They provided an estimate that was in line with other estimates, they had a rental car waiting for me when I brought my car into the shop, they made all the communications with the insurance companies, gave me regular updates on the progress and any additional work to be done once they disassembled the rear bumper and panels, let me know when the car was completed and took care of the rental at the shop when I came in to pick up my car. All this with a smile and professionalism. Oh yes . . . and they detailed the whole interior (never seen my car so clean) and the work they did was perfect. They didn't program the transmission correctly and have had on going issues. I've been trying to get the paper work from Todd for over a year now so they will honor the warranty. I have called dozens of times each time they say they will get it to me soon. It's been a year now...get me the paper work! Even without the transmission issue vehicle vehicle is a total lemon. The vehicle is a 2020 with 100,000 miles. It's cost me almost $2 per mile in repair bills. Unknown issues is one thing. I purchased used, can't expect not to have some stuff come up. But $10,000 and they won't get my the paper work to honor the warranty on transmission. AVOID DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!

This, after Dandy Auto Sales had repaired the salvage vehicle themselves. From my experience, they cut corners and will push anything out of their garage whether it's repaired properly or not. However after we dropped the car off, because of covid, the workers refused to go and inspect the car with us to sigh off. They said they're going touch-less and therefore they will inspect the car 10 minutes after we leave, after they disinfect it.. Fine! The next morning we get a call saying there was a dent in the car and that the car will go into shop.. when we pulled up the store to figure out the incident, we saw ANOTHER FAMILY getting in that same car we rented and getting ready to leave.. We talked to the representative and he was polite about it.. before the family drove off he was able to point out the dent as they were pulling away but nether me or my dad could see what he was referring to.. So he invited us inside the store and showed us a picture of the dent that he was referring to... my dad then pointed out to me that the picture had two dates by it - the day we picked up the car and the day we dropped it off. Also the picture looked bright and sunny. And we dropped off the car in the afternoon and it was gloomy.. the guy we spoke to said he took a picture 10 minutes after we dropped it off.. We left the car parked outside in an open and shared parking lot.. I told the guy that I don't see convincing evidence saying we put those dents there. Or that they even exist and thus I said we would not be accepting responsibility for said dents. The representative was polite and said he understands and that he will contact his risk manager that overlooks cases like that and explain the situation to him and make sure that we do not get charged. So the issue got resolved. However we are concerned that maybe they will try to get money from the family that rented the car after us? I understand that covid is causing a lot of problems for everyone. But I am writing this review to warn people to be cautious and double check their vehicles for any hidden and hard to notice dents before they rent a car from this company. This whole situation seems sketchy to us. But they were polite about it and hopefully they won't charge us for this mysterious dent that we never even seen other than in a picture that could very easily be photoshopped. Or manipulated.. those "dents" could be shadows.. I don't know. Rant over. Make what you want of this story.. They're fine. Just be cautious.

They were full of repeated misinformation, their cars smelled like smoke, the general manager Brock looked unprofessional and very unkept - no Hertz clothing, just ratty pants and an NFL team sweatshirt plus a baseball cap. Not only did he not look like an employee much less a manager, but he acted very much UNLIKE someone in customer service. Absolutely no customer service skills and full of attitude. On top of that, he was rude, mean and full of threats - both physical and verbal. I've never been pointed at and met with such derogatory behavior as a woman. This man needs to learn how to respect people, especially women. Typical chauvinist who thinks he's always right and everyone else is wrong. I've never seen a manager run after a customer like he was going to beat the person up and have to be held back by his employees until I saw it that day as I was sitting in a chair watching his terribly unbelievable behavior. I'm glad they have cameras. This man has absolutely no clue how to keep his cool and represent a customer service position. Hertz should be ashamed to have him leading any branch, yet alone working for them and representing them. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Never in all my years on this earth - and in all my years of renting cars - have I had such a wicked, shocking and overall horrendous experience.
