Rented 2 jetskis here on a Saturday. The minimum rental time was 2 hours @129 an hour. Honestly the price does not bother me as the service was fantastic also was very convenient being on site at Harrahs where I was staying which is also its own little beach nice and empty to hang out in after your ride. Dalton was super sweet and very friendly he dealt with the busy noon crowd very smooth and easily. 15 to make it to the damn but for me the best part was downriver where no one was smooth water no other people to watch for breaking rules and the river taxis . I really enjoyed this very convenient and easy, they load you in the water tell you some quick easy rules and off you for for some fun. I would recommend this place very friendly staff all around super easy was in and out with payment and paper work and gear. They also sell water proof pouches is your need for phones . Storage in the ski so we brought water towel and phones. They supply life jackets and time does not start until you are in the water . 2 hours is a lot of time but I was able to switch out with family so it was plenty of time for all of us to go . Glad to see the jet ski rentals were still open. Rented a ski for two hours. They had both 2020 Yamaha Waverunners and SeaDoos. We decided to try a new SeaDoo since we hadn't tried that model yet. It was like new with less than 20 hours on it. Was very responsive as it should be for a 130 HP watercraft. We went at least 15 miles south down river and once we got away from the hotels, we had the river all to ourselves. Staff was top notch with excellent safety orientation and the location could not be better. Rented a jet ski here this morning. The sidewalk was being worked on so we had to walk on the beach and under the bridge just to get to the office. The cement workers also got their truck stuck in the sand, preventing any jet skis from being displayed on the beach. We showed up just after 10am and spoke to a friendly lady. We were initially told there would be no jet skis till noon. We declined because that was not going to work with our plans for the day. We thanked her and headed for the door. She told us to wait and see what she could do. She made a phone call and had a jet ski delivered in 10 min. To make a long story short we had a great 2 hours on the ski and were treated with respect. They didn't try any bullshit and I would rent from them again if we were in the area. read more

WE RENTED AT THE HARRAH'S BEACH FRONT. The Beach is a Great place to relax after a few rides down the river.. We stayed at this Hotel and had access to the beach as guests. Watercraft adventures rentals is located at the end of the beach. Dogs ARE allowed both in this hotel and ON the jet ski, that's if your dog is as adventurous as our Maltipoo is (Or for the photo at least). Very good customer service. Friendly and easy to talk to. We had the pleasure of having Keri, Steve and Nate attend us and go through the rules and regulations of the jet ski. We'll definitely be back. We had shopped around jet ski rentals and a lot of companies would not answer their phone therefore we had to walk quite a bit. First place we checked out wanted a 300 deposit per jet ski + 110 per hour and the second place wanted something similar so we weren't looking to use that all in one day. Once we arrived here, we were quickly helped and everything was up front. We paid 129 per hour plus taxes, insurance, etc. a little over 300 but due to Covid, I knew business had to recover so prices would be a little higher. We decided on renting here because the staff was great and they really made you feel comfortable with the decision. They had a new staff member (wish I remembered her name) but she was great, though we mixed her up between trying to pay cash or card . Once we completed the purchase, the gentlemen on the beach went over the safety rules quickly and got us on the water fast. We stayed at Harrah's for the week and rented jet skis for 3 of the days from watercraft adventures. The skis were new models , in great condition and performed great. Keri helped us with our rental process. She was extremely helpful and I had a good time talking with her. She is good people and made the the process of filling out the paperwork fun and easy. Zach and Nate helped us down at the waterline get the skis in and out the river. They was very knowledgeable, helpful and cool guys. I would definitely recommend renting skis here.
