    Turkey wrap

Not what it used to be. My first impression was this place is empty and it used to be packed. I wonder what's going on. When I picked up my sandwich, it had definitely shrunk since the last time I was here. They used to be so big. I could eat it for multiple meals My wrap is so gross. I don't even think I can eat it. I ordered the 5star. The turkey meat tasted canned it is shredded like canned meat and it is super salty I don't see much else in the wrap. There is a super thinly sliced tiny cucumber, but only two slice and a little lettuce, that's all. I had to ask for a side of ranch dressing just so it taste like something Besides salt. Dugan's used to be so good. The sandwiches were huge and delicious and fresh and high-quality. I'm not sure if this changed ownership or it has just gone through severe cutbacks due to the economy. I haven't been here for a few years because I live out of state.

Entrance is from the parking lot, and as the name states, look downstairs! There are a few places to sit and enjoy your sandwich but my friends and I had to leave fairly quickly. We all got something different, but all had the same opinion. I got the Carpone for my husband and I. Meat to bread ratio was a little weak (didn't look like the other pictures posted on Yelp unfortunately) and our bread tasted like it was a couple days old. Staff was quick at getting the sandwiches out and we were on our way!

Took us a minute to find the entrance but once we did we were excited to see the extensive menu posted on the board. All three sandwiches we ordered far exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend this place if you need a quick lunch or a hearty sandwich to take on the mountain or on a hike. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming through Breckinridge.

Still one of the best sandwiches in Breckenridge. In the summer it's great to grab one and eat at one of the big picnic tables and enjoy the afternoon

Went to downtown to get sandwiches from Duggan's and was surprised to find that it is now downstairs deli! Either way, still delicious. We got the Capone and the favorite and took them for a hike. Excellent, full of goodness, highly recommend this hidden gem!

Delicious sandwich to go! I would highly recommend for a quick bite while on the go. Service was a little slow but worth the wait.

Excellent - got 2 different types of sandwiches and both my husband and I enjoyed both greatly. Prices are fair for a ski town.

Fresh tasting sandwiches, I really dig their Capone which is like an Italian hoagie.

We were traveling through Silverthorne and decided to stop at Cheba Hut while passing through…read more Overall, it was a good experience, but there were a few things that kept it from being a 5-star visit. We ordered the White Widow, Kali Mist, Garlic Cheese Bread, and the Bowl O' Balls for the little ones. The Kali Mist was easily our favorite great flavor and we'd absolutely order it again. The White Widow was good, just not as memorable. The garlic cheese bread was a solid side, and the Bowl O' Balls was perfect for the kids. The pricing was very reasonable. We spent around $54 for everything, and for the quality and portion sizes, it felt fair. We liked that they offer 4", 8", and 12" sandwiches, and the 8-inch subs were a great value. The drink selection was also nice, although the ice machine wasn't producing ice during our visit. The reason for 4 stars really comes down to the customer service. Noah was friendly and helped us choose between a couple of sandwiches when we asked for his opinion, which we appreciated. However, the experience lacked the hospitality and attention to detail that turns a good visit into a great one. After paying, there was no offer of a receipt I actually had to go back and ask for one. When our food was brought out to go, the bag was accidentally dropped into my arms and almost hit the ground. There wasn't any follow-up afterward no "Here's your order," "Enjoy your meal," or "Can I get you anything else?" We also didn't realize until we got back to the Hilton that there were no napkins or condiments included with our order, even though we tipped 18%. The restaurant has a fun, unique atmosphere, but the dining area could have been cleaner. The trash bins were overflowing, and while there was a steady flow of customers, it didn't seem overly busy or like they were in the middle of a rush. It felt like there was enough downtime to stay on top of basic housekeeping. Overall, the food was good, the prices were fair, and we'd stop by again if we're ever back in Silverthorne. I think the biggest opportunity for improvement is simply customer service and hospitality small things like offering a receipt, checking that the order is complete, including napkins and condiments, and ending the interaction with a friendly send-off would go a long way. Those little details are what turn a good meal into a great customer experience.

Searching for a place to watch MMA fights from The White House, I failed in two (2) other joints…read more One recommended the last place I'd have looked, a sandwich shop/ head store for ski bums. One TV over the bar delivered, but so did the delightfully engaging bartenders. Colby is the best. Great bar service made excellent suggestions from the menu (ask for the "secret " menu). Toasted sandwich was a fantastic combination of flavors and texture. One really cannot go wrong, but I recommend anything with the fresh jalapeños in au jus.
