This time I have booked a minivan for JFK trip and have special requirement for a 8 seat minivan. So that I can get a 3 seat in the middle row and my baby infant can sit near to the Mom and 3 year old daughter also can sit in the middle row. Also I have 10 luggage's to carry. Wow!!!. I have followed up with them for this requirement one day before and also the very morning of the renting day. Not guaranteed answer from some senior employees. But just before my actual booking time I got a call from Nicole and said she found a 8 seat minivan for me. She is found this from some other enterprise far from Manchester. What I know from others is that she is a new employee in enterprise. She did a good work .Great work Nicole!!!. She reached my home to pick me with that car the exact time that I need. The ride was good and my family was extreme comfortable with that trip. As my experience this a great place to renting a car. Couple of times I got brand new car for renting also good customer experience and never had a bad experience yet...

Long story short. There was an accident involving my rental car. I followed the process of filing a…read moreclaim with my insurance company and Enterprise. On my way to Enterprise, I stopped by to see a mechanic friend of mine at a local body shop to get a rough estimate of the damages. While examining the car, my friend noticed the front driver's side tire was worn down to the steel bands on the inside. He wanted to call the police and have the car impounded because it was not safe for me to drive. I told him not to that was only driving to Enterprise to return the vehicle. He told me he would not be responsible if something happened. I arrived at the branch and explained the situation to the assistant branch manager who just argued with me and downplayed my complaint. She then proceeded to advise me that because of the accident, I was being placed on their DNR list. I had not transportation and all my belongings were inside the rental vehicle. She stated there was nothing she could do and that she was closed and wanted to go home. She then locked me out of the vehicle with belongings still inside. She locked the store and left me stranded outside in the parking lot. The next day I went to retrieve my belongings from the vehicle and they been removed and placed in plastic bags inside the branch. While putting my belongings into my new vehicle, I noticed my backpack missing. This backpack contained life saving medications, my birth certificate, passport, cash and other valuables. I immediately reported it to the Enterprise employee and she made some inappropriate remarks to me, locked the door and left. I contacted the police and filed a police report. I checked with the body shop where the vehicle was towed and they did not have the backpack. That vehicle was in Enterprise's custody from 6 pm Monday 8/24 until towed to body shop. No one has any idea of where the backpack is. Enterprise claims to have reviewed security footage and did not want police involvement. How did my backpack just disappear? That backpack contains an emergency glucose kit that took me 2 years to get and I can die without it. To date, Enterprise has done nothing ro recover the backpack! I know they are covering something up! Please avoid them at all costs!!!!! Additional details available upon request!

The verdict was it was the water pump which I know is not an inexpensive repair. And then they told me that the water pump was so bad that they didn't feel comfortable letting me drive it. They told me that it was covered under their 30 day warranty so it would be no charge. But there was a problem. I had no way home and no way to get back up to pick the truck up when it was done And then the best surprise of all, they gave me a free loaner and even took it out to put gas in it. I have never been treated as well as I have at Vernon Auto Sales. Should I need another vehicle, I know where I'm going!

Was devastated to find that driver stated he would not return the wedding party to the reception. Driver demanded $100 in CASH from the passengers All in gowns without money. All in tears. Contract does state it is a three hour wedding. Time used two hours. Could have taken passengers easily two blocks. Wedding party walked in rain to reception. Driver chain smoker with fragmented sentences. Pathetic! Sad!
