No customer service by the guy in the front desk and when I called and spoke to Jennifer the "senior branch manager" she was a complete joke herself. They charged us a 199.80 in gas which in reality the van that we had was towed over to Las Vegas. It had a full tank. By the way they get commission off of fuel & service. So that was a bad move on his end. The guy also refused to release any AZ license plated cars to us. Since they weren't going to get them back. He wanted to get us into and OLD Mazda 5 for 6 people + luggage. That poor car looked like it's been through the ringer. I think he had to be out of his mind, after what we been through. Overall he was just extremely rude and had the worst attitude ever. Not sure why Hertz hired such people to Represent them. I called the "senior branch manager" to let her know my situation and to file a complaint. She basically told me good luck call corporate they will just re-rout the complaint back to me. She claims to be in the rental industry for over 15 yrs but has no sympathy and no respect for her customers. She has no sense of professionalism. Giving this "Hertz" 1 star is ridiculous. They deserve -10. I feel bad for the people that get stranded out there and have no choice but to deal with a bunch of rude, unprofessional "representatives" of Hertz. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this location at all cost.

The Hertz location here in Bullhead City is Bulls**t. To give you an example, their current phone number is rarely answered an there is a message when it is not answered (8-7-2020) "You have reached a subscriber who's voicemail HAS NOT BEEN SET UP YET". Is this place privately owned? What an embarrassment for the Hertz company. Hertz has recently declared bankruptcy nationally. I won't be missing this location. The lady who checked us in was amazingly friendly and efficient. We usually get car upgrades and all the vehicles we've gotten have been great. We got upgraded to a Jeep Wrangler 4xe this time. The tank was only half full, which was weird, but she made a note of it and it wasn't an issue. The airport is tiny and the cars are a quick walk outside. After hour drop offs are nice. They do close earlyish so we usually have to pick up our car the next morning with an afternoon flight.

However, I accidentally went to another rental shop and thought my reservation was there. That rental shop did not tell me my reservation wasn't on their books and so I ended up renting from them, not knowing that I made a reservation with a different company (Riverstar) I ended up having a missed call from an unknown number at 12 and I called it back at 5 only to realize it was Riverstar rentals asking where I was with my reservation and why I didn't show up to get me jet skis. At that moment, I had realized I didn't have a reservation for the skis I picked up. When speaking with the owner (I forget his name) I could tell he was bummed as he held the skis all day waiting for me when they easily could have gone to someone else. Instead of complaining and getting upset with me, he asked if I had fun, was understanding about it and handled it very professionally. I am looking forward to using River Star rentals next time I visit. It's not always about how company's handle things that go right, but how they handle them when they go wrong.

I was so surprised, not to say shocked and happy to see Emilio Scotto's motorcycle and gear as well as a small exhibition about his trips around the world (he holds the record for the longest ride: 10 years and 457k miles). Being a very serious biker myself, it almost brought tears to my eyes. It was the highlight of my trip (yeah...) and I will certainly go back again next time I am in Laughlin!

It cost $5.00 each, but was worth the price as there were 80 or so cars to see. Some of my favorites: 1929 Franklin, 1937 Cord Speedster, 1981 DeLorean, and the 1954 Corvette.
