However, when I got to Enterprise they surprised me with a rav 4 for no extra charge which I appreciated (see picture). Overall, I am very pleased with my experience here. Another huge plus- they picked me up from the auto body shop which was a blessing because I didn't have a ride there AND they picked up the loaner from the shop when it was complete. Also, I didn't have my insurance on me at the time of picking up the car (I have never rented a car before- clearly didn't know what I was doing) and they were trusting of me to call them when I obtained the information within the hour. It was a quick and easy process. In addition, they called me after the loaner was returned and asked me how my experience was which goes to show superb customer service.
