I asked for a different color since the one I picked didn't match. The woman was annoyed she had to do her job and get a different color. The basket of plastic nail colors is hard to choose from and they rush you. I also noticed they are very friendly to their regular customers but if they don't know you, you're out of luck! It definitely went down hill with the new owners. I don't like being talked about because I didn't like the color I was paying for. I was polite and asked for a change before she even started. They weren't busy either! I apologized and they were still rude to me. I'll be going to another nail salon for now on.

Upon leaving a $5 tip which is more than 20%. She spoke under breath in her language looking unsatisfied. Tipping is optional. My REGULAR nail fill was supposed to be $25 based on their prices they had advertised on their menu (see pic).. The woman charged me an additional $5 because my nails were "long"(this is a lie because I asked for short nails when I initially got them done at another salon)... see pic, they are pretty SHORT! I ended up paying $120 total for a basic mani & pedi (no gel or design) for my daughter + basic fill & basic pedicure for myself. Please note, they kept pressuring my 12 YEAR OLD CHILD (mind you, I'm paying) and myself to get GEL which is waaayyy more expensive (see pic of their prices)... Please also note, one of the customers told me they are under new management so that's why the quality of their service plummeted. I also witnessed with my own two eyes, the woman employee put her pedicure supplies back in the storage container WITHOUT SANITIZING IT AFTER A CUSTOMER'S PEDICURE!!! Needless to say, I absolutely will not be back ever again. And I do not recommend this place.

I pass about fifteen different nail salons and drive twenty minutes out of my way to go here. Even now, that Tiny is no longer there- his mom still is!!- it's worth every second of the drive out of the way. I don't always need crazy designs. The gel topcoat is also worth the extra $5.. Why don't other nail salons do this?? Not sure if it makes my nails last longer but I'll happily pay $5 for no dry time! I will say that I have noticed business isn't as busy recently. Some of the nail techs are much quicker than others but I've never been completely disappointed and they're great especially when I have my daughter with me!! They don't get aggravated like some other salons would! Totally grateful for this place!

Told me in order to get calluses removed with my pedicure - which I paid extra for - I have to come on the weekend so they could use the correct tools without being reported. Did such a half*** job I had to go get a mani pedi elsewhere the next weekend. Heard from my neighbor a similar experience and she gets acrylics and eyelash extensions. Not good.

I went in for a mani and a gel pedi, $35 each. Not unreasonable. No soap, crystals, or astringent…read moreof any kind in the pedi water. My water was tepid, but I didn't say anything and should have. The gel mani was minimal. Water for soaking cuticles was tepid and there was no soap in the water. The technician didn't dehydrate my nails which I know (my sister is a nail tech and way too busy to fit me in) is necessary so that the gel polish stays adhered to the nail without lifting. Again, I said nothing to the tech. What I did finally say was that my gel polish did not match my toes; the tech worked and said nothing. When I spoke up that my hand polish was pink and my toe polish was blue, she acted surprised and said they were the same number. I responded that whoever had filled this bottle filled it with the wrong polish. I chose another color to have over the pink and it worked out almost identical. Now, I do have to say, much to my surprise, that I am at two weeks and the gel that I thought would be peeling and gone is still going strong. It's been two weeks tomorrow I don't think I will go back but I can't say that either of the services haven't lasted.
