easiest rent a car experience I have had in a while. I ordered a full size car but when I got there I decided I wanted premium so I asked if they had it and I would pay the difference. They happened to have one left in stock so I guess I got lucky there! The car drove smooth and I had a great time driving it while on my short road trip. Do not make a reservation at this location! They called to confirm pick up of my car and I confirmed. I called them prior to arrival because I was going to be arriving 15 min later and they had a Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi for me when I reserved a compact car. They had two opportunities to tell me they didn't have a compact car but rather a much larger car. Communication is key in the customer service industry. If they had told me prior to my arrival I could have made alternate arrangements but now it's too late and my short self cannot drive such a large vehicle at 3am. If I could give zero stars I would! This place is terrible and irresponsible. The location is awfully small so the options aren't many. I made a reservation for a premium SUV almost 3 weeks ahead of time. When I arrived they had no SUVs available in any size! I waited almost an hour because they were calling different locations to look for the car I needed. I needed to leave that very day to Florida and I had no ride!! Family of 5 traveling far we couldn't take a smaller car. They end up finding me a compact SUV terrible!! I had to drive to another location to pick up the only car they could find mind you I had a reservation. I arrived to pick up a dirty, smelly car and I had no time to wait but according to them the car was ready to go. Personal items from previous renters were still in the car. Driving to Florida I noticed the breaks were extremely worn off so breaking at a high speed was dangerous l. When we got back I was very upset and told the manager all this problems and he said I'm very sorry we will check the brakes!! Not caring one bit for our safety and not doing a damn thing to at least make us feel that we wasted our time and money on this piece of junk rental we got. The car was on "empty" when they gave it to me. The driver went to the wrong address in the wrong city to pick me up. As a result, he picked me up 45 minutes late. This made me late to a meeting in another city. This is a new location for Enterprise and is very close to my house so that is why I decided to use it. I am restricted to only a few rental options by my employer but will certainly look at other options after this rental. read more
