Everything is great here, and I'm a bit of a connoisseur of bakeries. Breads, pastries, sandwiches, etc. But, more than all that the staff are great people.

Awesome organic bakery! So cool to see the bread made in house! Friendly staff, great food! I loved that they could make my sandwich gluten free so I was able to enjoy anything I wanted!

You order at the counter and there are a few tables to eat inside in this casual spot. It's a good place for a fast breakfast or lunch. Our breakfast egg, cheese and bacon sandwich needed to have more filling to bring enough flavor, but the wonderful bread made the difference.

The best authentic deli in Colorado!!!!! The sandwiches are $16 but worth every penny!!! Fresh breads, huge portions and crisp veggies on top. We ordered the tuna salad sandwich, Italian sandwich, turkey club, Ruben, pastrami, and the Philly cheese steak sandwich! It was fresh, served quickly and perfect spot for bagels, sandwiches and breakfast!

Steak cheese and egg on jalapeño bagel. 12/10.

Everything from service to timeliness. I love this place. The coffee is simple, and delicious. The food is to die for. Never anything but praises to be sang. Love love love!

As a reviewer it pains me to give less than just OK reviews. I want to see businesses thrive. I came with my wife to get breakfast for us and my folks. We ordered a few of their breakfast sandwiches from the menu, a burrito, blueberry muffin and a coffee. It took 35+ minutes to get the food so thankful we could drink coffee while we waited. We ran into other family and they waited a long time too for just a toasted bagel (15+ minutes). The woman Priscilla who took the order said they were overwhelmed with a ton of catering orders for the day. A big frustration was that the breakfast burrito ordered without beans came WITH beans. I know the kitchen was busy but the order literally said NO beans. The French toast breakfast sandwich was overly sweet. Even with bacon and cheese the taste was just sweet not even syrup. My helluva good bagel was the best thing ordered. It comes with bacon horseradish cream cheese (never seen that anywhere else) bacon, tomato, picked onion & sprouts. I added an over medium egg to make it the most breakfasty. My three stars is not for the waiting time more for the mistakes on orders and overall meh experience.

1 oz sausage, no egg and a massive bun. All for the bargain price of 13.00

So I thought it important to hear a review from a local resident who frequents this establishment…read moreregularly. I consider myself a professional diner...meaning I am out 3-4 nights a week, and Northside Kitchen is my most favorite restaurant in the Vail Valley. I usually dine at the bar where either Connor or Brandon are not only offering service with a smile, but are also welcoming everyone who walks through the door! Their custom cocktails are awesome, but I go for their insanely extensive wine by the glass menu!! Caymus, Silver Oak, Duckhorn, Quilt, and about 40 other high end wines are all offered by the glass at Northside! Both 6oz and 9oz pours are available. The dining staff, are professional, pressed, and knowledgeable about wine, food, and professional fine dining service levels. The dining room offers beautiful white linen covered in butchers paper, with the perfect level of lighting to see both the menu and the guests you are dining with. The dining room and porch are modern and clean. The menu items, created by Chef Noah Bender, are delicious! Hand cut steaks and Prime Rib are favs, but don't be afraid to try their pappardelle Bolognese or the fantastic fresh "sea to table" black cod or trout! It's dynamite! You will find the service in the dining room attentive yet not overwhelming. Northside Kitchen to me is one of the most underrated fine dining restaurants in the Vail Valley!! Definitely go give this great spot a try!!

We've enjoyed The Northside Kitchen for years, but recently it has been going downhill. The…read moretake-and-bake food is still good and a great deal. Some items on the menu are still solid, but other dishes have definitely declined. I understand that it likely has a high turnover, and when new cooks come into the kitchen, the consistency just isn't the same. That's unfortunate. The donuts, which used to be the best anywhere, don't taste anything like they used to. I'm not sure if it was just an off day, or if they have changed the recipe, but I only had two bites of the old fashioned and didn't bother finishing the rest. My husband's birthday breakfast--a $16 breakfast sandwich--was also very disappointing. It came without the sausage or the hollandaise sauce. The sausage was brought out later, no hollandaise sauce, with blame placed on the new cook by the lady, running the show and behind the bar. It was essentially just one scrambled egg sandwich with cheddar cheese. It was tiny tiny, and he only ate about a quarter of it. So, we are now having a second breakfast at home. Even more disappointing than the food was the woman running things, behind the bar. We didn't catch her name, but she was unbelievably dismissive and rude, which really soured the experience. Normally, when Jim, the owner, is there, things run much smoother. He is great, and we always enjoy talking with him. Unfortunately, today was so disappointing that we will not be returning. Wh

My buddies had beers and I had the winter mule, which was a raspberry/blueberry mule - it was really good. My dining mates shared a bottle of wine at dinner. Our server Petra was very good - attentive, efficient, friendly, and overly and unnecessarily apologetic for something totally immaterial! I went to the hostess to ask for a fork between appetizers and my main. In fact she immediately brought me a complimentary cocktail as a gesture. Our appetizers of lamb meatballs and pickled deviled eggs were outstanding. The meatballs had a Mediterranean flair with some tzatziki sauce, picked and pita bread. The deviled eggs were perfectly creamy and savory - but I can't say I have ever had a bad deviled egg! For mains, two of us had the wagyu tenderloin. Our other dish was the thick cut lamb loin chops. (I forgot to take a pic of my main!) We all opted for the sides of a twice baked potato and broccolini - which were included with our dish. However you could choose a set of sides from any main dish. My steak was a perfect rare and super tender. The potato was a little disappointing - I had expectations of a big fluffy twice baked... it was smallish and maybe a bit stale - I think I got a few bites out of it. Desserts were the toffee cake and crème brûlée. I tried the crème brûlée, which was lit at the table - a nice, but unnecessary touch. I believe it was Bacardi 151, haha. Overall, it was a nice dinner - service was very good, and most of the food was spot on.
