OK, full disclosure here. I met Krissy and Peter when they first opened this business. I became a regular right away and friends with them right away. Kind of friends that aren't afraid to tell them when something isn't quite right. Disclosure over... I just had the best fish and chips I've ever had. Big fresh pieces of haddock, very generous portion, resting on a huge bed of french fries. You could absolutely share this meal (but I never would) more for me! Always Fresh is in their name, and Always Fresh is what they do. I'm a huge fan of Seafood Sam's and the Lobster Trap and their food has never steered me wrong, but somebody has to be the best, and today is Always Fresh produced the best fish and chips I have ever tasted. Krissy will be the first one to tell you that if somethings wrong, I will let her know. In all the years I've known her we've had that conversation twice. If you want good food locally prepared by doting staff, go to Avocados. There is never a long wait . What there are is people in line that are replacing people that are walking out with smiles on their faces. For the best service, especially during peak times,, call ahead. Places like this are rare. A-La-Carte and right in front of you. Order, plated, to go or eat there. Clean and comfortable, comfort food. Prices are really fantastic, consistently good and never a bummer meal, even sandwiches and such. The prime rib is worth the ticket and they have specials that include it. First time in here based solely on Yelp reviews. I was in the area doing work. Excellent Philly steak and cheese for $10.50. Steak, veggies and real cheddar cheese all cooked perfectly, no mush. Ready in less than 5 minutes. Most importantly the Philly was not a heaping mess. It was all served tightly within the bun. Very polite POS and ordering. Hidden kind of off the street but worth it. This place has a really great selection of wraps salads and sandwiches, very nice portion sizes, friendly and chatty staff, and a very nice sitting area. It was everything we were looking for. I had the pastrami panini which I recommend, and others in my group had the cheeseburger panini and Caesar wrap. All our food came out in minutes and was very affordable l. This restaurant is phenomenal! My husband and I came across this hidden gem completely by accident and it is the best. All orders are fresh, delicious and flavorful. Custom service is extremely nice as well as professional. The entire restaurant is completely clean. My husband ordered a meatball Panini (please excuse the half eaten meatball in the picture) and I ordered Tuscan sausage soup as well as a Caesar salad. Have gone to Avocados several times but this last time was frustrating. Ordered a side of potato salad and got a side of mashed potatoes. I ordered a chicken panini with lettuce tomato pickles and mayo. Instead it came with onions, peppers, and mushrooms. Not to mention the veggie wrap had barely any veggies on it.
