After getting home, having my 2 windows replaced in doors on my truck, I discovered not a little, but a lot of broken glass still in door. They said they would try to get it all out. It was enough to fill up a large kitchen cup. And I was able to remove it easily within minutes through the weep holes. This proves little to no attempt was made to clean up. It's it too much to expect, that you do what you told me you would do? Now, every time I shut my door, I will think of this poor customer service when the broken glass pieces rattle. read more

I am so glad I found Kryger Glass. I had cheaped out and had my front windshield replaced by a super inexpensive place last year. Right after having it installed I started having water leaks that were somehow coming in after rains and soaking my floorboard below carpet. Long story short, I had taken it back to the installer several times and they repeatedly added more sealant but emphatically said that the leak was not due to their windshield installation. After a year of continual water leaks, I finally decided to take it in and have it checked out by someone reputable and established. Brought it to Kryger and the whole experience was a breeze. They carefully removed the windshield and quickly discovered the area where the previous glass installer had not sealed down the new windshield. They installed a new one, which was very reasonably priced, and were quick and very friendly with the whole process. Needless to say, this one was properly sealed and there are no more leaks. Thank you, Kryger! I'll be sending everyone I know your way, if they need auto glass work. read more

Overland Park location is a complete joke. I needed a to replace a window in my residence. This is a standard size window. It took 2 MONTHS!!! They kept blaming it on supply chain issues and manpower. I called every week and a half to check for updates. I had to call, they never reached out to me. Then they broke on of my one of my tilt window latches. That was April 25th and today is June 5th! They are now blaming supply issues again. Funny...I found the latch on Amazon and they shipped it to me the next day. I wish I could give them no stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

I had my windshield replaced in December. I have an older SUV, so they said they may have to get a part, then said they had a universal piece. I was never told the piece could have issues such as shrink, or popping out ect. Everything was fine until recently, I noticed it was literally peeling back. I took it back, the tech came out and explained it typically doesn't go back like it does prior. I asked for it to be fixed and he got the manager. The manager scuttled around the issue and acted like a used car salesman not wanting to be honest, then had the audacity to accuse me of doing the damage and trying to get them to pay. I am the 2nd owner of an original 95 vehicle. I have all service records and photos....and you want to insinuate I'm to blame when it was in good condition prior? I will NEVER give them business or recommend them. I will be complaining to the BBB and maybe small claims just to have them fix what they broke....I really don't want the part flying off and hurting another driver. read more

I'm from Arizona, not Kansas. So I'm just passing through. But it's important to recognize great customer service.... especially when those proving it are expecting no long-term goodwill to be built. To be honest, I think this type of review for a service-based organization speaks volumes. They don't know me; I'm not from here, so they have no reason go the extra mile. But they did! I broke my rear view mirror off in my small RV yesterday. And the thought of driving 1300+ miles to Arizona without it was not comforting. It's 21 feet long;?I like to know who's behind me. So I was on the lookout for an auto glass shop. I saw their shop from the road and came in. By the way, very professionally appointed and sparkling clean (that's important too.... dirty business usually points to "dirty business"). They pulled a glass tech from a vehicle bay to take a look. The original mounting was a mess, and they could have taken full advantage of the "out-of towner." But they didn't.... they figured out a way to work around the mess, and had me on the road in no time. I can't thank them enough. I have lots of family here in town (but I never mentioned it) and I will be sure to let them know all know how great these guys treated me. They could have easily kicked my problem down the road. They didn't; they fixed my problem. Thank you again!! read more

Working in claims I hear stories about good bad and ugly services. 'Just heard that this service charges a premium for glass while performing the ugly part of service. If you want it replaced do not go here as you will have to return to ask why you did not get the QUALITY of workmanship. I was surprised to see so many kudos and thought it must be the limited times they perform. I will not be recommending them to the company I work in claims as they are not worthy of recommending! read more

I was in on Tuesday to get an antique mirror cut. The young man (Dillon) behind the counter couldn't have been any nicer or any more professional. The man that wrote my order up was also just as professional and courteous. He did warn me the mirror might Crack due to age. however when I asked about buying a new one he never once tried to sell me. I appreciate that. I would recommend this them very highly. read more

My husband and I do not recommend this place to get glass. We spent about $1,000 and got terrible customer service. We needed glass for all of our furniture. We traveled about and hour to come to them for service. To begin, they mention and say over and over that it takes 7-10 business days to receive your glass, that is false. It took us to get one piece of glass 20 days with no phone calls of letting us know when it will be available. We had to keep calling them. Let me tell you, we didn't get anything "fancy" just flat glass. Next, packaging! They don't package your glass!!!! They don't do anything!!!!! They hand you $1,000 worth of glass and expect you wrap and put it safely in your car or truck. That's BS! Where is the cardboard? Bubble wrap? Etc? And one guy said a truck is not the best way to transfer glass. Um really? What is then? He showed me something out out of his working van that holds glass. Um okay, I'm not going to buy something that holds glass when traveling when all I need is glass to be transferred from point A to B one time. How about you deliver it mr kryger glass! Despite the request for packaging none was given. We will never go back and will now tell all friends and family, who also were getting glass for their entire house to go elsewhere. I would recommend this place if you are in no rush to get your glass and willing to be left in the dark and assume risk on your purchase with no help whatsoever, choose these guys first!!! read more

Kryger replaced my cracked windshield the day after I called for an appointment. They gave me an estimate that was quite a bit less than every other shop I called, and stuck to that amount. The staff was friendly, the waiting area was comfortable, and the work was completed within the estimated time frame. Oh, and I had an entire Home Depot right there to keep me busy while they worked. I called all around a got a great price from Kryger Glass to replace my window regulator in my daughters car. They got me in right away and went to work. I went and grabbed lunch and when I came back, they let me know that my regulator was fine, a bolt had come loose that holds the glass. I said great and started to pay them, they told me I didnt owe them anything, they didn't do the job. They said, just remember us when you need work done, and I absolutely will do that. My mom's car is really old, but she's probably going to stop driving soon, so we're trying to make it last just a little longer. I was cleaning the windshield on the inside and knocked the rear view mirror off. Kryger Glass had already reattached it once, about 7 years ago, but mom couldn't find the receipt. I called and was told that it would cost $20 to glue it back on. When I got there, they went to work on it right away and were finished in 15 minutes! Then they said that it was still under lifetime warranty. Didn't charge me a dime. Even let me use their shop vac to vacuum out the car. Kryger glass replaced my windshield and in that process they broke my satellite radio antenna. They refused to replace the antenna and were unresponsive when I called to resolve the issue. I was told on 2 separate occasions I would receive a call back and neither time received a call. This issue has yet to be resolved. read more
