I went to get a pedicure a gel manicure refill. My time was limited. I was not able to complete a refill on my hands. I requested a color change. Jennifer was who was doing my nails. She was not happy that I was not getting a refill as she was doing the color change because she didn't bust the nails out and do them neatly every time she would polish and put my hand under the dryer, the polish would dry unevenly. It didn't look professional to say the lease. She took the nail polish off several times in the attempt to get it to look more professional however, I guess she got frustrated. It decided she was just not gonna do it at all mind you I didn't say anything. I think there was uncomfortability had with the climate of what's happening in the world. I'll leave a pen in it there, but I'll never go back to get my nails done at that salon when I mentioned something to Lee about it, she got a little nasty as well ( I was literally surprised). I've been going to this Nail Salon for several years and they make it real clear that it's about your money and not about my business so with that being said Miss Lee, you will not be getting any of my business, and I will make it my business to tell anyone who would listen. You don't get to get my business and give me your behind to kiss. I didn't steal anything and you don't get to steal from me either. WILL COME AGAIN! There was 3 of us in my party who walked in, wanting acrylics and pedicures. They immediately sat us down and let us pick colors ", and started on our pedicures. I am usually very wiggly and the person working on me tolerated me and giggled at me which was nice. The massage was lovely, they do hot rock massage with oils and my feet look amazing! For my nails, they are shaped perfectly, and the color is great! They worked with me to get the right shade. My party is so satisfied! Service was impeccable! The actual storefront was cute, and small, very much gave nail salon with dips and polishes all over the walls. 11/10 would recommend ! read more

Walked in for a regular manicure ($15) and pedicure ($28) The pedicure was thorough but, I would've like to soak my feet more. She began less than five minutes of filling up the soaker. Went to sit down for the manicure and the area wasn't cleaned from previous clients. The hand rag was dirty and the floor was covered with dust and nail cuttings. The manicurist also spilled water on the floor from the hand soaking bowl and didn't clean it up. On the upside they do have a ton of options for regular polish, dip powder and gel. read more

Don't ever go to this place they are mad expensive. Don't even tell you a price until you get into the chair to take your money and also they only accept cash no debit cards as a ATM inside so if that's not your ATM you're getting charged double basically they charge me $75 to take off my nails and put a new pair on if I went anywhere else it would be only $50. I don't know what that extra 20 something dollars was for. Is plenty of better nail salons in Brockton that you can go to just don't go to this one. I'm warning you. read more

The place is very Nice and Always busy. Everyone is nice for the most part, but the owner can be RUDE at timed when things are Busy. I called recently for an appointment, and before I could finish talking she hung up on Me. My first thought was to call back, but I didn't even want to waste my time. Now I may have eye damage due to lash glue entering my eye and I believe she knew which is why she rushed me out but count your days you have not heard the last of me.
