These guys are pros! I came down from Boston to assist my daughter and son-in-law in straightening out their central AC disaster. We researched AC systems and realized a split system was best for her application. We decided on a Mitsubishi. I researched dealers/installers and Mitsubishi Diamond certified dealer gave the best warranty so we call Aviv and Robert showed up the next day to develop a plan and a quote. Plan made total sense and quote for a "turn key" system and removal of the old system and ductwork was competitively priced. The system was installed quickly including electrical and was done as professionally as one could ask. The technicians were stellar in every aspect. I'm back in Boston but my daughter said she's ready to put up the Christmas tree the system cools so well! After contacting Aviv Air Conditioning (Robert Sarduy, General Contractor), he was able to provide rapid and excellent service. After purchasing our home we noticed the AC would do an unusual noise and wouldn't cool too well. One evening the air just shut off and I got in contact with Robert. Within an hour he was able to get a technician to our home. Tech was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to go. The coil was never cleaned since the purchase. After fixing the coil he gave us different suggestions on what preventive maintenance we should performs in order to maintain our AC running smoothly and to not have this issue again. Aviv Air Conditioning installed a ductless A/C unit in my garage. Robert Sarduy, the Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable in obtaining and filing the permit. He was also pleasant anytime I spoke with him. His installation men were efficient and professional and did an excellent job installing the unit. They also replaced the UV light on my Rheem Central A/C. The electrician, Isomel Pelegrino Electrical Corp. was also extremely knowledgeable. Isomel and his men worked for hours installing the needed electrical lines and he filed his permit applications with the City of Hollywood, which were all approved. Where do I start? I live in a triplex. My unit is the middle unit which is a 2 story loft. Due to the unique build of the house its always been difficult getting Air upstairs. I had a previous install from another person which was horrible and completely unprofessional. I found this company through a random Google search and saw all the great reviews and decided to give them a try. THEY LITERALLY CAME TO MY RESCUE. My entire home is now super cool. When one of our AC units stopped cooling, we called this company and the experience was great from start to finish. Aylec who scheduled our appointment was super nice. She was able to get us scheduled that same day and they got here surprisingly quick! We did have to replace one of the units (it was an original) but they were able to install a new one that same day. Not only were they professional while inside and outside of our home being careful to clean up their work spaces, but they helped us with a rebate that saved us a nice chunk of money too. Good people. Excellent service. Highly recommend! We met Alex at a Home Show. He came to our home the following week and gave us a quote for a ductless garage unit. Down to earth, no hustle guy; it was like talking with a friend in the business. One week later they installed the unit. We've had it for a while and it continues to work flawlessly. I called and the team was out there same day evaluation and installed. They worked hard in the summer heat and had my house cool before days end. Aviv also gave me financing options.
