I meet Kelvin, a man among men and a car rental genius as far as I'm concerned. Sr Rep for Thrifty, Kelvin finds me a Dodge Caravan, the most deluxe mom van I've ever seen. I was on my way and into the zone where I spent the next 10+ days. I cannot recommend these good people highly enough. They came to my aid in a time of real need and did it with a smile. Although it took 30 mins to get to the front of the line, it felt like forever and it was so frustrating after travelling 3000 miles. There were two ladies working the counter and I could tell they tried to do their best to accommodate everyone. Because it was also late in the afternoon on a Saturday, our car of choice wasn't available. We were assigned a beautiful muscle car -- a two door, Dodge Challenger which got a lot of compliments during the trip, but hard to handle and hard to manage blind spots. Would have still preferred a Japanese or German vehicle. Nevertheless, it was an "OK" experience but based on that, I'll be going through another company when I'm back to visit my family.

We have occasionally rented from other Enterprise locations when the prices were significantly cheaper elsewhere or the inventory was low for our needs at Q Street. Over the past few years, we have rented from this location over 10 times and overall we have had great experiences -- primarily because of the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. We have paid a little extra to rent from Q Street rather than a more convenient location and cheaper price so that we knew we were getting high service. KeSean has been the the most helpful for the past few rentals we have picked up here. When we go in to pick up our rental and see KeSean working, we KNOW we are in good hands and will be taken care of. We also know that if we call in a couple of days prior to let him know we are coming in, we will have ZERO issues during our pickup or rental. The Q Street location is very small compared to most of the other nearby Enterprise locations, but they have all but one time had a suitable vehicle ready at the scheduled time of pickup or within ~1 hour of that time. Due to the small size of the lot, they do not allow parking of personal vehicles during a rental period (if you need this, go to the Airport or Gulf Breeze locations), and they are unable to keep too many rentals in their available inventory simply because they don't have the spaces for more. Whether you are looking for a short or longer rental, cruising around Pensacola or driving a few states away, go book your rental with Q Stree.

However, shortly after, her credit card was charged $500 for a windshield replacement--without any explanation, documentation, or prior notification. She did not sign anything acknowledging damage, and at no point did a rock or any object hit the windshield. The windshield was completely intact at the time of return. This was an unauthorized, fraudulent charge.
