The Q Street location has been our go-to rental car spot since moving to the Pensacola area in 2020. We have occasionally rented from other Enterprise locations when the prices were significantly cheaper elsewhere or the inventory was low for our needs at Q Street. Over the past few years, we have rented from this location over 10 times and overall we have had great experiences -- primarily because of the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. We have paid a little extra to rent from Q Street rather than a more convenient location and cheaper price so that we knew we were getting high service. KeSean has been the the most helpful for the past few rentals we have picked up here. When we go in to pick up our rental and see KeSean working, we KNOW we are in good hands and will be taken care of. We also know that if we call in a couple of days prior to let him know we are coming in, we will have ZERO issues during our pickup or rental. The Q Street location is very small compared to most of the other nearby Enterprise locations, but they have all but one time had a suitable vehicle ready at the scheduled time of pickup or within ~1 hour of that time. Due to the small size of the lot, they do not allow parking of personal vehicles during a rental period (if you need this, go to the Airport or Gulf Breeze locations), and they are unable to keep too many rentals in their available inventory simply because they don't have the spaces for more. I have been a National Rental guy for decades going back to my corporate days l, but after my recent accident, Enterprise was the choice that I was given with my insurance company. I am very happy to report that Enterprise was a great choice because my experience was excellent from the first call to drop-off and follow up. So after the t-bone accident in Pensacola I was transported, via ambulance, to the hospital and while there I contacted my insurance company (State Farm) who helped arrange my rental. The Q street location was the closest to my location and they made the allocation that simply required my phone call to the location to confirm the reservation. The person on the phone was very helpful, personable, and made the process quick and easy so that when we arrived there was a little paperwork to do and we were on our way. That really meant a lot because we were both banged up pretty bad and shaken up. The folks on the phone, at the desk and outside with the car were very helpful and professional and were able to accommodate smoothly and without delay or hiccups. We got a clean, comfortable Nissan Altima and the rest of the process was automatic as renewals were authorized for up to a month, no hassle. Once we settled up with our insurance company I called Nick, the manager at Enterprise, and explained that we'd be picking up our new car in Fort Walton Beach (45 miles from Pensacola) and he'd arrange for me to drop off my rental there at no extra charge. That was great but unfortunately we made our pickup on a Saturday after 12pm when most of the Enterprise locations were closed. So we drove the Altima back to the Pensacola airport where we met a very nice gentleman who was a former asst manager at Q street. Long story short he was very friendly and accommodating and assured us that we could leave it with him, again at no charge, and we were quickly on our way, very cool. The only hitch was a charge on my card that was added after the fact but I called Nick to check it out and he was very apologetic for a glitch in the system.I received a refund today and once again, easy peasy. I can't thank Nick enough going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had a seamless and pain-free rental experience, which was so appreciated after the harrowing accident. Everyone we encountered at all the locations were great to deal with and when I have a need for a rental care in the future I can easily say, I'm an Enterprise guy now. 5 star service, highly recommend!! read more

I only had an unpleasant experience when I was turning in my vehicle. I was turning it in early. I will still be charged for the extra days because it was rounds to 2 weeks. I was told that they no longer gave people rides back to their residences. I had rented a vehicle a month before and they took me home, as they have done for well over 15 years. I have always had a good experience at this location. Before this location was used we had a branch closer to my house and they utilized drivers to pick people up and take them home. If it was going to be a while they let you know, but I was never denied a ride! read more

We were told upon pickup that we needed a damage waiver. So we paid for one day. That's what they told us and that if we needed it extended, we could call and extend. Nope. Charged us $220 upon return. We were told the $50 would be returned when we dropped off the car. Nope. Didn't get that back. They sent us with 3/4 of a tank in the rental car, we brought it back with 3/4 tank, said we were short. Then the driver was told 6 times to take us to world ford collision on W st. He took us to the wrong place AND pulled out in front of another car who had to slam on their breaks to avoid an accident and he acted like it wasn't a big deal!!!! This place is the worse place I've ever had to deal with. I called and talked them MULTIPLE times before any of this to be sure what was needed because I was new to the process and these people lied to us, overcharged us, AND almost got us into a wreck. I do NOT recommend and for the first time ever, I plan on suing. Stay away from this place. read more

Like all rental car companies they are struggling with inventory but that's not their fault. I reserved a car two months in advance and when I showed up to get one they had 2 choices! I didn't ant either of them. They had a mid sized SUV coming in so they cleaned it up for me and gave me that one. My wait time wasnt long, but the car wasn't that clean. They dis communicate with me regularly ans the process went smoothly. The staff was friendly and professional. read more

From start to finish they did everything perfectly. Easy pick up and even easier dropping off. I had an amazing time in the rental, the car's gas mileage was unbelievable and it was so fun to drive. Enterprise claims "Each rental vehicle at Enterprise is thoroughly cleaned between every rental and backed with our Complete Clean Pledge. This includes washing, vacuuming, general wipe down, and sanitizing with a disinfectant that meets leading health authority requirements, with particular attention to more than 20-plus high-touch points." I can with certainty say this did not happen with the vehicle I rented. All seats were heavily stained, every surface sticky, dusty, with plenty of hair, some long, some short and curly. The windows were smudged with fingerprints, same for the interior mirrors. The instrument panel had a good amount of some sort of dried white droplets. A Heineken bottle cap was in plain view in the back seat. The smell of the interior stays in your clothes. The trunk smelled really good in comparison! read more

I booked an appointment over the phone the day before and scheduled a pickup. I had to schedule an appointment because I had to take my car to the shop. On the phone a male worker told me to bring my debit card, Drivers License and my military ID and I will be able to rent a car. When I got there the lady at the front desk said I can't rent the car because I need a copy of my orders. They did not say that on the phone when I booked the appointment, if they did I would have been able to bring them.It also did not say that on the email confirmation on my appointment either, and I had my appointment scheduled with Kia at 12 and needed a car because they have to hold my car for 2-3 weeks. The lady was very rude almost as if she was trying not to smile about the situation. I asked if I could talk to someone else and she never let me talk to anyone. So I had to rent a hotel for the night because I wasn't able to rent anymore cars for the same day. All of this would have been afforded if they just told me what to bring before I drove an hour away with a bad engine. Seems like the workers there either needs to be trained better or fired. Never again am I renting from enterprise especially this one. read more

Had to call twice to schedule an appointment to pick me up from the body shop I was going to get my car fixed at. They scheduled an appointment in fort Walton the first time for some reason. A few days later when it came time to drop my car off I had called twice in business hours and never got a answer and their machine ended the phone call after 15 minute holds each time. I needed to call to reschedule my appointment by 2 and a half hours later in the day. I called again, this time they answered to say 15 minutes after the appointment expired (2 hours) they gave the car away. Not a single time ever in this entire process did they make any attempt over any medium to contact me. They had no remedy available that was near the equivalent value. Piss poor service will not use this enterprise location again. The body shop knew their number by heart as a troublesome location too and noted their a pain to deal with. read more
